EcoShield has always been so great to us! They are always on time and willing to listen to any concerns. Recently, our tech, Ronnie C., was so nice while we were dealing with a mouse issue. He pointed out areas that we can fix to prevent issues and showed me the state of the traps we currently have and what the game plan was going forward. I could not be happier with their customer service and the kindness I have received from all their techs.

Always appreciate EcoShield and how knowledgeable their staff is. I've been having ant problems in my home recently, and Tanner, who performed my quarterly house treatment, was so extremely knowledgeable about preventive maintenance and ants themselves, it was a delight to listen to!

I've found EcoShield treatments to be effective against combating a variety of bugs (and there are a lot of different things they can do, you just need to bring it up!), and also having knowledgeable staff like this willing to educate us home owners helps so much!

We have been happy with our Ecoshield service. I feel like it’s a bit expensive, but the technicians are friendly when I happen to be home to meet them. Jesse has been our technician the last couple of appointments and he is very friendly, professional and engaging. He always asks if we have any recent concerns and tells us what to expect for the up coming season.

Don't even think about using this company for any commercial restaurant needs. They will only do half of the work you want done and expect payment as if they did it all. The staff is extremely rude and will not even call you back. I thought about giving them a second chance but decided not. Don't waste your time and money.

I recently hired these guys to go and help with my grandparents home outside of Tacoma and they did a PHENOMENAL job! My grandparents said it almost looked they had a brand new house. I live in FL, and despite the distance, the communication was great, they were on time, price was good and they did a superb job. I highly recommend to anyone needing some exterior cleaning done!!!

My brother referred me to these people and I'm so glad he did! They cleaned my roof on the house and shed and cleaned the gutters. The crew was exceptionally friendly and did a great job! I will definitely use them again in the future.
