The workers showed up on time; they were fast and friendly and did a great job. We were very happy with their work, and just as important so was the city inspector.

I was assigned this company from American Home Shield after the first company never called or showed up for a week. Varsity Electric called me within an hour after getting the request. They came out the same day figured out the issue and replaced a plug in my bedroom that was the issue. They also looked at my fuse box and found nothing that would cause an issue. They explained what happened. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Kolby and the other technician with him were polite and professional; they worked well together while answering my questions. I will recommend Varsity Electric to my neighbors.

Varsity Electric was on time, professional and pleasant to work with. We had a bit of confusion about light placement and they were immediately responsive and offered multiple viable solutions. We couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, and compassion when working with elderly clients. They are now our first call for electrical needs.

I have used Varsity twice now and they have a customer for life. Both times it has been fairly urgent jobs, our electric wall heaters burning out in our children’s rooms. Each time they have figured out their full schedules to send guys out ASAP, they’ve been communicative, friendly, and efficient. I always ask the guys to break things down to child’s level for me and they do, they give recommendations and explain everything. Thanks again, Varsity Team!

From the beginning (with Karen and Matt) to the end (Scott and Matt)….this team was/is FANTASTIC!

I’ve used Varsity Electric twice now (electrical panel upgrade for home and generator) and installation for exterior lights around the house (2 light posts front and back of home, and 3 motion sensor lights).

I was very apprehensive to use them initially as I am new to the area, wanted to support local companies; unfortunately, I was taken advantage of/scammed. Needless to say, when Matt met with me, he was the epitome of PROFESSIONALISM. I was taken aback, as I was really becoming skeptical of the Olympia area. I haven’t encountered poise such as his since I’ve returned to Washington State. He explained the entire process, provided input/suggestions, provided an honest quote, and ensured job was completed.

Now, I absolutely need to share with the world about Scott and Matt…these two gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to customer satisfaction! What stood out the most with these two was that they consistently went above and beyond.

Some examples:
1. They brought fuel for my generator knowing that I probably forgot to get it. It was just enough to get my generator started, but what company does that?!?!?
2. They cleaned up the mess of the landscapist that was hired to dig the trench. Landscapist had dug up all the dirt and tossed it along the pathway, which tracked dirt into my home and everywhere else. It was a hot mess. Again….they didn’t have to do this, but they did.
3. They trimmed my tree to allow for my new light post to provide more visibility and to make it look that much better! They didn’t have to do this!
4. This one is hilarious…but Scott explained the mechanics of the generator AND labeled it…lol! I’m sure he has done this many times before, but I am so grateful he broke this down to me…BARNEY STYLE!
5. Most importantly, these two took their shoes off (with all the dirt and debris outside) every time they entered my home. They treated my home as if it was theirs. This stood out significantly as I have had the following contractors come into my home tracking dirt and debris into my home without a care in the world: painters, flooring contractor, exterior door installer, PSE electrician, etc. I was shocked that they could do this in someone’s home. Sigh….

Let me conclude with this, I will always recommend Varsity Electric to all who will listen. I’ve just provided a snippet of all their wonderful qualities, as there is still so much more I could share.

Please give Scott and Matt and BIG, FAT BONUS, VACATION, PAY RAISE!

Installed a Tesla Charger for me. Showed up on time, installation guys were courteous and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got the job done quickly. What more can I ask for? 5 stars all the way!!

Did great work. Had an issue with a fuse box. But they came out next day and handled it.

They're honest, dependable, and reasonably priced compared to other electrician's quotes I obtained for the same job. They also went above and beyond to provide information on the work they did to our old home before we sold it. Great company to work with! I highly recommend them. :)

Im using my home warranty and when I got assigned to Varsity Electrician in less than an hour I get a call from Karen she was very professional and also outstanding customer service. I was in need of an outlet install like yesterday and Varsity was able to get to it the very next morning. I even heard "The Boss" himself took one for the team on this call. Varsity Electric has won my business because they not only do good work, they really care about customers. And they follow through. I have used them for a couple jobs, but the best story about them is this one: Five years ago I had them install an EV charger in my garage, which is separated from the house. I dug the ditch myself to save some money, and they came and installed the conduit, the plug, and the charger itself.

Recently I was looking into upgrading the charger for a new EV, and discovered that while I had paid to have them install a 50-amp circuit for the charger, they'd only installed a 30-amp circuit. And this wouldn't work for my new charger. So I called them and the following week they were at my house, digging a new ditch (they had to install larger conduit), and not only installing a new circuit, but adding a subpanel in the garage to handle the EV charger and garage lights/plugs. All under the 5-year-old contract without an additional charge!

Everything is working great, and I have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment.

I call them for various upgrades my house needs and they get it done. Last job I had them do was replace a panel from the 1960s to modern and current electrical code. They had it done in a day and cleaned up nicely. Will hire again!

Varsity Electric installed a new 50amp (4-prong) circuit and ran the line out to my garage for EV vehicle charging. They made a plan and obtained necessary permits expeditiously. Their work is completely neat and organized.
