We have been here twice so far. The first time we just needed a few boulders. We immediately loved the great selection they had and also the friendly and helpful people working there. Eventually we needed mulch for our entire HOA and we wouldn't think to go anywhere else but here. Same thing the second time. Great selection (only the best quality) super friendly owner and workers. They helped us make the right decision for what we wanted. I thought this kind of place would have ridiculously high prices because of the small business and great quality, but it's actually very reasonable. It's also a piece of mind to know you are getting the best. The owner himself delivered our mulch less than 24 hours later. I highly recommend everyone to at least come check this place out first. It will be your only stop.

As a first-time purchaser of their products, I am really AMAZED with their quick turn-around time, knowledge, customer service from their entire staff, and the TOP-NOTCH delivery from the owner, Gary, and his assistant Michael! I ordered the 5/8 minus gravel to amend an existing driveway. Really down-to-earth, personal, and unparalleled service that is hard to find these days. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend them! 💖💖💖

These guys are always awesome! Always friendly, helpful and competent. So easy to purchase and get loaded. The guys on the kubota loading are spot on. Put it perfectly in the 20 buckets I had in my truck. I have to get a few yards of dirt and wood chips after my 3 yards of gravel this weekend and I have no worries that everything will go smoothly like it has. Prices are great too!

Excellent product and fantastic service. This year I got same day delivery on the first warm Sunday of the season - what?!? Delivery person was timely, courteous and careful. I should have listened to the order desk and gotten 2 yards of this beautiful mulch😁. Thanks Northwest Landscape Supply!

Very friendly staff! I didn't know what type of soil to buy but after the sales clerk asked me a few questions, I knew what to I needed. Outside the person loading the soil jogged over and told me where to position my trailer. I loved the soil I purchased and the price was very reasonable. Great experience!

Woohoo - they now stocks Evolution Polymeric Sand - aka: poly sand / glue sand :) - with his flagstone and other stones/soils.

Colors include Black, White, Gray and Beige. Works on pavers, flagstone, and porcelain...up to 4” wide joints! And it’s a one water installation (no misting) and super strong.

Northwest Landscape Supply is awesome!! They arrived exactly when they said they would and did everything that they could to deliver the product as close to where I needed it as they could. I’ve used them in the past and will in the future. Such a wonderful company to work with!!

Got a load of compost here for a raised bed last year and had tomatoes coming out of my ears!! Went back this year to fill a second bed and they were amazing, delivered immediately and the dump truck driver dropped the compost PERFECTLY onto the small concrete pad I asked him to put it. So friendly, absolutely professional and great product!!

Very disappointed on the quality of the black mulch. We bought a truckload and it looks to me more like potting soil than mulch. Will have to find a different supplier.

I ordered six cubic yards of the three-way blend over the phone. They were able to schedule delivery for the next day. The staff were friendly and professional, the delivery was on time, and the dirt is good. I have found NO little plastic scraps in the dirt, which is an unexpected bonus.

Fantastic experience. The owner came out and dropped the rock we ordered in several piles for us so we didn't have to work as hard to spread it around. The washed rock and gravel we got was also much cleaner than materials we had delivered from other landscaping companies.

Top quality Materials. Christmas tree’s are impressive here! Delivery and customer service has always been satisfactory and we love doing business here. Owner and staff are exceptional people and we always enjoying working with them for our landscape needs.

Be warned. I've arrived here twice at 4:29 and each time the gates were up and everything was closed. The place says open until 4:30 but these guys want to be closing up well before that. Can't blame a guy for wanting to get home promptly. Also can't blame a guy for trying to fit in as much work as he can in a day. Conflicting interests I guess.
Quality clean materials at a fair price. They are VERY good at keeping materials separate which can be a pain for companies like this. My gravel is SO CLEAN!!

This place is awesome along with their related store, Northwest Garden and Stone. Super friendly and helpful, and were willing to talk to me for a really long time on the phone to figure out what I needed. They gave honest advice and didn't try to upsell me. And gave me a great discount on some compost! Their delivery fees for products around the Edmonds area are very reasonable too, a little over $100, which is less than the other places I looked at. I don't usually leave reviews but I had such a great experience I want other folks to go here. Definitely have a loyal customer after my experiences at both stores! Also their Malibu products are cheaper than on Amazon!

The guy DROPPED the front loader scoop on TOP of our TRUCK’s
BED! He didn't fasten it correctly. He pretty much told me to leave when I asked for him to pay for repairs too!

We’ve been getting gravel and dirt, and River rock from this organization for about six or seven years now. We continue to go here over the years because they have great prices and great service and and convenient hours and location. Everybody that works here is really friendly and easy to work with..

All service leading up to delivery was fine up until the delivery driver. From the beginning of the coordination until the drop off, he seemed agitated and almost as if he wanted a confrontation of sorts.

I offered additional instructions to get to my home as most gps services tend to bring people to a neighboring apartment complex, causing confusion and sometimes misdeliveries. He was offended by this and told me he “has been doing this awhile” with an attitude and then hung up the phone.

Instead of confirming he was at the correct location, he called me once again asking me if I had just left the premises, which I had not. Once the correct address was established, I walked outside he continued to have an attitude and was squaring up and trying to act threatening during the entire transaction. I asked him to let me know when he was done and he said “oh you’ll know, when I leave” and did not check in with me before leaving.

The product and the sales team were great, just not sure what this guys problem was. I would encourage his supervisor to coach him on better customer service practices

Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I was given a delivery date and then got a call that it was going to be a few days late. The day they were going to deliver I got a phone call from the driver which I later found out it was the owner “victor”, the phone call was one the most strange and disrespectful call I have received from a customer service side. He was mad because I didn’t pick up my phone when he called and when I did he was rude and ended the call with “make sure you pick up the god them phone next time”. That to me says a lot of the company and how tho owner treats its customers. I sad that someone can get that worked up about something so small. If some customer doesn’t pick up call would you just say it can be rescheduled. I would have appreciated a phone call or email note a day in advance with a time of delivery so I know when my order was going to arrive. Never order from here again and neither will my contacts.

We had such a great experience with Northwest Landscape Supply! Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating from start to finish. I accidentally placed a much larger order than intended, and they were so flexible and understanding in helping us sort everything out.

Communication was fast, clear, and genuinely friendly the entire time, which made the process feel effortless. Their insight and guidance were so helpful, and you can tell they’re true professionals who know their materials and care about their customers.

The delivery guy, Victor, was fantastic. Communicative before drop off, on time, efficient, and respectful of our property. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation completely seamless. He went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciated it.

It’s rare to find this level of service these days. We will absolutely be working with Northwest Landscape Supply again for future projects. Highly recommend!
