David was wonderful! He was on time, friendly, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He came fully prepared with any parts he might need and was able to fix my refrigerator on the spot. This saved me from having to schedule a second repair appointment and he was able to waive my initial service fee as it was applied to the repair. I've used Sears Appliance Repair for many years and they've always been honest, reasonably priced, and easy to book within a day or two. They're also one of the few who can service Samsung appliances in the area. I'm a happy customer!

Technician was unable to repair my fridge. He was very polite and informative.

Tyler couldn't adjust the dryer door as it doesn't have an adjustment. He did his best. IMO It's just a cheap poorly made LG. I should have kept my 16 year old LG Tromm.

David was friendly, professional and experienced. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our ice maker. Refrigerator/freezer was too old to repair (over 12 yrs) and they no long make the electrical part in the freezer door. Disappointed it could not be fixed and Whirlpool manufacture's just don't make them like they use too.

Technician has not shown up to appointment 4 times. No communication. No human to speak with to figure out why this is happening

Patrick, the tech that came today and fixed three of my appliances was so Knowledgeable I really appreciated his help
-
Brandon was knowledgeable he explained the issues and had the dryer working within the hour.

Serviceman never came even though the searshomeservices site said he did. I even got e-mailed "my signature" which was a big X that was not mine. This is the 7th time i've wasted a whole day in waiting for service. Sears Appliance Repair totally and completely is unsatisfactory. I received NO service even though my signature was forged

Unfortunately the repair person was not helpful in repairing my new glasstop stove. Patrick from A&E daid he needed to contact LG to receive an authorization to order the new glasstop. What I was told by Patrick was that LG hung up on him and blocked him from calling again. LG is who sent him to repair my range so it seems odd that he wasn't able to get what he needed and they blocked his number. I was also told that I had to contact LG again myself to get the authorization number and order another service appointment. I immediately contacted LG (Patrick had left), and I was told by LG that Patrick made a mistake and a manager would be contacting me from LG to have the warranty issue resolved. I am disappointed that I have a 4 month old stove that I am unable to use and will have to wait another few weeks to have it repaired. Patrick seemed to want to get out of his job today. I felt helpless when I had ordered the repair and he charged LG for standing in my kitchen and calling LG even though leading up to the service appointment, I was asked by both text and via phone the issue and what would need to be addressed. Do better A&E. (We have had a few A&E repair people out to our home and they all have been amazing until today)

top load washer. Whirlpool. OnSpin cycle unit was going wildy out of balance, thrashing around until we ran to it and did an emergency stop. Serviceman came out, tested it with 5 bathtowels only load, and replicated the wild thrashing condition. Ordered parts and scheduled return service. Repairprice was quoted and pre-charged as ~$525, almost the price of a new one. 2nd repairman came out on return call, replaced parts and said "All fixed". Left. No test. Ran a load that evening with a few items. Clothing only no bathtowels. Wild thrashing again, emergency shut down. Next daywent out and bought new washer. no return of repair $$.

Was friendly and so far it’s cooling down and working. He also had great communication

This was not a great experience. A lot of non communication, & rescheduling. First time they came out was like 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening to do a 2 to 3 hour job, which obviously they didn't do. The first guy that came in and checked my refrigerator couldn't get authorization, so he didn't put down nothing he did. The next guy was in the dark, had to diagnose all over again. Scheduled me for an appointment that they knew they weren't gonna keep. I'm not happy with that. Just a bad experience all around......
Hopefully, my refrigerator works can't tell yet. They said it would take 24 hours to get cold. I'm not too sure about that, either.
The technician on the other hand, did a great job. He was efficient and courteous. Best part of the experience. -
Dave was very professional and helped identify the problem and the solution and helped us identify parts we need by part number and where to order them.

This is quite literally the worst service I have ever dealt with. There is no contact number for any actual human being, as it’s either a phone tree or an AI “specialist.” They came out and diagnosed the issue to charge me $800 no problem, but when it came to actually showing up for the repair the following week, the guy was a no show, with no ability to contact any form of customer support. They stole $800 from me with nothing to show for it, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This “company” is a scam and I do not recommend!

Refrigerator repair: Our technicians were efficient, fast and respectful. Thoughtful to bring in all equipment and tools in before starting, and then started on the work without interruption. Cleaned up the packaging of parts and keep all equipment near the work area. Thank you for the great service.

Our repairman has been to our house a few times. He is always professional, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend Sears appliance repair.

Having to wait forb6 weeks to finally have my repair done was bad. Not being able to talk to person regarding parts and service and only AI was frustrating. The work finally being completed by repair man was good and professional.

Patrick did a great job quickly determining the reason our refrigerator wasn't properly cooling. He was quick, professional and he did a great job explaining his diagnosisof the problems. We chose not to repair the refrigerator because of cost and the length of time until the repair could take place (10 days).

Dave is a very knowledgeable technician with loads of experience. We appreciate that he took the time to explain each step in the repair process. He is also very personable and a true professional. Thank you, Dave.
-
They provided quick, friendly and professional service, HOWEVER, they do not allow you even 24 hours to think about what plan of action you want to take after they diagnose the problem! If you wait, you would have to pay for a second second service call. Not a good policy IMO!

My technician was wonderful.
Sears Appliance Repair is the worst company I have ever used!
Don't use them. They are unreachable by phone and just cancel their services calls when ever they want...the day of the service even. It took 3 months to get my refrigerator repaired. They had my money for a month and a half before the job ever got completed.
