We hired Merry Maids to clean out our apartment after we moved out and they did a great job. After moving we were exhausted and decided to branch out hire them and I’m so glad we did. It took a huge weight off our shoulders.

They were wonderful and on time and made sure to give us the hours notice we needed to get there to let them in. I highly recommend them. Michelle was our team leader and she was lovely!

Merry Maids did a great cleaning job. They are incredibly detailed and always ask for input to improve their job based on customer views and needs. Rebecca was very pleasant.
Today 1/16/24 we had Karlee & Lilly as the team members to clean for the day.
Outstanding job. I will requester her
for our next job in February.

Our house has been cleaned by Tara and her fellow employees for many years. We love the thorough, consistent job that they do for us every time. It's great to come home to it!

The service was great. There were a few small missed spots. However, I informed them, and they sent the crew back out to take care of it. I’m giving 5 stars because I know nothing is perfect and things can get missed, but it says a lot about this company that they came back and resolved it quickly. I would recommend them for your house cleaning.

We contracted with Merry Maids for our move out clean.. The team was on time and thoroughly cleaned the apartment in record time! They were quiet and never stopped working. The apartment looks awesome better than when we moved in!!

Had Merry Maids do a pre listing cleaning on a small condo I was getting ready to sell. I was generally pleased with the job with a couple minor exceptions. After a 4 hour cleaning the windows on the inside were virtually uncleaned and cobwebs on the walls were missed.

Tara & her team from Merry Maids have been cleaning our home for several years. Tara is a great team leader, open to feedback and always cheerful when she’s at our home. Recently the team has been Tara & Shelly who work well together & do a great job. Thanks!

Long story short, I had been with Merry Maids for many years and then had medical issues, which unfortunately and unwillingly necessitated me having to cancel service. :( I am a good straightener, but beyond that, UUUGH!! Just when I thought they had forgotten about me, Brian (Owner/Operator), graciously contacted me and not only offered me an incredible re-startup rate, but additionally honored my previous rate for services going forward! Brian grandfathered that in from years of loyalty! (Or at least that is what I like to think. :) Seriously though, over the years, I’ve gotten to know Brian and family, he is from my perspective truly a good person! The day they returned, and I KNOW it was tough cleaning, but they restored my home to perfection; which hasn’t look better since the day they last cleaned! Thank you so much Mary Maids, Lynnwood!! (Brian and the girls, Felicitas and daughter) Y’all are the best, and I’m back until the well runs dry…

Pretty nice company. Had multiple maids in the house. They may have left some dust in small places but their organizing made up for it. My house was super tidy and sorted.

This is being completed via long distance and I’m so grateful for this team making time to clean out my father-in-law’s apartment

We purchased a house cleaning for my elderly mom. She was so impressed by the two ladies who cleaned. They got to everything on my mom's list. She is a happy customer!

We thought everything was going great, but then found out that our loose garbage was dumped into the recycling bin. Sorting fetid food out of the recycling bin on a Saturday afternoon to make room for more recycling was a huge disappointment.

More importantly, if this is what happens when they think we won't notice, what other shortcuts or hidden surprises await? We'll try a different service.
