Merry Maids used to hold high standards, until they lost some of their best cleaners. There is no longer any quality control. I had a girl come to my house under the name of Shyrell Woods. I googled her name out of curiosity and found that she is convicted of abusing and killing two horses. Merry Maids claims to do background checks on all employees, but they obviously don't. I don't want someone like this in my home. I would not recommend this company. Ever.

They’re always friendly, professional, and timely. It’s very easy to work sessions around my availability. My pets love them so much as well!

Gave a call to Merry Maids on 9/29/2015. I left a voice message that I had just lost my house cleaning service and was interviewing and would like to get an estimate. Never received a call back. I left both my home and work number. To me, no response from a company totally turns me off to ever doing any business with them. First impressions are golden. Merry Maids receives an "F" for Failure to call back. Very poor first impression and that would lead me to believe that the customer service from this company is very poor also. Maybe think twice before entering into any contract with this self professed "Professional" company. Buyer beware.

It is a nice feeling to leave work and come home to a cleaned home. The expectations were exceeded. Phenomenal service.

I'm not the most clean person, and I reached out to Merry Maids because I was worried some of the dust and clutter was affecting my health (I have Cystic Fibrosis and am susceptible to many lung irritants). These guys ROCKED. My place looks AMAZING. I seriously didn't dare to hope they would be able to do so much, but this is EVERYTHING I wanted, and it was extremely affordable for me! You guys deserve every 5 star review you get, and I'll definitely be reaching out in the future when I need some extra help again. Thank you SO MUCH MERRY MAIDS!!!!

Very friendly. Good service although I wasn’t home to add the tile in front of my doors to be cleaned but I thought that was part of the floor? Still I recommend Selena and Trina and will have them back.
