Edwin & Bertha at Bumble Bee did a fantastic construction cleaning at our clients home after a large whole home remodel in Seattle. They weee fast, thorough, and extremely courteous. I would definitely use them again for construction cleaning, but also recommend for regular home cleaning.

Bertha and Edwin did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment when we moved out. They were very kind and left the place spotless.

I’ve been using Bumble Bee Cleaning for a while now, and I can honestly say they make my life so much easier. The team is super friendly and always does such a great job—my place looks and smells amazing every time they come. QB Team started cleaning my Airbnb apartment at the end of March, and I gave them a STELLAR 5* review in the first few months. They did such a great job, but the quality of cleaning has dropped through the floor in JUNE 2017....

Disappointing cleaning quality which began to slip after 2.5 MONTHS! Since June 3, 2017, the QB team messed up cleaning date 3x where I had to follow-up / text/ call the DAY OF cleaning after realizing they haven't picked up the keys at scheduled time! 2x occasions where the bathroom wasn't stocked with Tissue Paper, and 1x occasion with HAIR AND STAINS ON BEDSHEETS (see photos!

My guest sent me an angry message where they were "DISGUSTED' by the quality of my apartment, and I had to refund them for their booking! So disappointed in QB service!

Every time we had a problem, I will follow up with QB via email and text messages. At this last instance, I've finally had enough and sent them an email listing ALL issues. The owner Sandra responded with a message and terminated their cleaning service immediately -- despite a 30day written termination clause in the contract -- and I have guests arriving / departing tomorrow! Making this a ONE DAY notice!

One of the most unreliable cleaning companies around - avoid and use someone else. Their "deep" cleaning is a joke. If you're on a strict timeline like move-in / move out cleaning or getting your home ready to hit the market and photos..their policy of coming out to redo the job on another day is meaningless. My husband and I were left stranded and had to buy cleaning products last minute to clean up after them well into the night so we could get our home ready in time for the next morning.
Will NOT recommend or ever use again!

First time having cleaners clean our home. I’m actually shocked at how clean, and what they cleaned! Amazing work, truly. I just googled house cleaning, and Bumble Bee were the first to be. Be to meet our tight scheduling requirements. We are so lucky they were able to do it. We are definitely moving forward with regular cleanings with them.
