While the house is cleaned, the detail and effort varies month to month. The two person team was here a total of 1 hour, 15 minutes today, and did not mop hardwoods (which teams tend to do 1 out of 4 visits). The fact they arrived 40 minutes early was inconvenient.

As always, very happy with the service and the level of detail from Angeles and Sandra. I honestly wish we could have them come every week. 10 out of 10. 100%. Would definitely recommend.

My tenant left me a hideous mess, but Vanessa and Lidia did a wonderful job getting the place spotless. Given the 2 hour window in which they were scheduled to arrive, I would have liked a notification as to when they'd arrive, but that's a dispatch problem.
My Spanish is middling, so more complex communication required our phones, but modern technology is a wonderful thing.

I have struggled to find a place that is consistent and communicative with the schedule and also with the cleanings. Best decision I've ever made to hire molly maid to clean my house once a month. Team 4 (Alma and Carla) are fantastic and so understanding of what a lived-in house really looks like, and are even patient with our very curious kitten getting all up in their business. After the first cleaning I was absolutely blown away. A few months in and I can't imagine life without them!

The women that cleaned our home were very professional, friendly, and thorough. They moved so quickly, I'm impressed by how much they were able to get done in just 2 hours! Our house feels very clean and the products they used do not leave behind any odor. We have an 1800 sq ft home and the cost is $290 for monthly service.
