Great service from Cahill's. Their phones weren't working but I used the online form and Russell called me right back. Had two repairpersons out to my place based on my schedule. They were really nice, professional and took care of my wood floors when they did the work. The repair looks excellent. I would definitely use them next time. I used them on a different house a few years ago and the repair person noticed something wasn't right about my toilet plumbing and showed me what was going on and improved it.

We have used a variety of plumbing services over the last 30 years and are very pleased to have found Cahill's. They have serviced us twice in the last two years, both times impressing us with their responsiveness, quality of work, friendliness, professionalism and value for money. The other plumbing services we have used simply do not compare. I recommend them highly.

We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sinks and Jason from Cahill's came to fix the sinks. He was professional and did an excellent, quick and thorough job. He explained what happened to cause the drains to backup and also told us everything he did to correct the problem. He even gave us great advice about how to keep the drains free from clogging up on the future. We were very satisfied with Cahill's and especially with the service that Jason gave us.

We had Cahill's install a hot water tank; they were reasonable. They also quickly took care of a manufacturer's defect on the tank.

So ... wanting to stay loyal to a good local company, we called them to snake out a clogged shower drain. Russell (the owner) said he had a plumber in the area who could swing by in a half hour.

He was here for 15 minutes. The cost? $300. cash.

Needless to say, we're done with Cahill's.

I've used Cahill Plumbing twice now and had what I consider an exceptional experience both times. Prompt answer on the phone call, easy availability (immediately when we needed it), well done work that fixed the issues, professional and respectful employees, and very fair pricing. Can't ask for more out of a local plumber... I'll continue using them anytime my house has a plumbing issue.

Jason & Harry completed the job quickly & professionally. Diagnosed problem immediately. Very neat & clean work. They replaced the pipes under my bathroom vanity. Prior plumbers used metal pipes & an L shaped p-trap. Plumbers showed me the old pipes after removal. Early signs of rust inside the pipes & yucky clogs. They were very pleasant & did a thorough inspection to ensure no leaks in the crawl space. I've used Cahill's before & have been completely satisfied. The job took about an hour & was a simple fix. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Highly recommend.

Tanner from Cahill plumbing did a great job repairing the hack job work. I had previously on my kitchen sink. I tried fixing it myself, but it just didn't look right. Can't help Plumbing came out and did a really nice job cleaning up all the lines and simplifying the system.

I can’t say enough positive things about the team over at Cahill’s Plumbing and Heating. They were professional, friendly, responsive and very reasonably priced! I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

We’d initially reached out to multiple plumbers to get an estimate to install a macerating toilet in our basement. Multiple companies tried to upsell us and all of their estimate were more than 100% more than Cahill’s bid. Not only did Cahill’s provide excellent service and did quality work, but they got the entire job done in one day where other companies told us it would take multiple days. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and we’re very transparent when they had to get additional materials for our unique job.

If you live in the South End and want to support a family run business who won’t try to price gouge you and are very skilled at their jobs, I highly recommend Cahill’s Plumbing & Heating!

I thought we needed a leaky toilet fixed because the water bill was high. It ended up being a toilet repair *and* a water service leak. After a locator service pinpointed the leak, Cahill's crew was able to come fix everything quickly. I can't say enough about the consistently excellent, professional service this company has provided over many years.

Jason & Harry came out today to fix a kitchen faucet & pipe leak. They called 30 min before to let us know they were on their way, they were friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable. They replaced the piping under the sink, replaced the kitchen faucet. Fair pricing as well. Everything works great! Impressed and will use Cahills again! Thank you for the great service!

We’ve had to use Cahill’s twice in the past month, and more recently for an emergency where they had someone out within a couple of hours. We can’t say enough good things about them! They are fast, knowledgeable and overall just great to work with. We highly recommend them!

I'm really, really happy I followed my septic contractors (McNel's) advice and called Cahill's. They got out here so quick. Even though what I thought was just a simple line snake turned into a much bigger job, they were great. They got us back in service quickly with temporary repairs while we figure out together how to fix the bigger issues. Super nice guys and very reasonable pricing IMO. I am beyond happy with the work I have had to had done. My house was completely repiped in two days,They were respectful, let me know everything they were doing, informed of the crazy things that needed to be fixed. I also had them put a new hot water heater in and a new shower insert. If there is ever a need for a plumber again they will be my first call.

Cahill’s came recommended from friend who is a local builder. I was in need of a reputable plumber. They scheduled me for a reasonable window when I called in the evening, for the next day. Jason and his colleague were fantastic and professional. It turned out my issue resolved itself, and they ensured/double checked things looked good and that I had all the information I needed to know options and best practices moving forward. They were gracious, knowledgeable and I felt taken care of. I will absolutely refer anyone who needs a plumber or heating work done to Cahill’s.

Amazing response time for a leak in the water line between our water meter and house. They had someone out within an hour of our first contact who was able to provide suggestions. The next day we had the leak located and by the third day a trench had been dug in our front yard and the pipes repaired. They filled the trench in and you can barely tell! Attached are pics of the leak as located, the trench when it was dug and the trench when it was filled in. Excellent service will definitely use again and recommend.

I have installed water heaters before but I needed it done quickly for a tenant while I was out of town. Cahill’s had a competitive price, instant availability so I used them and couldn’t be happier with the service. Very thorough and high quality workmanship while getting the job done in a timely manner and no surprises or extra charges.
