Michael did a great job in locating the leak spot near our utility boxes. The black pipe in the photo is the leaking water pipeline. Around the spot, there are a power line, 2 cable lines and a gas line. The crack is so small that you wouldn't even notice it when there is no water with high enough pressure passing through.

Kane, the technician arrived on time and explained what would happen. When the leak was detected I got to put on the headphones and listen in a pattern of locations that indicated exactly where it was. The leak area was marked for the plumber and we were done. Kane was professional and courteous through the entire service call and I recommend this company. Not receiving any discounts or other benefits for this review - paid full price.

Add after company response: insurance most cases does not cover any expenses if it's a slow leak due to overtime wear and tear. Google and read this before you spend big money thinking this will be paid by your home insurance. It only covers if it's a sudden damage caused leak, like an accidental puncture into the pipe.
Disclaimer first: This review is not about their service but just want to give people an idea what you are getting into when you call them and what options you may have. I had a slow tiny water leak from upstairs to downstairs. I knew this is not something that I could detect and I felt I needed to pinpoint the location before calling the plumbers. I called this company and got a straight answer, "$850 to come out". If you have a serious water pipe leak under a concrete floor or sewer pipeline under the dirt, it may warrant this kind of charge but I personally think $850 for an upstairs to downstairs straight leak detection is too much. Again that's just my own opinion. I hang up and called my go-to plumber, Tech City Plumbing and Drainage in Kirkland. Tim came out the same day and pinpointed the leaking spot in 10 minutes and provided me the estimate of fixing it. Not cheap to fix it but I didn't have to pay any extra for Tim to detect the leak. He even told me to get a second bid on the cost of fixing it. I've used Tech City multiple times including expensive rerouting water piping, etc. They are very experienced and skillful and fair priced. Don't hesitate to call them. My point is sometimes an experienced plumber can save you a lot. If you have an under the concrete or under the dirt leak, call around and get your price straight first.

Michael came to my home in Burien last week. He was terrific! Professional, friendly, patient with my questions. Very knowledgeable. I had a small leak in my line that was harder to detect, but through his various listening devices and other mechanisms, he was able to narrow down the leak to a very small area. Charged me a very fair price. It was a extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend!

Tech arrived a little later than appointed time. Kane was courteous and clear about all aspects of the job, and helped me understand the plumbing in detail. We used Simply Leak Detection to locate a broken pipe on our property. The technician who came to my home was on time, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. After quickly assessing our well pump controller, water processing system, radiant heating system and well pump, he quickly set up his equipment and found the broken underground pipe. He then explained everything he had done and reset our systems. He did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would without reservation recommend them to others.

Garrett was excellent. only thing i would suggest would be to put plastic up to ceiling so dust does not go all over the house.

In one visit, Kane located multiple leaks in our main water supply line which sits three feet under our asphalt driveway. No worries, he found the primary leak within two feet of accuracy and also located a likely secondary leak location, which ended up being true. Dug it up and repaired the pipe with a neighbor, savings thousands of dollars over hydro excavating a new supply line. Will not hesitate to use Simply Leak Detection in the future.

Having an enormous leak with a 4-figure water bill can be stressful, but Simply Leak Detection takes the sting away. I have problem with my water bills. I wanted to find out if there’s leaks that needs to be fixed. This company was referred to me a plumbing company. I called and spoke to Lincoln. He told me what to do. I sent him pictures and videos of the meter, for how many hours until the next day. He helped me checked what needs to be checked. He answered all my questions. He wanted to make sure that before he comes to my house that it’s really a major leak. He didn’t need to come to my house anymore.
I just need to monitor now the water meter and the usage.
Not only he saved me money, he saved me from worrying. Now, i just need to call the water company and ask why
