The cleaners did an absolutely amazing job. We purchased the move out service after having g been living in a rental for a year with two cats, two dogs, and a toddler, and they made the entire house look better than it did when we started renting. I was blown away at how good it looked.

I hired Bumble Bee for a post-construction cleaning after a kitchen remodel and flooring replacement, and unfortunately I had a poor experience. One crew member dusted over 20 window shades in less than 10 minutes, which did not seem credible. Despite my explicit request, the mattresses were not vacuumed. The upper kitchen cabinets were wiped down, but the lower cabinets were not. The floors were mopped carelessly—after walking on them with clean white socks, the bottoms quickly turned dirty. The only aspects of the service that were done reasonably well were the windows, doors and kitchen appliances.

Bumble Bee Cleaning Services did an amazing deep cleaning for my home in Buford! They were super professional, on time, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a thorough clean!

I had to delete the review I left three years ago. I’ve been using this company to clean my parents home for several years and initially they always did a great job. Now, they will charge you for literally everything and anything for subpar cleaning. For a 500$ deep clean I expect them to atleast spent 5 hours or more and do detailed work. Will not be using them going forwarr

The team did a fabulous job! I wish it were that spotless the entire time I lived there! Communication was ongoing and I was kept informed at every stage. I rescheduled twice and that wasn't a problem at all. Max was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The team stayed late and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely use the service again!

I would highly recommend Bumble bee to anyone looking for a deep cleaning of their home! Carol and Mirna did a great job cleaning the hard to reach areas and stubborn stains that I could not get off. Even with the language barrier, they were both so kind and understanding, we talked comfortably! Their dedicated cleaning skills is something I can not achieve myself even given the same time and tool! Great experience and would recommend to friends!

I’ve had two cleanings with Bumble Bee Cleaning, and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a while. The whole team is wonderful — the phone team is kind, responsible, organized, and always responsive when I call. The cleaning crew is outstanding. I didn’t know my house could be this clean! They are true professionals who clean at a level I could never match. You can see from the pics that my previously crusty oven is reflecting light, my syrup crusted fridge looks like it came out of the box, my living room is so fresh and clean with special touches like fluffed pillows and arranged stuffies. Walking into my home after they’ve finished is pure joy and I feel the stress fall off me. I have a tight budget, but this service is both reasonably priced, transparent and absolutely worth every penny. It’s been life-changing and such a huge relief. The Bumble Bee Cleaning team did a great job. It was fast and easy to schedule. Gina was awesome for scheduling. My husband and I hired them to do a move-out clean for us. Getting things done right saved us a lot of time and stress which was worthy every penny. They were able to come out within something like 2 days.

Not very helpful at all. I went in to buy pea gravel, I’m only buying 1-1/2 cu ft. I’m a petite person, shoveling the gravel into three containers and putting them into the back of my SUV are strenuous for me. The employee there was not doing anything at the time, but would not offer any help besides telling me it’s a self serve. I believe this is abnormal costumer support and will not be doing business with this company again.

Came in today with an idea for a project and I told them what I was trying to do, and the 3 different types of rock that I was thinking on using. 15 minutes after talking to one of the people who works there (Cody) gave me a better idea for the project, even if that meant I would be spending less money on their business.

Customer service beyond expectations!

Great customer service! I order 7 yards of top toil last week, they delivered the next day. Moreover, I ordered 2 yards of crushed rocks just 5 mins ago, and they told me my order will be there in one hour! Unbelievable!

A busy place, but the man in charge was very helpful in advising what I needed and made sure I got it right away. Just a small purchase - 1/2 cu. yd. of chipped stone and 1/2 cu. yd. of sand., but they treated me like I was a big contractor. Loaded me up and sent me on my way very quickly and very courteously.

We have used this company twice by now for yearly landscaping clean up.  They are very fair, punctual, and honest.  Their landscaping crew is hard working and ask for clarifications if they are uncertain on how to proceed.  I’ll definitely use them and wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to our friends and family!

We recently removed all our grass in our front yard. Northwest Landscape Supply was our go to for compost, mulch, 1/4" minus, 7/8" and cobblerock. The quality of their products far surpasses anywhere else. Their quantities are generous; no skimping here! We love our new yard! Thanks so much!

Bought our tree here for the first time 3 weeks ago. Its a beautiful noble fir tree and it is still very green and fresh. This is my new "go-to" spot for Christmas trees and landscape supplies. The owner is super friendly as are his beautiful Rottweilers. Looking forward to coming back for landscape supplies soon.

Needed a new place to get get gravel once Sure Would changed hands and went way downhill. No complaints, great service, fair pricing. They are open on Sundays, and stay open later on Saturdays than Sure Would was.

I pick up topsoil and bark from this location every so often for my work, most recently today (8 June 2020). The small lot is always clean and navigatable, and the owner and his staff are extremely nice to be around and speak to. I am always in and out in no time at all. If you're lucky you'll get to visit with two of the most beautiful, polite doggies too while you check out. Always a pleasure, would reccomend.
