I recently used Green House Plumbing & Heating and was very impressed with their service. Wahab and Jerardo were punctual and arrived on time for the job.

They replaced a couple of valves, installed an air gap for my dishwasher, and replaced an outside faucet. Their work was excellent, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. The price for their services was reasonable as well.

Overall, I highly recommend Green House Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of plumbing services. Great job!

Owner showed up within a few hours of my call for a furnace that stopped working. He found the problem but the supplier was closed at that time. He called the next morning with a quote, never trying to upsell me on purchasing a new furnace. After discussing replacing the part on an old furnace vs purchasing a new furnace we opted for a new furnace. He and his crew were there the same day and installed the new furnace. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is my first time using Green House service. My heater stop working today and I was looking to get a quick fix. Checked couple of places nearby, but only Green House was able to get me scheduled in the same day. The technician came on time and was able to quickly identify the issue and fixed it. The carbon build up was removed and unclogged the pressure switch tubes. No extra charge was added other than the normal diagnostic fee.

Overall, the service is quick and professional. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and families.

Needed to replace a leaky outdoor faucet and the guys from Green House Plumbing was quick to reach out and schedule something the same day to come by to give free estimate, and they were not pushy about the service at all. Once we decided to go with them they did a great job in a timely manner, would highly recommend!

Avoid Green House Plumbing and Heating at All Costs!

A few years ago, I hired Green House Plumbing and Heating to install a faucet, an instant hot water tank, and a water filter in my house. Recently, I needed to replace the water filter, but the experience turned into a nightmare.

When I asked what filter model I needed, the receptionist informed me they had no record of the installation because they had switched computer systems. She sent out a technician who removed the filter and promised to find out the replacement model. Weeks went by with no follow-up. After multiple attempts to get an answer, I finally received the filter model information—two months later.

When I tried to replace the filter myself, it wouldn’t open. I reached out to the receptionist again, but my first request was ignored. After more waiting, I called again and was told they’d send a technician to fix the issue—for $300. I explained this was their fault since their technician had likely damaged the filter setup. I asked to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored.

It’s clear they care more about squeezing money out of their customers than standing behind their work. When their technician broke the filter system and then tried to charge me $300 to fix it, that felt like extortion.

Do not do business with this company—they are unreliable, unresponsive, and unethical.

We have used this company many times and they are always great! Would highly recommend Andrii and the team.

When you can actually reach them, they do great work. I have called and left messages three times in the last week and have never heard back. They installed a dishwasher for me and now I need to have a laundry sink installed.
Update-They finally called me back and I'm thrilled to have them out to my house again. It would really help if they could be more attentive to their phones.

Thank you to service technician Omid for the first-class customer service provided. My AC unit was not cooling. Called Green House and they were able to schedule me the next day. Omid was prompt, asked what was going on, explained to me everything he checked and did to make sure I had a clear understanding of what was needed to be repaired. He was able to get my AC to cool again. Very friendly and thorough from start to finish. He then told me when I was ready to pay there's no charge for the service. The service provided by Omid was outstanding and I would highly recommend them if you need to service your furnace, AC and Heat Pump, which my condo unit has. He waited to make sure everything was working as it should. Thank You Omid and Green House for the best customer service.

Our two year old tankless water heater failed and while the parts were covered under the warranty the labor to install them was exorbitant. Over $1200 for two hours of work. Plus the technician was I knowledgeable about this unit so it took him longer than it should have.

Omid did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater. He was the one that recommended it to us after we installed our solar panels and saw the energy usage coming from our old water heater. He redid all the pipes in order to install it and explained how the heat pump on the heater works and the benefits. I've been using Green House Plumbing for years and will continue doing so. These guys are absolutely fantastic and helped us cut down our water heating bill 4x.

They arrived on time as scheduled and performed the work at a reasonable and fair price. They were very polite and respectful in coming in and out of the house.

Great recent experience with Green House Plumbing. We had failed pump and flooded crawl space, they inspected, called emergency services to take care of the flooding, then came back a couple days later to install new pump. Prompt, professional, great communication. They also previously replaced water heater for us. Will use them again.
