UPDATE: As expected, their customer service was very kind and apologetic and they offered to come back and clean the areas that were missed. After we declined since we had cleaned the areas ourselves, they kindly offered us a partial refund which we appreciated and accepted. Hopefully this was just an off day/experience as this business is very courteous. As long as you double check their work and don't rush during the inspection, I would recommend them.

We felt like the cleaning was okay and the staff was very nice. While we initially were happy with the cleaning while we were doing the walkthrough, we found a few missed spots after they left. For example, we had asked for extra attention to dusty areas as our complex had recently undergone construction. We found the TV stand completely dusty both on top and inside the open shelves. The TV itself had smudges on it as if it was hastily wiped down.

We also found some trash debris left behind (small styrofoam pieces that were originally there) in the dining room. The trashcan also had some crumbs and trash behind it, indicating it wasn't pulled out and the area behind it wasn't cleaned. The checklist that was sent afterwards also indicated that kitchen cabinets were wiped and cleaned however we still found drips/water marks that weren't cleaned off.

The checklist also indicated "vacuum/mop floors" however we don't think mopping was done as the floor wasn't wet or shiny.

We paid extra for inside window cleaning and the tracks were cleaned but the windows themselves were not properly sprayed or wiped down (still smudged) which we would expect even in a standard clean.

They also had a supervisor come by for an after-cleaning inspection (outlined in their email) and they found none of the problem areas we mentioned.

It's worth noting our apartment was in fairly ok condition before the cleaning which means it was harder to see what work was actually done (as in, not a dramatic transformation) and it was only obvious to us after the fact that these problem areas were missed.

The cleaning itself was 2 hours long for a 900 sq ft apartment which also felt fairly short to us. We felt that for the deep clean price + inside window price ($426) our expectations were much higher than what we got.

Part of their services say that if you find anything, that they're happy to come back and clean it free of charge but we didn't feel like it was worth the hassle when our cleaning ended towards the evening when we had dinner plans.

My move out cleaning was fantastic with Rain City Maids - Evan, Daniel, Dorian, and Gwyn were so nice, and had great attention to detail so the whole house is sparkling now. I'm really glad I chose the extras like inside of the fridge and cabinets - it's really ready for the next person now!

I’ve been using Rain City Maids for more than a year now for the monthly service to clean my elderly father’s house. The service is consistent, timely, thorough, and a great value. I’ve never had any trouble with communication or service. We’ve had Laurie more than a few times and she’s a hard worker and friendly.

​Fantastic experience with my cleaner Evan today! They left my home spotless and went above and beyond in getting rid of the stubborn pet hair buildups from 3 pets. Everything looks and feels so fresh!

Elizabeth, Evan, and Kaz did a great job cleaning our kitchen, including oven, and bathrooms today! Everything is squeaky clean! They managed to clean years worth of soot out of the oven.

Gwen and Jay are amazing! They remembered that we asked to use a different mop head for our child’s play area and brought a second one just for that the next time they came back. When we asked to pay special attention to a particular room, they were extremely attentive to that as well. Would love to have either of them back in our home any time!

Gwen, Dorian and Evan were friendly and thorough cleaners. Brought all their own supplies, yet used my windex (as requested) on the glass shower enclosure. They finished early so cleaned interior windows on main floor!
My one objection is that living in a place of 1,092 sq ft, bumped me up into their higher pricing category which could have covered cleaning 1600 sq ft. Due to townhouse building regulations in Seattle, there are probably lots of owners in this situation of only a tiny bit over 1,000 sq ft. Please reconsider your pricing.
The sparkling clean glass doors for the shower, the spotless tub and the scuff-free wooden floors, were lovely!

I needed a thorough cleaning of a refrigerator and oven to prepare a unit for rental. I was able to schedule Rain City Maids for a 2 hour cleaning the next day after I called to inquire. They did an excellent job and also re-cleaned the kitchen counters and sink.

Maddy, Kwen, and Meghan did a thorough and high quality job deep cleaning of my bathrooms, showers, and kitchen. They were friendly, hard working, and had all the tools to get the job done well. Will definitely use their services again!

Kaia and Evan (and the rest of the crew who was here back in December) did an amazing and thorough job with cleaning. We have a toddler and our parents gifted us a year of cleaning for christmas so we could spend more time with her and less time stressed about messes. Rain City has done an amazing job every time. Their communication is top notch and they're punctual, too! Our easy-to-get-grody shower floor didn't even faze them.

I was looking for a new monthly cleaning service and after comparing prices, reviews, and services decided to try Rain City Maids. Evan and Shay did a great job and I really appreciated the walkthrough they did at the end to make sure they didn’t miss anything important. They were respectful about me working from home while they were cleaning and they were nice to my dog! I will be continuing with this service. :)

I am very pleased with Rain City Maids! I did a one-time standard cleaning as my first ever cleaning with them. The scheduling process was super easy and simple, and they reached out to me within minutes of me submitting a quote request. I was able to schedule a cleaning within a week. The cost is also very reasonable and not overpriced. I have worked with a different service previously that was difficult to communicate/schedule with, had confusing pricing models, and was overpriced, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. I had Evan for this cleaning and he was fantastic! He was timely, friendly, professional, and thorough. I am very pleased with the cleaning and would use Rain City Maids, and request Evan, again!

We absolutely love Molly Maids! Today’s team was Claudia and Nayeli. Our home is a sparkling and they always go above and beyond leaving everything looking so wonderful. We have not had a bad experience with any of the teams that have come to our home. They are all so friendly and thorough! Highly recommend!

Waste of money. Very poor service. Will never ever call them again. Attached some pictures of my kitchen after they cleaned.

We had our initial clean from Molly Maid this last Friday and it was amazing! Claudia and Nayeli did a great job cleaning our whole house and it was a nice treat to come home to. Every room was spotless, glass doors cleaned, towels were folded nicely, trash was taken out...just great! Highly recommended for a cleaning service and can't wait to start our routine cleans!

Fast and friendly service! We needed a full house clean within three days; Kim and her team got us an appointment and did a great job with the job. We were so happy to have Claudia and Ana clean our home, it relieved a lot of stress related to listing our home. The house sparkles, and Claudia and Ana were very thorough! Would definitely recommend. Great work!!

We love Molly Maid. They always show up on time (without about 10 minutes of beginning of arrival window) and they are efficient and very thorough. Our house smells lovely and they leave it spotless. They even switch the sheets on our king size bed which to me feels like a real luxury! They take out all the trash and compost, fold up the blankets on the couch, arrange the throw pillows, and they’ll even clean the oven and fridge if you ask them. Best of all, they get all the cooked-on grime off the stove top - wow! All for an affordable price. Customer service is very responsive and helpful, as well. Highly recommend!

We love Molly Maid, they are very good at what they do, kind and flexible. We wanted a strange schedule (every 3 weeks) and they were happy to accommodate. Because of the schedule we do end up cycling through different teams, but they're all great! Most recently we had team #6 (Marcela & Sophia) and they did a wonderful job.

I discovered Molly Maid 6 years ago and never looked back. The team thoroughly cleans my home every 2 weeks. The women are efficient, friendly, and consistently do an excellent job. They are extremely hard workers who do a much better job than I ever have. They arrive on time or call if they're running late. I've never had a problem or issue with Molly Maid. I can't recommend this business and it's employees highly enough. Also, for all of you pet lovers, my dog is as happy to see the crew as I am and they enjoy her as well.
