All of the employees have done an outstanding job for us. They clean our small office every two weeks and have for over 15 years! Kind and thorough! Great job. Highly recommend. I don't always get the same cleaners, but that's okay. They always do well.

They did a great job with a 4 hour move out cleaning job of a very large rental. It was very expensive. Very, very expensive.

However, next time, I will hire a private contractor because these workers surely don't get paid anywhere close to the hourly rate the company itself charges.

Recently sold my house and need help to make sure I hand over to new owns looking nice. Totally was surprised that the two girls ( who where very nice...) that started on the cleaning chit chatted ( not training, as later I was told, since I was around the whole time and came to check on things often and overheard.!) as time went on 3 hours later ( and I was paying by the hour☹️)... they called in help and 4 more lady’s came... I would say that out of the 6 two who came last worked like a cleaning company should especially if the customer is there the whole time! I use to have my own cleaning business and I know what it takes... my house wasn’t that bad. I had them all quit after 4 hours and about 500$ later😖. I ended up doing about 2 1/2 hours work myself. Truly very disappointed and Never will use them again! Not at all a happy customer. E.S

Had an fantastic experience with Merry Maids today. The professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail was top notch! Plus, the owner Jennifer and her office staff always handle my questions and requests with responsiveness, clear communication and graciousness.

Shauna and Brittany did an awesome job of doing a move out cleaning on my apartment, focusing on the kitchen, bath and laminate flooring while I vacuumed. I don’t think my floor was that clean when I moved in.

Shauna had got on her hands and knees and scrubbed the bathroom floor to get the hairspray off. Brittany focused on the kitchen appliances and they looked great. The place looked amazing when we were through.

I couldn’t do the final walkthrough with the office manager, but I received a call telling me how happy they were with the cleanliness of the apartment and how much they appreciated my leaving the apartment in such an immaculate condition. I am getting a full refund of my security deposit.

We have some major work that was to start tomorrow. The plumbers were able to come a day sooner. Brittany and her team made some quick adjustments, and a lot of excellent work was accomplished by everyone!

Merry Maids just cleaned my house for the first time and I was astounded by their detailed work oriented approach. They did everything I asked and even more. I have arranged to have them back monthly because I need the help as I can no longer due for myself.

Month 3 of Merry Maids. I am still very happy with my Merry Maids services. They have cleaned my house from top to bottom. I am medically unable to clean for myself and really appreciate their help.

Month 4 - I had extra special cleaning this month. The owner of Merry Maids of Tacoma, Jennifer, came to my home to clean. She told me how she likes to visit the worksites and customers to make sure that everything is satisfactory. She was very impressive and cared deeply about the service her people provide. I felt honored to be chosen for such a visit. She is truly a hands-on manager who stays in touch with her staff and clients.

I’m a long time customer and the service I received today was the best ever! In fact, exceptional! Brittany and Yolanda took care of all the details and left us with a spotless house! I can’t think of a better way to come home and enjoy the evening!

The team went through my priority list thoroughly in the allotted time. There wasn't time to complete everything, but every room was done in detail, which is what I wanted. I can always book more time for the lower priority rooms, especially knowing they will be done right. Money well spent.

Dante and Team are great! I wish they could clean my home every day!!

The first team that Merry Maids sent did a horrible job but today Shari, one of the supervisors, came out and made up for all that the previous people didn’t do. My apartment looks like I expected it to look like the first time. She did a wonderful job. I am so pleased. Thank you Shari for making it right.

My family asked the cleaners to clean specific areas of our house and they completely neglected those areas and left our house dirty in multiple other areas. I understand if more time was needed but when asked to clean specific areas I would suggest focusing on those areas first. We did reach out and express our frustrations and no apology was given.

Merry maids has been fantastic. We’ve used them for several months just after we had our baby and had less time and energy to clean the details of our home. We love this team and would recommend them to everyone in Washington!!

I was very happy with the cleaning team Mariah and Dante. Very nice and professional. A couple of window tracks were missed but they were happy to take care of it right away. I would definitely use them in the future.

Our experience with Merry Maids was amazing from start to finish. We are a contractor that does work on high end homes and hired Merry Maids to do a deep clean on the interior of a beautiful home and the process was super smooth and efficient. From the start the communication was top notch as far as planning and execution of everything. They worked with our schedule which was tough because we didn’t exactly know when the construction work would be completed and we had a hard deadline because the homeowners needed to house turned back over by a certain day. Merry Maids made the best efforts possible to works with us and was very detailed in their communication so everything would run smoothly and on time . The carpet cleaning company was also scheduled the day of the cleaning and they had to get certain parts of the house done by a certain time so they were not working over the tops of each other and they made that happen and put extra effort into making that happen and very much impressed the homeowners and us as well. When they were done cleaning and I went back to do a walkthrough I was absolutely amazed at the detail of their cleaning job and was so impressed I was nervous to even walk in the house for fear a single hair would fall off my head and ruin the perfect job they did. I would highly recommend Merry Maids to any private homeowner and contractor that needs a cleaning service for a 1 time clean or a regular cleaning schedule as you will not be let down and once again the communication was impeccable. Kailee and Kim are such a wonderful team. They were so kind during our interactions and respected my requests of spots I wanted more focus on and spots I wanted left as is. They did an excellent job cleaning even the tough to clean spaces. I am amazed how much they accomplished in such a short amount of time.

Merry Maids I was quite surprised to see that the job that was done by two young men was excellent. The cleaning was so good. I received along with perfect cleaning total respect from both men. Which is very important. I will be using this company again. I am recommending this cleaning company. I say thank you for your service.

Sharie and her crew were amazing, friendly, efficient, polite, professional; my house hasn't been this clean in a long time. This was a deep cleaning, and I will have them coming back for regular service. I was also impressed that Sharie made contact with me when they were finishing up to do a walk through and check their work!!!! She is awesome!!!
