We used 5 Corners thru a Lowe's delivery/installation process. Very easy to communicate with, scheduling was simple. Juan showed up on time and ready to go. He was awesome. Would use them again.

They were hired by Lowe’s to replace my guest bathroom toilet. Juan came on time with a big smile on his face. Communication with the company before hand was excellent. Juan was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have never seen someone so passionate and cheerful doing his job. Would honestly rate it a 6 star if I could have, great service from the plumber and the company as well!

I needed some work done to the main shutoff for the house which was failing, pressure reducing valve, the outdoor bib shutoff and a bunch of toilet supply lines. Typical builder grade stuff that was falling apart.

Kenji was extremely responsive to my emails, answering all my questions promptly, giving me estimates based on videos and pictures without asking for an in person visit or charging for said estimate. Not once did I detect a hint of the "maybe you're wasting my time" attitude that some plumbers I spoke to had.

Juan was the plumber who showed up to do the work. He used the right parts of good quality. He was quick, efficient and very frank and fun to talk to all through - taking time to give his thoughts on things and explain what he was doing. He even went above and beyond on certain things that weren't even in our initial scope.

Overall, a good experience at a fair, reasonable price. A week in, the repairs and replacements are holding and working fine. I'll be sure to update if, in the near future, anything comes apart, though I doubt it will.

Juan installed our new kitchen sink with a fancier better one, educated me on the new features and maintenance for it, and pointed out some issues with the wiring of the garage disposal and explained the usage of an otherwise mysterious tool that came with the new faucet all done professionally and all the while most friendly conversation, when he left it was if a friend was leaving. Highly recommend Juan 5 corners and Lowe's!

5 Corners did a great job with our installation. Our installer, Juan, was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He was also friendly and patient enough to explain his work in detail to both my wife and me. We appreciated that bit of added information. Communication with the office and with Juan was always easy and fast. We're very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to work with 5 Corners again.

We were contacted by Rick who was VERY communicative and easy to schedule with as well as help us to understand what other parts we might need to get the job done.
When our scheduled time came, Juan called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on his way. He was on time, and genuinely just a wonderfully friendly guy! Juan was fantastic- friendly, punctual, and super knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond in my honest opinion. Had an exceptional experience with this plumber for toilet install. Great advance communications. The veteran plumber doing the job, Juan, was fun to have in my home. He taught me much about toilet care that was new info for me. We had several non-plumbing interests in common, like cats and Mexican food! He was quick and safe, and left no mess behind. This was the best in-home service I’ve had in my 33 years in this home.

He thoroughly discussed the details of his work with us, coordinated the purchase of necessary supplies and conscientiously completed the job. After thoroughly testing the installation, he provided some helpful care and maintenance tips and left the worksite clean. We sincerely appreciate a job well done!

Great guy who installed my toilet. Made sure the product was in good condition and pristine work on the installation, even took care of locking the door everytime he had to get his tools because I have a cat. Very responsible team I must say.
