This last service was good. The service in October was not. The technician this time could tell that the bait boxes were not replaced in October because there was very little if no bait left. Our sticky traps under the house were full so I am not sure if new pads were placed in October.
The current technician was very apologic for what he found and very attentive to updating everything.

Misti was my technician for Eco Shield Pest Control today. She was personable, professional, and efficient. She asked if there were any additional areas to treat and was very thorough in her work. We have used Eco Shield for several years now for routine quarterly service and have been very happy with the service provided.

I had a great experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions! My technician, Chas Eakman, was extremely reliable and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even provided helpful tools to place around my home to catch spiders. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how thorough he was. Highly recommend both EcoShield and Chas for anyone needing pest control services!

Kaleb was very polite and courteous. He fully treated our home and then took the time to share the details of what he'd found and what he did during this service. He gave us a few tips and tricks for other things to do in between services as well. Great job Kaleb!

Opinion it's worth it. We've had no problems since using Ecoshield

Tanner called and discussed what was going on with our pest control. We talked through my concerns and he took care of the potential issue we had. My wife and I appreciate the great work they do for our home.

Yoshy was great. Friendly, capable, observant, and was able to explain in detail what he discovered, what EcoShield could do about it vs. what I should take care of myself, and especially why each thing was important. I had a lot of questions, and he was able to answer them all. Happy to work with him.

Craig not only performs his job well, he has great people skills. I mentioned the miscommunication with the office as far as start time and he offered to wait until 3pm. Appreciate his efforts to accommodate my schedule and greeting my dog as well. Thanks Craig!

I have been a customer of eco shield for 2 yrs and have always been very happy with the service. Recently they were kind enough to discount our services and that was a blessing. Their phone support is also great today I spoke with a gentleman named Sam, he was kind and very helpful.

Chas was amazing today! Very thorough and explained everything as he took care of some issues insides. Outside service was great as well. Thanks! Keep up the great work!

Cameron was friendly, professional, and did a great job! After several years of being a client of EcoShield, we have seen a huge decline in stink bugs, minimal spider activity, zero flea infestations, which is a major improvement in our part of town. I look forward to our continued service with them. Thank you Cameron for upholding the standard care and answering any questions I had!

Paige is amazing and answered all my questions. Made a great point regarding the full year versus 1 time appointments. She cleared up all of our pest needs. I appreciate this service and her time explaining. Never pressured, and kept a great level of understanding. Im attaching the monstrosity that they are about to encounter. Courage to them! Joseph Zeno came to our home to do a touch up service and was able to identify an area of our crawl space where rodents had entered. It was a small space that he identified, which showed how thoroughly he did his inspection. I appreciated his professionalism and ability to quickly address the problem.

Ecoshield is AMAZING and David is an absolute legend! Any time a creepy crawly even thinks about entering our house, David is on it 😂 Even for random one-off bugs, they swoop in like pest control superheroes. Always friendly, professional, and super thorough. We seriously appreciate them so much — our house stays bug-free and our peace of mind stays intact! After introducing himself, Mr. Braulio Bautista, the Crew Lead, went over the plan for the day. His team did a fantastic job clearing all debris and taking care of the installation. Before getting started, they covered the floors and stairs to protect the house from any damage. Mr. Bautista also took the time to explain what they were doing with each vent and why. When the job was done, they left everything spotless. It was a pleasure having his team work on our home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back for any other project. Thank you!

Tanner Phillips always checks in when he starts and does a thorough job! He also explained about a new sugar ant deterrent that we greatly need as they are already starting their trek in again this year. So excited to be rid of those little pests. Thank you Tanner!

Brandon serviced our account this week and did a phenomenal job, everything we could have asked for. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and very conscientious. He is the kind of technician that builds customer loyalty and we hope he comes back!

Kaleb Farley is very knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL, and has provided OUTSTANDING 5-STAR SERVICE to the extent of Ecoshield’s policy.
I’ve had them come to treat my home for a year for Mice / Rats, Spiders, Spider Webs, Ants and Beetles with a quarterly schedule at a cost that should have solved these problems.
Unfortunately even after a year of service the company hasn’t been able solve the mice problems under the house. They only provide sticky mouse traps which occasionally catch a mouse. My snap traps work five times better. Their solution to solve the mouse problem is to charge me an additional six times more of the yearly fee. Seems Way too expensive for the service.
My Positive portion of the rating is based on the respectfulness of the technicians and interaction with the customer.

Kaleb was so thoughtful about everything he did. We were still asleep because we forgot about our ecoshield appointment for general treatment. He saw we had a dog so he proceeded quietly to give us a chance at resting a little bit longer. When he knocked again to let us know about the service and any updates, he told me how he was careful around our catio and dog door and let me know what to expect. He gave me updates about our bate boxes too. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness and friendly attitude.

Tanner has excellent communication, he called me and ran me through all the products he used in and around my house. He also set us up with an inspection after finding some troubling rodent evidence. Great company

Service is a joke.
Techs don’t arrive on the scheduled times.
They are here for 5 mins and didn’t even treat my whole house.
The last tech that was here told me “we will never get rid of the spiders. You have to many trees.”

So why am I paying for a service that will never work.

Highly do not recommend. Absolute joke.
