The crew came out to diagnose and resolve a complex drain issue for us, but what stood out most was the plumber sticking around and giving us advice as he would a family member or friend. These guys care.

Headline: don't hire them for major plumbing projects. We had the firm do our home re-pipe, changing from galvanized steel to PEX. We initially loved the person who came out to do the first visit, but ultimately the firm required significant hand-holding and oversight, we failed our plumbing inspection, and the owner didn't communicate productively with us. He seemed purposefully obtuse about what was and was not included in our contract. As first time homeowners, we weren't the perfect GCs, to be sure, but we tried to err on the side of more communication and being flexible. While the owner just seemed to want to avoid others and do the bare minimum (according to the scope in his head, not necessarily *our* idea of bare minimum).

Both employees repeatedly forgot what we'd told them about our bathroom remodel project, despite several written communications and meetings to go over the layout and details. They also failed to adequately share the preparations we needed to take for them to start work. Resulted in delays and unexpected costs on our end. Not to mention frustration all around.

Most importantly, we failed our plumbing inspection. This was due to seemingly amateur-and-potentially damaging blunders like mixing up hot and cold pipe connections to one of our sinks, and sloping our shower drain incorrectly. They installed the drain directed upwards, not down, which would have flooded the bathroom. We passed inspection the second time, but all in all, it was a very tense, drawn-out project that didn't need to be so stressful. Our new pipes work fine so far (knock on wood), but I can't recommend the company to others. Thank heavens we had an awesome bathroom remodeling contractor who stepped up and helped us navigate 5 Corners' poor service.

I purchased a new toilet at Lowe's last week, and I didn't realize until he got to my place that they weren't all standard size. The tank would have barely fit under the extension of the vanity counter above the toilet, so he took it back to Lowe's and with their help, exchanged it for a different toilet, also a Kohler, and brought it to my house. He installed it, and once it was installed, we realized it was leaking from the "water jet" that the new low-flow toilets have. He took it back to Lowe's and exchanged it for another, and came back and installed it and it seems this one is going to be ok.
He really IS "Juan in a million", and I will now use 5 Corners Plumbing whenever I need a plumbing issue taken care of.

The installer called within the predicted window and gave me an accurate ETA. The installation went smoothly. He also pointed out a problem with the air vent on the sink and cleaned and tightened it for no charge. Very good experience.

Excellent. I hired them three times through Lowes - twice for faucet replacement and once for toilet replacement. Juan really went above and beyond, gave good and honest advice and all three jobs were perfectly done. This is how everyone should be.

Juan arrived on schedule and did an outstanding job on my install. Very polite and friendly would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

A few months ago, 5 Corners did a great install of a StreamLabs control system (automatic water shutoff) at my house in Kirkland. Recently, the StreamLabs started showing small, periodic, water inflows. I called 5 Corners, and Kenji got back to me right away and was very helpful in talking me through some of the possible causes. 5 Corners is my plumbing speed dial setting!

I contacted multiple plumbers for a quote to install 3 new toilets. Kenji replied quickly, with a fair price and was able to confirm my toilets would fit with a few questions via email. There were so many plumbers who wouldn’t give me a quote without an in home appointment (which cost $$). Kenji was by far the quickest and fairest plumber I found. We will definitely be using 5 corners again!

Juan came out to our house to install a new toilet via a purchase at Lowes. He was the very best plumber we have ever had. He explained the details of why the last toilet failed (that someone else installed) and how he was going to install the new one to make it right. He did a perfect job on the install. He also wore booties to keep the floors clean, wore a mask, thoroughly cleaned up all of the dust and caulk around the old toilet and removed the old toilet in a heavy duty contractor bag to not have any water drip in the house. Juan has a wonderful positive energy, is so knowledgeable and is a fantastic representative for your company. Juan is AWESOME!

I give them 11 out of 10 stars! 5 Corners Plumbing is terrific, we are happy with our new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. Kenji and Juan are knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend 5 Corners Plumbing.

5 Corners Plumbing is awesome. Juan the plumber that came out to put in a new kitchen facet was the best. I will use them again and again.
Very honest company.

5 Corners have done a few jobs for me now over the last 3 years. Every time they've been prompt and courteous. I have no complaints. I would use them any time I need a plumbing issue resolved.
The only downside is you have to book them through Lowe's or Angi, instead of directly. Lowe's and Angi have a horrible track record at ensuring your appointments are actually scheduled. I'd rather be able to schedule them directly.

I had a dishwasher installed by 5 Corners Plumbing on Jan 5, 2015 and I was 100% satisfied. The installation was scheduled between 11AM and 1PM. The installer, Juan, called at about 11:20AM to let me know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. Juan was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. If was raining and he even brought two hand trucks to move the dishwasher. He used one outside and the other inside so he would not get my floor wet. His work on the installation was excellent. He made sure the dishwasher was level from left to right and front to back. After the water was connected, he ran a short cycle on the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks. He did a very through job explaining all the features on the dishwasher and provided some tips on loading and operation. Before he left, he made sure all packing material and trash were removed. I will be sure to call 5 Corners Plumbing the next time I need some work and I will be sure to ask for Juan.
