I met Elvis today, but he didn’t look like the guy that married us. I called Tech city in Kirkland because of the great online ratings. The job was clean, professional with no extra charges. Thank you Johnny and Elvis for the job well done. Then Elvis left the house.

I called Tech City again a couple of years later for a hot water tank leak. Once again Elvis and crew came through. They arrived at noon, gone by 6. Fast, efficient, and reasonable. Thanks guys

Great experience using Tech City! Our plumbing issue was critical, and with a co-worker recommendation, called TechCity. Was so happy they were able to make it out pretty quick. Elvis and Tim were amazing. Both were professional and explained exactly what the issue was and showed me what they had to replace and what they had to do to fix the issue. Calling someone you really have no history with is typically pretty intimidating, but this company and the team they sent out, exceeded the expectations...

Elvis and Tim were both great in replacing my water heater. I really appreciated their calling before they arrived at my home and are positive and friendly. They answered all my questions and were both friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely way. I want some more plumbing jobs done and I am so grateful to have found a company I can trust who will do quality work for a fair price.

Elvis and Tim were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived on-time and fixed the leak in our master bathroom. They also installed a new shower head for us in the master shower, a much-needed upgrade.

Both services were completed quickly, and we are very happy with the results. The next time we have a plumbing issue, Elvis and Tim will be top on our list to call.

Tech City Plumbing have become our go-to plumbers. We've had Elvis and Tim work several jobs for us now. They've replaced a number of angle stops, two toilets, and a sink. A+ work every time. They're very knowledgeable, friendly, open, communicative, honest, and flexible. We know next to nothing about plumbing, and they've been consistently patient and helpful, explaining what needs to be done and why, and they're happy to answer our questions. We also really appreciate that they give you the price beforehand, and from our experience, they stick to it, even when things don't go quite as planned.

I would absolutely recommend this company. I thought I needed a garbage disposal replacement, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Johnny came out and with a push of the reset button it is now working. He did not charge me for the visit and asked if there was anything else that I had questions about. He was very informative and helpful.

Elvis and Tim from Tech city plumbing were truly amazing. We had a leak going on But we're not sure where it was coming from.. They were able to assess the situation find the problem and make recommendations for the needed repairs. Once we approved they scheduled the needed service and completed it in a timely manner and at a fair price which we all know is hard to find i would definitely recommend this team to friends and family members!

I had a wonderful experience with a garbage disposal repair. A little costly to just tighten the disposal but understood. I called them again for a quote to replace shower/tub faucets they came looked it over and I never heard from them again. Even after a follow up. Very unfortunate

Due to a major freeze, my house ended up with several water pipes that had burst. Based on all the outstanding customer reviews, I ended up calling Tech City Plumbing first and I’m glad I did! I spoke with Elvis, who was also the plumber that replaced my broken water pipes. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly how & why the above mentioned happened and offered suggestions to help prevent it from happening again. I have other plumbing related work that needs to be done and have definitely found the company & the plumber that I trust to do it! If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumbing company who does great work, I whole heartedly recommend Tech City Plumbing for the job!!!

Needing a plumber is never fun but Tech City plumbing made things as pain free as possible. Elvis was super professional and friendly, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what needed to be done and was upfront about what could go wrong which is something a lot of guys won't do. Price was very reasonable, not bottom of the barrel cheap but with house stuff do you really want the lowest bidder? Overall good experience, I hope I don't have to call a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do I'll definitely go with Tech City again.

I rarely write reviews, but I just had to this time because of the outstanding service provided by this company. Elvis was so professional and provided a written estimate before the job. He was thorough and very knowledgeable, on time and friendly and local! He did a install/repair that Beacon Plumbing refused to do. If I could give 6 stars I would. I will have them back in the spring for two outdoor faucets that need attention. Bravo to Tech City Plumbing

My Mom had a pipe burst after the last big storm and the guys at Tech City were recommended by a friend. Set up an appointment and they showed up in the early range, ready to work! Not only did they fix the burst pipe, they replaced an attached outdoor spigot that had been leaking for years, without any additional cost! They were friendly and professional, executed a quality repair at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend Tech City!

Had a drain blockage about 50 to 55 feet down. What I liked most about this plumbing company versus others was how personable the person answering the phone in talking through the situation, as well as the plumber who came. Was very personable, had a nice sense of humor, and was really helpful in talking through the process and some mitigation tactics. I would definitely consider using them again.

Tim and Elvis from Tech City Plumbing are two of the best plumbers that I have worked with. They arrived for each visit on time, easily explained the issues we were having and made fast repairs. With our safety being crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic both men made sure to wear their masks appropriately at all times and stayed masked while inside our home.

We had a leak in a main outflow 3" abs pipe that was coming down from our upper bathroom and laundry and ran behind our kitchen. Once we had access granted to them (We used the equally great Pacific Remediation and Restoration) they got in and swapped out for a brand new (leak-free!) pipe with just a few hours of work at what I would consider an entirely reasonable rate.

A few days later I noticed what I thought was a second leak which turned about to be an entirely unrelated problem (a leaky seal for the overflow of the bathtub upstairs that just happened to be in the same spot). They came out same-day, tested absolutely everything, and let me relieved knowing that it was a minor issue and not part of some more major problem. For this, they quickly addressed it and showed me how to maintain and test it myself!

Tim and Elvis are easy to get along with and I could not be happier with the work they provided. They will be the only plumbing service I use as long as I live in this area. They really earned my business and I appreciate that.

I've used tech city plumbing for several plumbing projects and each time have had an excellent experience. The plumber that came for each of my repairs (I believe his name was Justin) was knowledgeable, quick, and went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed. I will definitely be using them again if the need arises and highly recommend them!

We've used other plumbing companies, but never used the same one twice. That ends now, because we'll keep using Tech City. See all the good reviews? Here's another one. Everything was easy: they come on time, they explain what they're going to do and how much it will cost, they clean up when they're done, and they are very friendly. Johnny and Justin came the first time to create the estimate for a bunch of items. After we decided what to have done, Johnny came back to replace a shower cartridge, tub spout and pipe, and outside spigot. Due to needing an obscure part, Johnny came more than once, but we never had to worry about him being on time, which was a very pleasant surprise (based on other companies). Johnny is very kind and patient with people who like to ask plumbing questions, and he went over the repairs with us when he was done to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Tech City, and Johnny specifically.

No one wants to need a plumber, and it's no fun finding a good one. I got really lucky and found Justin at Tech City Plumbing. A lot of people don't want to deal with "do it yourselfers" messing things up. Justin was early and was very understanding as I explained what I tried before calling. He found the clog that I couldn't, and was done in 1/10th the time I spent trying to do it myself. Professional and personable, he then gave me some ideas on some future work I will need done.
I'll absolutely use Justin and Tech City again in the future.

Outstanding work! My laundry room flooded, and they came out and handled it. Their response time was fast, efficient, honest, and the cost/value 100%! I've dealt with plumbers for years based on what I do and I can attest that these guys are the best... and I don't put my name out there with recommendations easily. Big shout out to Johnny and Elvis!
