My windows inside and out look fabulous!! I can't recommend Rain or Shine enough!! And the price was great too!!

Showed 90 minutes late washed our driveway in an hour and did not clean it at all in most places. Would not suggest him to anyone who wanted a thorough job.

Awesome & efficient !! These folks have done several jobs for us over the years and we've ALWAYS been pleased. They make our windows look fabulous! Highly recommend !

Tim and his crew did a great job and were very reasonable on price. Hard workers- And to the guy below with the one star review: They are in the business of selling and INSTALLING gutters, give them a break.

I just called Rain or Shine on 7/6/17 and asked for a quote for two gutters that were 12 ft. long, and two that were 14 ft. long. I told him I would install them that I just wanted the gutters. He quoted me $275.

I asked him why they were so expensive, because I could get 10 ft. gutters at Home Depot for less than $10, but they just don't sell gutters longer than 10 ft., and he said, "well there ya go buddy. Maybe you should go some place else." Very rude. I would not buy toilet paper from this guy.

Have used them in the past and they did a great job. This time Tim ran into some issues and the cleanup job was not done.well. They cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guards. Will save us money over the years. It was done in one day and looks good. The junk from the gutters was thrown on the ground and left. Not like the last time when it was cleaned up.

Allen and Angel did an excellent job. Showed up on time, asked what I wanted and were eager to make sure I was pleased. Tim came out to give me my estimate. After calling multiple companies for estimates Rain or Shine was the company willing to come out and provide the estimate. I checked them out with the BBB and L&I and they checked out as well. I suggest that you use them for your gutter needs, my neighbors are already asking for their business cards. Thanks Tim, Allen and Angel for the professional business attitudes!

Asked owner to do some work. He was to come on a Monday, he did not. I asked him why, He said it was rainning. What? Your company is called RAIN or shine.
Asked him to clean my roof/gutters and get up leaves.
Either He or someone who works for him, left 15 bags of leaves in my front yard, left the leaves in the back yard in 3 large piles. Spotty clean of my driveway that I did not ask him to do. That time would have been better spent on my roof.
Paid cash. I had to hire another person to take away the bags.
I had to call and remind him that he didn't finish the work. Part of my gutter was pulling from the house, he was supposed to fix that, did not, until I reminded him and he said "I forgot" I also had to tell him he needed to get the rest of the stain and residue off the roof.
When he came back by, he put more chemical on the roof and said it needed to stay on for a month. No mention of pressure washing it off later. The leaves were left he said because my yard waste bin was full. Why he didn't use bags again I do not know.
I have used him in the past and he would send his college aged children to do the work, adequate.
I am so disappointed :( I have never written a bad review and do not relish this one. I am in the process of getting new home owners insurance and an inspector is coming out and I do not know if it will be good enough.
I am a single parent of a disabled adult. I work 12 hrs aday 5-6 days a week. I work hard to be able to pay for services I can not do myself.
I just want to cry!

10/10 customer service couldn’t ask for anything better, easy to work with they were fast and efficient with reasonable prices, my roof has never look better !!

No stars should be an option!!! Windows streaked and After leaving the upper level window screens partially off, went up to fix and found the gutter cleaning we paid for NOT done. Called and provided pictures. Owner and owner wife only wanted to argue instead of take responsibility- 600 down the tubes only to have to hire a new PROFESSIONAL. Be careful with this company as I read reviews for Rain or Shine Window Company NOT Rain or Shine from Lakewood, WA. I will be putting this company on my client’s DO NOT call for services list and sharing this terrible experience with my real estate colleagues Awful!

My husband and I were in need of window and gutter cleaning for a house we recently sold. I had been shopping around for a week or so until a friend if mine referred us to Rain or shine. Our experience was wonderful from scheduling the appointment until paying for our services. From start to finish. When i called to schedule our appointment i spoke with Tiffany in the office. She was attentive, kind and efficient. She was very informative and made me feel very comfortable with my choice. She called me a day before to remind me of my appointment that i had made a couple weeks in advance. The rain or shine crew was on time, finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and it looked amazing! A couple days later I got another phone call from Tiffany asking me if I was satisfied with the results. I was very impressed by overall experience and would hire rain or shine for my window cleaning needs! Thank you guys!

Totally awesome, they came out on Wednesday 4/11/25 and pressured wash the exterior of the house and it made the house look brand new. these guys were incredible. would give a 10 star if possible. Thank you so much for a job well done!!

I was going out of town and was gonna have family over to stay, my gutters and windows were filthy from the season and needed my driveway pressure washed, not to mention the moss all over my roof, I called and they almost immediately sent one of their technicians to come and give me a quote. Their worker was very thorough and was extremely professional when inspecting the moss on my roof. Once I came back from my trip I was extremely satisfied with the work done, will definitely recommend them to our community and real-estate friends.

They came out to clean the gutters, get the moss off of our roof and put moss treatment on our roof. When they left, I noticed we still had moss on our roof. My husband called and they told him the moss treatment will get the remaining moss off the roof in a few weeks- which will then run off into our gutters and need to be cleaned again. Tonight it started down pouring and our gutter is clogged…after two weeks of getting them cleaned. What a waste of money. We’re having someone else come out to do a proper job.

On time, fast, friendly service. Excellent job and windows are still clean after three months. Also cleaned our roof.

About 70 percent of our windows are clean
Some just have the window dirt / water smear around. I let them know and asked for some windows to be washed properly and it’s 🦗 crickets- no reply.
