Overall: great and fast service, transparent pricing, plumbers had great "bedside manner" and did not try upselling or hard selling. We had a leaky toilet and 5 corner's owner gave very fast response to my email query for repair or replace options. I had an interest in replacing the faulty toilet with a new super-efficient Toto, and the owner helped me choose the best model for our needs, likewise I purchased the new Toto through 5 corners and they gave as good a price as you could find anywhere on the web; likewise labor costs were as good as or slightly better than other Seattle plumbers. 5 corners got the new toilet in 1 day and immediately worked with me to schedule an install just a day or two after that. Scheduling window was precise (not +/- 3 hours etc.) and installer showed up exactly on time. Removal of old toilet and installation of new one was smooth and took less than 2 hours. Communication very good throughtout. Overall great process/service and I recommend to others.

Kenji has a phenomenal interaction with me as I was trying to figuer out which and how to install a new Toto unit in my condo.

i have 3 bathrooms in my home. We had to have one of the toilets replaced due to outdated, poorly functional toilets. A few months later, the other two needed to be replaced. BOTH times, Tim has been extremely helpful. He responded to my call the same day as well as conform to my busy schedule. He cracked me up with some hilarious toilet/plumber humor. He took about 10 min to replace my toilet. incredible!
Tim brought along his coworker, Elvis to help install the new toilets in my home the second time.
There must have been a mix up back at the shop as they were given the wrong size toilet seats for the new ones.
Tim drove 15 minutes to nearest Home depot to get the right ones.

i never once felt uncomfortable having them in my home. They were extremely delightful and they get the job done quick and efficiently

I'm so grateful we have this best plumbing company on the Eastside. I used Tim and Elvis for a re-piping extensive repair due to pipe leaking under the concrete. Extensive work and they did an amazing job!!! They are very talented and skillful in what they do and fair in their pricing. 10 months later, I have a running-crazy water meter problem (unrelated to previous work) and called them. Tim squeezed me into his busy schedule for the next day and came out spent an hour cutting out the drywall tightening the valve, checking toilet and crowspace, explaining patiently about my problem and options. He didn't charge a thing for this. He said" we don't nickel and dime our customers". I'm speechless. This is a truly rare for a service company and this is why they are so successful.

Elvis and Tim with Tech City Plumbing are amazing, I use them through our property management business in Bellevue, they are our first call. Customer service is great, they go out immediately and always resolve the problem. I have never worked with a plumber as well as i do with them. I highly recommend.

I've had both Elvis and Tim out to our house for various services and they've always been punctual and professional. They've replaced our water heater, put on a pressure-reduction valve for our house to reduce the excess water pressure, and repaired a wobbly sink, among other work. The work is excellent; I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

Johnny was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained all repairs and costs ahead of work and completed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Great experience with these guys! The plumber (I think his name was Justin) was very helpful and went above and beyond to not only install 10 angle stops, but also rescued us from a damaged water faucet that was done by contractors on the spot. He saved the day! Thank you for all of your help! We highly recommend these guys to others!

Johnny was our plumber. He is the best! He troubleshot our faucet problem and fixed it. He also checked some other faucets and made sure they were not leaking. . I will definitely call Tech city for all my plumbing needs!

Elvis & Tim came to try and fix a double sink bathroom clog. We had hired another plumber before Tech City Plumbing and Drain Service and he was unsuccessful in fixing the clogged sink drain and left us stuck with a non working bathroom. I called Tech City and they were able to come two days after I called. They were punctual, clean, nice, funny and very informative. They disclosed everything that could go wrong before starting the work. They had to get creative and find a new solution to our problem as the clog was too hard to reach after their first attempt. They came back the next day and cut a small hole in the wall under the bathroom cabinet (so not visible) and were able to successfully clear the clog by accessing the drain this way. They even put a panel up to cover the hole after so looks good as new. Again, they were clean, friendly and did a great job. We would definitely hire them again for our plumbing needs even though I really hope we don't have any in the near future. Thanks Tech City Plumbing & Drain Service.

Tech City Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. I am very pleased with the prompt, exceptional professionalism, demeanor and courteous attitude of both technicians Elvis and Tim.

They showed up exactly when expected and completed the job very efficiently. They were also straightforward about what we could potentially do to keep costs down. Elvis made sure to clearly explain everything to us and his service was cost efficient. Elvis did not try to sell me on anything outside of what needed to be done. Therefore they were both very efficient and answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner.
