A+ service. We have a system that is difficult to find people that are familiar with it. I found a guy a year ago that knew my system, however he is 2 hours away & just couldn’t get to us right away when we would have issues. I spent an afternoon looking up websites of septic companies closer & couldn’t believe when I came across Septic Response. I think I saw a picture on their website of the exact filter we have. I called on a Saturday & as I was leaving a voicemail, Anthony called me right back before I even finished my voicemail. Had Andrew out pretty quick (nice guy), pumped the same day after Andrew checked to see what was going on. Then he came back the next day with the parts to fix it & we were back in business. We would have probably been waiting another 5-7 days for my guy 2 hours away to get to us. Their communication was also great with texts regarding when they were on the way or had arrived here & pricing, etc…I was very happy to have found them & will use them as my new septic company.

Anthony and his crew did a great job pumping our tank, diagnosing issues with our septic system and implementing corrective actions to deal with issues encountered. Professional and considerate, we will use them for any future septic issues that arise.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a septic tank pump replacement. Andrew took the time to ask detailed questions to diagnose the issue and made sure to bring the correct motor before coming to my home. His staff member (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also very kind—he explained how the pump was fixed, recorded a video showing me how to clean the filter, and even sent it to me.

Their price was also a bit lower than the company I usually use. I had planned to have the tank cleaned as well, but the service guy honestly told me it wasn’t necessary this year. What company does that these days? Their honesty really stood out. I wouldn’t have been able to tell just by looking, since the solid waste floats, but they canceled the clean-up instead of charging me unnecessarily.

This company is knowledgeable, professional, and above all, honest. I highly recommend them!

A+++. Amazing customer service and communication. These poor guys! I called them after my original septic service, who I’ve used for 15+ years, wanted to charge me for a full pump to replace some baffles that were missing after they just pumped my tank five days before. (Total would have been $1800.)
I called Anthony not realizing just how far away they were from where I live. I explained the situation and he was surprised that this company would do that. I sent him photos as best as I could get. We arranged a day for someone to come take a look in person. They were able to install the baffles for me without pumping the tank at all. It had only been about 15 days at this point. They sent photos to me of their work since I wasn’t there. I am so appreciative and grateful that they were willing to do this work!! I would love to use them again if they’re willing to come all this way and if not, I completely understand. I definitely recommend them to anybody else in their area or area of travel!

Our plumber let us know we were in need of a septic pumpout, I went online looking for a local company and happened to call Septic Response. They were able to send a truck over right away. While pumping out, they saw that our pipes were blocked with a lot of grease and were able to take care of that as well. Both crews were incredibly nice and knowledgeable.

First time home owner and first time having my septic pumped. Anthony was quick to answer questions and made me feel at ease. Moe showed up right time and was done within an hour. Great experience. Will definitely use this company again.

Kane came out and found the leak! He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
I was able to dig up the leak that was directly under the painted X. It was under three 3" tree roots and next to the power, cable and internet lines.
You guys saved me hours/days, maybe weeks of digging!

I had a very positive experience with Simply Leak Detection. They had a prompt response and came to my house conducting the leak detection on Saturday morning. The process went through smoothly. They are very professional. All conversations happened with a social distance during this COVID19 time. After the work, Michael text me back, follow up with me if there are any further issues and answered my questions.

Happy with SLD services. The owner was very communicative over the phone. Kane was very friendly and was able to pinpoint the location of the leak despite its odd location. He even helped me digging to better pinpoint the leak. Recommended.

Michael showed up promptly and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. He found the leak quickly and the plumber was able to repair it relatively easily. Michael is professional and gets the job done quickly and accurately.

We had a main water service line leak under an asphalt driveway. Simply Leak called me back on a holiday weekend when 2 other companies didn't. They scheduled for Tuesday and were on time.
Kane located the leak within 6 inches of where they marked asphalt.
No complaints, I feel they did a great job and we received our money's worth.

Kane Williams came out to my house after I had called Leak detection about an underground water leak. Kane explained the process to me and went to work. The leak was detected, I got a plumber back out and within 48 hours..............no more leak.

For the DIY crowd SLD and employees like Kane Williams can save you thousands of dollars. Most DIY homeowners jump into projects like this thinking they need to hire a backhoe and turn the project over to the operator. Thousands of dollars later and trenching along with piles of dirt all over your yard leaves quite the mess. With SLD 1 hole was dug, no backhoe was needed and the thousands of dollars that I would have spent remain with me. Thank you SLD

Kane showed up and within 30 minutes a leak on my main water line was located. He did a little more work and we were able to see that a connector to a valve had cracked. Kane was professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Definitely would use again if necessary.
