Jenn always does a lovely job, and our pets adore her! They look forward to cleaning day as much as I do. The service is fairly priced and not full of unneeded add-ons just to raise the cost. It’s exactly what we need and easily adjusted when needed. We’ve been with Clean and Simple for years and don’t plan to change!

I have used Clean and Simple Cleaning for more than 10 years. The service they provide is consistently excellent and in the few times that I have had issues, they have always responded and corrected any missed areas promptly. They have been very accommodating when I need to modify my schedule (giving appropriate notice, of course).

Elizabeth is the lovely woman that cleaned my house today. She was exceedingly detail oriented, organized, and professional. She accomplished all of the tasks that were on the work order over and above my expectations. I have had some bad experiences in the past with house, cleaners, but I will definitely have Clean and Simple Cleaning services back to my home! Thank you for making this experience such a great one. I'm a CPA who every year goes through the industry 7-days-a- week, 10-12 hour workdays from January to April 15th. House cleaning is tough to get to, but an added pressure if left undone. This year for the first time, I decided to offload the house cleaning to an outside service and hired Clean and Simple Cleaning. It was a great move. During their initial deep cleaning, they got the spots out of the kitchen stainless steel appliances and removed much of the cloudy film on the shower doors along with cleaning everything else from ceiling to floor. The place sparkled in a way I didn't know was possible. Then, during tax season, instead of the nagging "I've got to fit in vacuuming tomorrow" I could see the small amount of tracked in dirt or crumbs in the kitchen and say to myself "never mind, they've got this." It was very freeing mentally.
Their workers were prompt, notified when they were going to arrive, very hard-working and delightful to talk to. They're definitely better at cleaning than I am. Now that I've experienced working with them. I plan to hire Clean and Simple Cleaning during future tax seasons. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, fair pricing, got the job done! I reached out to multiple services in the Everett area and they were just super simple to get started with, very transparent about prices, offered a set rate for regular cleanings, and used products that don’t aggravate my extreme scent sensitivity. Our cleaning tech was so personable and professional and was a nice energy to have in the home. I’d highly recommend them!

We hired Clean & Simple about three months ago and have had them come out every other week since. They do a really great job each visit. All the cleaners are professional. The cleaning service seems very affordable and takes care of all the deep cleaning needs in the home.

We've been using Clean and Simple for a couple years now. We love how clean our house looks when we come home from work! Whenever there is an issue or something extra we want, Susan is very easy to work with and responds quickly via email. Haley and Layne have been cleaning our house recently and do a phenomenal job. They did our spring cleaning and everything felt so clean! We love our cleaning days!

Update: Seven months later and Haley still regularly cleans our house. We absolutely love her! She's very thorough and does an amazing job. Farrin also cleaned our house recently and did a lovely job as well. Thank you for helping us control the chaos!

The service from clean and simple was awful. We booked them to do a move out cleaning to help get our home ready to sell. First they arrived late, asked us if they could come back the following day. Next they didn't finish a SINGLE room. Finally they broke a shelf in the refrigerator! When we called to let them know the service was no where near what we were promised their answer was basically we're out of luck. Took multiple emails back and fourth for them to even offer a discount. When you cant finish a single room when you're booked to clean and entire house, you shouldn't be charging anything.

Between the lack of service, poor communication and breaking things I would seriously take a look at getting a different company to do your cleaning. 0 starts if I could.

Excellent service today. C&S Cleaning always does good work, but Tammy, who was here today did an outstanding job. Been using C&S Cleaning for over 12 years and highly recomment them.

Incredibly detail oriented. They quickly learned our little preferences and make them happen every time. Not once have I been dissatisfied with a clean and I have had them coming for about a year now. Started as a birthday present deep clean for myself and now it's regular. They have varying schedules and are SUPER flexible and accommodating. Can't recommend enough!!

We've used Clean and Simple for years, and on multiple houses. We recommend them! They are efficient, easy to communicate with, and the few times we've had an issue it's been resolved lightning fast. They are great with move in and outs, routine cleans, and pre-holiday family visit cleans! Our household runs smoothly with their every other week cleaning services and they are even great with our pets.

Lauressa and Bri did such a great job! They did a deep clean and my place has never looked better. So happy to have found this service!

Tammy did a great job. She was very thorough and never missed a thing. Bathrooms were spotless including the glass walls. Bona on the floors looks great. Carpets vacuumed, all good.

I hired this service to clean my home and they promised a 10+ hour deep clean yet they left after around three hours, missed several surfaces and did not come prepared to clean an entire home, scratching the glass on my shower in the process. Overall this would have been an ok one-time home clean minus the damage to the shower, but they clearly explained a different level of cleaning service would be offered over the phone compared to what was provided, and that's primarily why I'm giving a low score

Ashley and Ericka did a move-out cleaning and went above and beyond. Im incredibly busy and all they needed was my house code and they took care of the rest. Super convenient and so happy I did it. My appliances were SPOTLESS.
