These folks are great! Fixing things right on the first go-round, quickly and with a great attitude and a firm knowledge of their craft. Fair pricing as well! Johnny was quick to find out that my disposal was leaking because of a fitting that had come loose, and fixed it rapidly. I wish every trades worker I hired was as good as them!

Tech City was amazing to work with! They were responsive, followed through and showed up when they said they were going to. Justin was amazing, he came and looked at the project, gave a bid that was more than reasonable, and I scheduled the work and Justin was the same person who came back to do it. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable, he swapped out a hose spigot and flushed my on-demand water tank. Definitely would recommend.

A big thank you to Justin for solving our kitchen drain clog. It turned out to be very complex and difficult, and he went the extra mile to get it fixed. Service was prompt and easily scheduled, very professional, and fairly priced. Thank you to Tech City for being there for us!

I was over my head on a challenging plumbing project, so called Tech City. The next day, less than 24hrs, a guy came out, discussed my project with options, gave a bid, and completed the job. They fixed some problem piping, added the pressure reducer, the work looks great and I have water again.

I have used Tech City twice in the past 30 days. First to replace my 16 year old water heater and a few weeks later to replace my angle valves and faucet in a bathroom. Both times they were able to fit my job in quickly. Justin handled both work orders and did a great job. Timeliness and professionalism are 5 star. I highly recommend this company.

Tech City Plumbing and Drain Service was amazing! I contact them yesterday, got back to me within 30 minutes and they came today to install my new faucet. I ordered the faucet on Amazon and told them that it would not get here until 3:00 pm. They arranged their schedule to come at the end of the day to replace my old one. Justin was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend their services!

Johnny took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step, quickly found the issues, and resolved them with professionalism and care. I had a leaky toilet. Tech City was initially helpful. The price to remove and inspect the toilet was $450 (which I paid). The initial appointment was "free," but to "inspect" it was $450. I already figured this would be the case so I paid no problem. The leak caused damage to the flooring which I removed so that the flange could be replaced/repaired.

We had a short window in which this needed to be done. I called Tech City back saying the flooring had been removed and we were ready for the flange repair. The tech scheduled the appointment and asked for a picture of the existing flange. I sent the photo and confirmed the appointment. The tech responded saying they were canceling the appointment and would schedule it when we were ready to re-set the toilet.

For reference this would have been another $600+ fee, meaning the only way they would replace the flange is if I was going to pay another $500 toilet re-set fee + the flange repair fee. Why didn't they just repair the flange when they were there initially? They could have easily accessed the flange without the flooring being removed. Yet in still, they could have said up front "hey we will charge a minimum service fee no matter what."

Fortunately, I found another plumber to take care of the issue no problem with up-front pricing. My two cents, if you use Tech City, be crystal clear with pricing. Lastly, please ensure follow up calls. I was told two times that I would be called back to confirm the first and second appointment, but never was.

Johnny from Tech City Plumbing came out to replace my garbage disposal which was leaking, on October 24th, 2025, and he did a great job. He was kind, knowledgeable and quick. He also had a great sense of humor which helps when you're having a plumbing issue. It works great now with no leaks. I would definitely hire him again.

We had a great experience getting our garbage disposal fixed. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it working again in no time. They were polite, knowledgeable, and left the area clean when they finished. And they didn’t charge us! Definitely recommend them.

HEATER PROBLEM! My heater continuously ran... heat worked, but the fan NEVER stopped running. I had many armatures look at it and gave me “advice”.
I called Green House Plumbing and Heating and got an appointment scheduled immediately.
They were professional and courteous from the person answering the phone to the person coming into my house assessing and working on the problem!
And they fixed it! Price was absolutely reasonable for the assessment and work done.
Don’t wait! I waited way to long to call in these professionals to help!

Very happy with service. Best experience I've ever had with a plumber. He explained everything and gave me options. Never felt pressured into spending more money than I had planned. Trusted the advice. They went way beyond what I expected for one repair and were very reasonable on price. They even called back the next day to see if everything was still OK. Very professional technicians! Thank a lot to Sony and his team! My sink was clogged for more than 3 weeks (I tried to fix it by myself but failed) and they fixed it within an hour! Affordable price! And they don't charge anything for `come to door` estimation if you live within their service area. Great communication and I will definitely recommend green house plumbing!!
