We have used Merry Maids for over 8 years now, and they have always been consistently great! Our housekeepers Karlee and Lilly arrive on time and have never missed a service. They remember what we have asked them to do and they clean our house thoroughly. Merry Maids is overall just a very well-run company and we have never had any issues. We would highly recommend them.

Have been using Merry Maids for about two years now. Started with the deep cleaning service which was incredible…Karlee and Lilly scoured every inch of our home with painstaking attention to detail and the house felt clean and new at an almost cellular level. After that we have been doing a cleaning every two weeks and the team had a system where they rotate through focus areas which is great too. Karlee and Lilly have been fantastic and always give out doggy some loving before they start, and they are super kind, efficient, and thorough. The dispatch team is great to work with and everything happens via text with a day before reminder and day of text once team is on the way with map location and ETA. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Merry Maids for over a year now. Tara and her team always do an amazing job! Ira was with her this week and they always go above and beyond. I have a special needs child, and (sometimes pesky dog). They are very accommodating, and take the time to focus on the specific needs we have when they come to provide their services. The office is always prompt, responsive, and pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend!

I love Merry Maids! Karlee and Lilly from Merry Maids Lynnwood did a wonderful job. They were professional, efficient, and left my home feeling fresh and spotless. I’m very satisfied with their work and truly appreciate the care they put into the cleaning. Highly recommend!

UPDATE AGAIN: Sienna and Dominic did an amazing job cleaning my place yet again. I am really grateful to have such a great team helping me take care of my home. Every time they stop by I can feel my mental health improving because my place looks so gorgeous by the time they're done. Thank you so much (again!).

UPDATE: Feeling blessed and highly favored after Sienna and Nene stopped by tonight to clean my place. They are so detail-oriented in a way that I am not, cleaning my various figures and acrylic stands with even more care than I would.

Bill and I want to specifically express our appreciation for the work Rocio has been doing for us cleaning our house for the past year. She is always on time, leaves our house beautifully clean each time. You can tell that she is kind and capable in all aspects of her life She is a pleasure to know.

Janet and Matthew cleaned our house yesterday and have cleaned on previous visits. They always do a great job. The additional attention they give to a special room each visit is always appreciated. Our master bath looked extra shiny! They are also nice to our cat and she can be persnickety. Thanks Janet and Matthew for a job well done.

Lauressa and Tammy were both hard working and wonderful today; thorough and professional. I really liked hearing Tamimy say that she loves cleaning houses.

For the second year in a row now, we give Clean and Simple Cleaning a 6 out of 5 star rating!! Our technicians, Reisha and Lauressa, made our place SO clean we don't want to mess it up. LOL! Clean and Simple Cleaning was overall an acceptable experience. I wouldn’t say it was exceptional due to the few issues I encountered with them. However, they were quick to reach out and help resolve the issues however they could. The team that came to clean my home arrived on time and was very communicative. I was definitely appreciative of that due to the fact that I have experienced other cleaning companies just show up without notice… The cleaners were very kind, respectful of my belongings, and weren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions of cleaning needs for my home. So overall, those things were great as far as my experience. However, attention to detail could have been better. I had asked the cleaners to dust the lamp fixture in our spare bedroom again because it was not thoroughly cleaned. When I went back to check it after they had left, it did not even look like it was cleaned. Our shower also did not get as thoroughly cleaned as I feel it should have. We have built in shelves in our shower and the cleaners did not clean under the shampoo bottles to get the pink residue that often builds up in showers. I also had to remind the cleaners to take the garbages from our upstairs garbage bins in our spare room, as I had made sure to include it in the things I wanted done when setting the initial appointment with the sales rep. Lastly, the cleaner ended up warping my floor with the steam mop because they left it sitting plugged in getting hot. That was very frustrating, but Clean and Simple was willing to work this out with me and have been very cooperative. Overall, the job was done to minimum satisfactory.

I first used Clean&Simple when my daughter was in the hospital and i was looking for a company that used clean products, as our daughter has sensitivity issues. That was in 2020, during COVID, and the team made her home spotless and sanitized. Since then, we have had Clean&Simple for our home with excellent results. Every team has been spot on with communication and makes sure they know exactly what we need. They are all friendly, efficient and even love our dog. Highly recommend!

Tammy is pleasant, thorough, professional, and is determined to remove water spots in my shower! I’m happy with my continued service from this company.

We asked Clean and Simple to clean our house- and boy are we glad we did! Haley and Autumn cleaned it so well. My sinks are shiny and the rest of the house sparkles. It is SO relaxing to be here and not feel guilty for sitting because the house needs cleaning. Both were very pleasant and they were nice to my dog! If you have been putting it off, just do it! It's more than worth it.

Not only is she incredibly efficient & quick, but the quality of her work is A+. I couldn’t give her enough stars!

Clean and Simple has been cleaning our home for about 5 years. It is always so nice to come home and not worry about needing to spend the weekend cleaning. We can always tell when Jenn has been here. She is the best!!! Even our dog loves her.
