Tammy has done a great job! She is quick, efficient and is able to work around our at-home work schedules and fussy pet with no troubles at all. She makes sure our home is spotless, which is such a huge help! Once she came around, I've never looked back or regretted investing in our home and wellbeing this way! She's the best!

Today Farrin and Ericka provided an outstanding Move-out cleaning in Shoreline. They were on-time, respectful and thorough. They also listened to my notes during the walkthrough and gave me regular updates on where they were. Just overall great service. While moving it's really nice to have a break from the stress for a minute while competent professionals take care of it. Would recommend.

Ashley was wonderful today with our house cleaning! She has very good attention to detail and I was just so impressed with how my house looked after she left. The company is also very easy to work with and getting set up is a snap.

This is an overdue review for a cleaning about one month ago. We hired this company for a deep cleaning service, and the experience was extremely disappointing. A whole bathroom was completely missed, the windows were not cleaned and still had visible handprints, and the shower glass was scratched and will be a significant cost to fix —despite us explicitly telling them to leave it alone if they couldn’t remove the hard water stains safely.

They also did not bring proper supplies for a deep clean—not even a hard water or glass cleaner—and did not clean the carpets, which they specifically promised over the phone.

We were told the service would take 10+ hours due to the level of detail they provide, yet they were barely here for 3 hours. The quality of work reflects that.

This was not a deep clean by any standard, and for the price and promises made, we expected far better. We will not be using this company again and do not recommend them.

Ericka and Farrin did such a good job on the house! With two cats, one of which is extremely fluffy, it's hard to make sure the place is free of dust bunnies, but they managed it! I do have a dust mite allergy, and it's been so much better since they've been coming to clean. Definitely recommend their services!

We had our first visit for home cleaning service today. Two lovely ladies arrived on time, were very pleasant and polite, did an excellent job of cleaning our new home and promised to return in one month. We are so happy ,as we are new residents of Woodinville and needed to find a company to help keep our new home in the same great condition as it is now. We had a very good experience with Clean and simple cleaning. It all started with Suzan, who was very patient and good at communicating all the details of what will be done.
Janet and Briana did an excellent job for us. They communicated before arriving at our house and indeed they were on time. They were very friendly and when they started their work, they showed their professionalism by paying attention to all the details, cleaning all the areas that we even overlooked.

Thanks for making my home sparkle. Lauressa did a great job for us today. She worked hard, arrived on time, and was friendly. We have been pleased with the other team members who have cleaned our home as well.

I've had an initial cleaning with Clean and Simple and I've scheduled regular cleanings every 4 weeks. Their pricing is about average when compared to other cleaning services I looked into. That said, the staff was really flexible in terms of exactly what cleaning in what rooms I wanted done and they were easily able to schedule around my needs. They bring all their own supplies too, so you don't need to worry about having particular cleaning products at home. Chelsea and Janet showed up for our initial cleaning and were both friendly with us and our pets (2 cats, 1 dog). They did a great job, the house was spotless!

I am absolutely thrilled with Samantha and Farrin, they did an outstanding job cleaning my entire house! They have a wonderful attitude and spirit! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I’m looking forward to their next visit, in the mean time I will be enjoying my clean house! Thank you very much for Sam and Farrin, for helping an old and medically challenged lady. Janet and Kayla did an excellent job deep cleaning my 2,000 sq ft home. They were thorough with dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, and the deep clean left everything looking great. I also really appreciated that the company listened to my requests and avoided the rooms I didn’t want cleaned. I’m very happy with the service and would like to have them back for monthly cleanings. We also have a dog and they were very accommodating and friendly!

We had this company do a deep clean that we needed after a very bad move and health problems. We were looking for somebody who was understanding of the situation and would take stress from us in what was already a stressful time. The cleaners that came were fantastic; thorough, friendly, accommodating, professional. 6/5 stars. Unfortunately, communication with management for scheduling and pricing needs was less than ideal. The invoice we got had contradictions in amount, and what we had communicated for needed schedule following the deep clean was not acknowledged. We had been working with the manager for 3 wks, and every communication was around the surgery date, and she scheduled cleaning in surgery day, when I'd literally be in the hospital with my wife! I can understand some things slipping, but how can you build trust with somebody who doesn't even care to spell your name right in the invoice, even after you mention it and correct it on text? When you pay more for a cleaning service the premium is expected to handle the logistics, it should be as seamless as possible.
