Frank and his team are SUPERB. I had received a very competitive quote from them in December, and initially thought I could repair our water heater myself, and so went along for a few weeks of tweaks and making it work in fits and starts by myself. When the water heater finally went out, it was two days before Christmas! I called, talked to Frank, who said they would be there the next day. Sure enough, they came on time, worked on it for a few hours till late at night in the cold with the garage door open, and replaced the old heater with the new one and made everything code-compliant too. There were no hidden charges, no gimmicks, no "extras" - everything done per quote in record time and very competently. I strongly recommend him and his team, they are honest, professional, and super capable, and performed an A+ rush job at a great price. Great company, great people.

Sunday we knew our water heater was going bad. I called one plumber who responded quickly, but he was out of the area and wouldn't be back for a week. He recommended Frank. Monday morning I called and Frank answered the phone!! Gave me an idea of the cost, said they could be there in the afternoon. Later got a text and said someone could come at noon! Noah came, answered my questions, made some suggestions and the work was started and I had hot water by that night. Their price was competitive. I would use them again for any major project!

Frank repaired a leaking washing machine and main water disconnect valves. He did a quality job and explained us all further steps to take to mitigate the water damage. We had no water in the house because of the leak and Frank was able to come by in 2 hours after I called him 7am in the morning. I tried calling several other places but no one could do the repair on the same day even knowing that I have no water in the house. Frank on the other side was able to move things around on a very short notice and do all the repairs quickly so I had the water back by noon the same day.

Frank was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, set my expectations well and followed through exactly as stated. Very happy to have a High Quality, U.S. made, water heater. At the end he gave me an overview of my new system and a demo of how to turn off and restart the pilot light. This level of customer service is very rare to find these days. He took the time to thoroughly examine the 150ft of pipe until we found a root block found to be the culprit. Then after some digging and installing the clean out and shoring the hole. Had a bathroom sink that was leaking. It turns out that the under belly of the sink had rusted and needed to be replaced. I tried to repair myself, but gave in. They are incredible! I had a copper pipe pinhole leak damaging my walls, leaky shower drain, and leaky shower hot cold valve area. I scheduled service online after the remediation company opened up the walls for drying for 10 minutes later, a normally ridiculous request. In about 10 minutes, Frank called me to confirm and said he was on his way! I was afraid a lot of removal of floors and shower would have to happen. But, Frank cut through the wood from the bottom to make things accessible and fixed all three problems with minimal impact in only 2 hours from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Wow! Frank has saved the day and made us all much more relieved.
