I would give a 5 star if the eves of the house would be swept out, and we wouldn’t constantly fight with the tiny ants. They are a problem in our area.

Efficient and thorough. Rylie texted me 30 minutes ahead of her arrival time providing me with time to rake up some newly fallen leaves and open the side gate for her. She treated my lawn with moss control helping to keep my lawn looking its best!

I have both a plum and a pear tree in my backyard. I also have a few bird houses and feeders that could be hit with the fungicide mixture, but Kyle took great care not to let any of the spray hit them. Very impressed at how careful he was to not let the hose damage or drag on any of my garden beds. Very thoughtful and courteous. Always professional.

Update: One of their technicians reached out to replace my tree 2 weeks ago. Since then he has cancelled his appointment with me multiple times, coming up with any new excuse.

We hired Senske Services to manage our weed growth in our new home. Their technician killed one of our brand new trees on the first visit and Senske's customer service has been extremely poor. I've attached a picture for reference.

This is a brand new home in a brand new development. These trees were placed as part of our landscaping. I showed Senske pictures of the green tree prior to service, and the dead one about a month later. They agreed it must have been sprayed by the weed treatment.

Since then, I've received one visit from a technician. They simply sprayed it with fertilizer and told me it would fix it. It's been months and I've left multiple voicemails for leadership with no response. They've chosen to ignore my issue and their mistake. Britt Spangler is the branch manager who has done nothing to resolve this.

My tree is ruined and Senske Services have decided it's not a priority to address their mistakes. I'd highly recommend choosing a company that cares about their customers.

Steve has been spraying my house for longer than I can remember. One of the most important people in my life as he keeps these pesky spiders from chasing me around the house.

Drew did a great job, done both quickly and efficiently. He is very friendly and informative. We started services with Senske about two years ago and have had huge improvement in our weed control and improved health/appearance of our lawn.

I signed up and paid in advance in the summer for the remainder of the year. I do not recommend paying in advance for any of their services. Many cancellations on their part and rescheduling on their part with no communication. I had to call to find this out. Different story every time you speak with someone, spoke with a manager that was going to figure out what was happening and get back to me, never happened and this person was directly alerted to the issue at least twice. Conflicting stories on when certain treatments should happen, and ended up with treatments too close together and out of sequence, which impacts their efficacy. I chose to pay for this service because of my lack of education on how to do it myself and wanting to save my time. This place has taken up my time and at this point I have researched enough to understand what treatments should be done, in what order and when they should occur for the best results for my lawn. I will do it myself or at least be more informed when I look at other vendors. Poor customer service, lack of communication and follow through which is the bare minimum for a service provider. I didn’t ask for anything extra or special, nor did I get rude with anyone. I simply expected to get what I paid for at the appropriate time.

Andrew did a great job of communicating and working with me for a time that works best. He also did a great job on my lawn and informed me of what was done and what to do in the future.

Phillip did a great job of deep root feeding for our Cyprus trees. He was respectful of our other plants going though our garden area. Well done!

Joey with Senske did a wonderful job spraying our trees. We have quite a lot of yard and trees. Joey and everyone we’ve worked with through Senske are Doing a great job for our yard. Joey is so personable and really listens to our needs.

I'm a relatively new customer at this point (~3 months) but all the service people have been very nice, very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions, and the price is lower than my old pest control company. My trees are healthy and my ants are under control, exactly what I pay Senske for. Plus no subscription!

Oscar was absolutely awesome, great customer service. Listened to my concerns and made sound suggestions. Hope he is the guy I get next time.

Knows names of most trees, plant & shrubs. Did a very nice job spraying all the trees & shrubs in my yard in a timely manner. Great representative for SENSKE.-Lucky to have him as an employee.

How am I supposed to know what service I received if it all came out of one hose?
I paid an annual fee that I considered reasonable.
Give the five bucks to the service agent anyway.

Kyle from Senske Services did an excellent job during his recent visit to our house. I really appreciated his attention to detail, like not disturbing the gravel and ensuring chemicals didn't get inside the birdbath by flipping it upside down (see photo). Even when I pointed out a bush on the other side of the house, he apologized and promptly took care of it. Double thumbs up for his professionalism!

I was looking forward to using this company for many projects on a house we bought in March. I called in Sept scheduled to have them spray for bugs in the yard, put down some lime and punch the grass and overseed. I originally just called for the punch and overseed but the gal did a good job and sold me on the other services. They scheduled me for Oct 6 for the overseed and I wanted told the gal I wanted to be there to do a walk around and ask the guy to consult over other projects. I took the day off by 2pm no one showed so I called the customer service said he would send a message to the tech and he would let me know when he's coming. By 4 he didn't call so I called the number he texted me on the day before to confirm he answered and said he was running a little late the last house he was at took a little longer than he thought. At 4:55pm he text me and said his equipment broke they would have to reschedule me. It's been a week no one's called me. What a bad first impression.

Dustin at Senske Lawn Care did a great job with core aeration. Fast, saw a lot of plugs. Left them on the grass for a few weeks and now our grass is lush and green. Thank you Dustin!

He did a thorough job of saturating the trees. He came in and got back out quickly and left nothing behind. No muss No fuss. Thank you, Joey.

Less than 24 hours after they sprayed for missed areas for weed control and lawn fertilizer my grass died where they spray. No apologies or anything. Worst service, disgusting what they can do to a yard within 1 visit

Update: Almost 1 week after my second treatment and more weeds and more variety of weeds after 1st and 2nd service around the boarder of my very small property. It looks like they didn’t spray around the edges of the very small property near the sidewalk. I have weeds and mushrooms growing after my 2nd service. They will have to make this right or I will be cancelling.

Photos taken are after 2 months of service. Weeds shown in picture were not present at time of first service which tells me there is something definitely or right!
