I was told by my well company "valley pump" that these guys do good work, and that I needed them to find the problem I was having (flooding in my garage). I called them and they were kind direct and honest over the phone (man, that is refreshing!).
I called another company (You know the one of the radio) and they couldn't give me a simple answer and it was going to cost $100, just to have them give me a quote. It wasn't cheap, but these guys worked fast and came out the same day, 3 hours later it was done.
I strongly recommend them and encourage anyone who needs a plumber to call them.

Unfortunantly l had a negative experience with Cahill’s Plumbing and Heating. I had called in the morning to setup a service call (non-emergency) and was surprised I was able to be fit into the schedule between Noon and 4 PM. Essentially I wanted to have some plumbing inspected and a clog cleared I wasnt able to get and possibly have my lines jetted. Service rep showed up, was very communicative and fixed the small blockage issue I had. My issue is with the office staff or whomever the field staff was talking with and how the price I paid was determined. I’m having a hard time understanding how an hours worth of work resulted in approximately 450 dollars? So I’m assuming I was charged a 200 dollar service fee just for them to show up and 200 dollars an hour? So for those thinking of using Cahills, I’d ask for an upfront price as to not be blindsided like I was. I expected a little over 200, but not 450 for 1 hour. I am in the trades and absolutely know I was taken to the cleaners busy this company. More honest companies in my opinion for plumbing.

Michael was the 3rd company to come out to my house for an onsite visit, followed up by a bid/estimate. He was a great (still is!) communicator, really transparent, explained his recommendations, and ultimately I decided to work with him and his team. How he engaged initially, was how he engaged throughout the entire project - I appreciate consistency, transparency, and honesty - and he was all of the above! The project included removing a water heater and installing a Navien Tankless Gas Water Heater. He showed up exactly when he said he would, his team was professional and trustworthy. The installation was fantastic and I am so happy to have gone tankless. I'd recommend Michael and his team - any time! And I like them so much that I signed up for an annual maintenance program with them!

Mike Jr and his crew were awesome to work with. We felt they answered all of our questions with honesty and maintained a clear line of communication from the point of the bid all the way through to several days after install. The new system looks fantastic and even got a compliment from the City inspector. We look forward to them maintaining our heat pump and electric air handler every year moving forward.

Fast and efficient service! Extremely courteous! Mike came out on short notice to evaluate my broken heater. He was clear in explaining what the issue was and thorough on repair cost and timeline. Mike and his crew showed up on time and had my heat back up and running within 24 hours, even with the holiday! We are so grateful! Mike Junior came out to see why our furnace quit working. Very efficient and courteous plus did a 5* job. He came out quickly after receiving a call for service and did his job well. I would recommend him & they're company for any of your heating/ac needs.
