Our home is always so clean and sparkling and fresh-smelling after a visit from Paola and Rosalva. Our company hired MYLE to clean our office space a while back, and I was so impressed that I hired them to clean our home. They're trustworthy and very well organized.

Just finished our initial clean, and everything is spotless! So friendly and accommodating, and everything we can see was touched on and cleaned thoroughly. This is the cleanest our house has been since we moved in by far!

Anna and her team have been cleaning our home for nearly a decade. We had other house cleaners before. No one came close in terms of attention to detail, punctuality, flexibility, and helpful, friendly attitude. The customer support is amazing. Booked a standard cleaning and they missed a few spots so I reached out and they promptly sent another cleaner (Marlena) who was phenomenal. She got all the spots and went above and beyond to ensure the floors were spotless.

I hired Rain City Maids for a deep cleaning of a small one bedroom apartment, and they did an excellent job! The cleaners arrived well within the scheduled hour window, were polite and communicative, and did a great job cleaning the place. Scheduling the appointment was also a breeze. This company has great customer service and communication.

Stefanie did an outstanding job. She touched up the baseboards and cabinets. She turned off the icemaker without being asked. Super friendly.

We have had a great experience with Rain City. They do an excellent job and are flexible if we need to reschedule appointments. Pixie in particular has been a consistently excellent lead for us. The house is very clean, the beds are made, and they arrive within the scheduled window every time, or are very communicative if something unexpected occurs. Highly recommend.

I hired RCM after a 5 month period of limited mobility where only 3 teenagers did most of the cleaning! We have several pets and even though I was quoted 6 hours of work for house size- they were out within less than 2! It looked great and their “hiring” process is so easy. Get a quote online and if you hire them, their portal is so user friendly and convenient. You can make notes, tip, and change dates if need be! Looking forward to service now every 2 weeks.

We had a few hiccups in the beginning as new people were being trained, but RCM quickly addressed our concerns and made sure that our needs were met. We’ve been fortunate to now have one gal regularly assigned to our home and she always ensures that she and her colleagues do a great job. We are so grateful for the quality of this service.

Had my first cleaning a week ago. The service provider was very attentive to our cleaning needs. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure he did not operate anything loud while I was on business calls. The house looked amazing to include my 16 year old son's bathroom!

I've been looking a long time for a cleaner that was able to come in the late afternoon (my partner works evening shifts and so is asleep during the mornings) but wasn't able to find anyone that met our schedule needs.

My go-to cleaning service!! The women are so lovely and do such a fantastic job every time, special shout out to Stefanie and Maria for making my apartment spotless last month! I especially appreciate the care they have for making sure my cats don't get outside, can't recommend this company enough!

Rain City did a fabulous job! They were careful to follow instructions, we have pets that are sensitive to cleaning products, like aquariums, and they made sure not to spray anything near them. The house positively sparkled after they left! The bathroom fixtures especially, they were so covered in hard water deposits before that I didn't realize they could be that shiny.

It was easy to book online too! They even sent out a manager at the end to make sure everything was up to standards.
