I also love that they have some flexibility in their schedule and allowed us to move dates when we need to.

I have a two bedroom townhouse and the fee for regular biweekly cleaning is very affordable as well! So worth the money!

We are a General Contractor in Mill Creek, WA and we absolutely love the MYLE team and the careful, detailed work they do. The ladies are always so kind and considerate, and efficient at what they do! Our office gets pretty dirty with our carpenters coming in and out - and every time MYLE comes to clean there isn't a dirty footprint or speck of sawdust left anywhere. We love the MYLE team so much we even hire them to clean our clients homes after we remodel, and they manage to clean the construction dust so well its like we were never even there. Our clients are always elated with their professionalism and the cleaning service.

This family run business is excellent, and I highly recommend. They came as a recommendation from our neighbor and I am SO happy we hired them. The initial visit for a quote was professional, courteous and very thorough. They went over everything they plan to do and they even included things that other companies consider "add ons". M.Y.L.E. not only included this as part of their fees, but the overall total cost bi-weekly is much for affordable than other cleaning companies.

All I can say is that the quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable and flexible when we have family visiting us and need to not only shuffle around our pets but people too.

We absolutely love MYLE Cleaning. The two owners (family-run business) came over to give us a quote and we loved their professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care for their customers. They even recommended some safe products for us to use and told us what not to use with our toddler in the house when I showed them a few things we planned to buy.

They include some cleaning steps in their general clean that other companies only include in a deep clean. MYLE’s team cleans the baseboards and windows with all of our appliances as well. I was so impressed that they even made our bed nice and neat, which I hadn’t expected at all. They tidied a few things up for us and since re recently moved in we still have a few things out of place that I expected they would just work around. To my surprise they had tidied a few things up and our house was left smelling incredible when they left. Absolutely wonderful team and our family is looking forward to seeing them each month! I hired MYLE to do a move-out cleaning at the end of October, which happened to be the busiest work month I’ve had in my entire career. They turned out to be the angels that saved me on one of the worst days of my life.

When they showed up at the arranged time, I was at the tail end of a frantic week of packing and clearing, and was nowhere near ready for them to clean my apartment. I was already in the throes of a nervous breakdown, and didn’t know what to do.

The cleaners, managers, and everyone at MYLE went above and beyond in every way to come through for me. They called in extra help and disposed of everything left at the apartment that I didn’t have the capacity to deal with. And they did it with such compassion and care. Without them, I’m not sure I would have been able to recover.

This review is extremely overdue, which hints at how far gone my mental state was at that time. I can’t thank them enough for what they have given me.
