I've used Maple Valley about a dozen times over the last few years. Dave and his crew are phenomenal. The are timely with their appointments, have quick turnaround, and my clients have always had a good experience. Dave and his team have helped me swap out water heaters, garbage disposals, reconnected a gas stove, replaced a dishwasher and most recently they fixed a leaking waste line for one of my listings. Highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing.

Dave installed a utility sink for my business and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He responded quickly to provide an estimate, and the turnaround time to complete the installation was impressively fast. He also handled all the necessary city permits and inspections, making the process completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Dave & team responded quickly to our toilet leak and fixed the issue same day. Price was very reasonable. Andy was the plumber who was sent out to our place. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. We’ll be requesting him again for any future issues. Can’t recommend them enough!

Water heater that was installed by Dave’s crew in January 2025 was working great until Thanksgiving day 2025 when the pilot light went out. Called Dave and asked if he could schedule me on Friday after Thanksgiving. He volunteered to stop by my house to see if he could fix water heater because he was on his way out to the store with his cute granddaughter Bella. I want to say thank you Dave & I appreciate you taking the time to come to the rescue on such a family day as Thanksgiving.

have any one of you ever tried getting a hold of a plumber during normal work hours?! it's impossible, I couldn't get anybody but a receptionist at 1100 am on a weekday!!! then, i came across maple valley plumbing and Dave Sipila answered... he dropped what he was doing at work, to helpe get done what I was doing safely and I felt good about moving forward. thanks Dave, I appreciate your help !

On several occasions. The quality of work and quick response is key when you have a plumbing emergency and know it will be done right. I recently had an urgent need on a Saturday and the owner Dave , came to resolve the issue himself. Highly recommend!!

My mom, 75 y.o., almost got taken by another plumbing company, they wanted her to pay 5x a reasonable price for a leak repair. After finding his name mentioned twice on a FB group discussing local plumbers, I reached out to Dave. He did a fantastic job helping my mom out, at a reasonable price, with great communication. We are now customers for life, Dave and Maple Valley Plumbing are honest, attentive and fair.

I was so impressed on how amazing this company was. They were able to come out within the hour and locate and fixed my leak right away. They were all so knowledgeable and kind. The owner and his wife were great to work with and so very helpful. They went above and beyond for me. This is truly a family owned business and they really did treat us like family. They fixed all my issues and worked with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Called due to water heater leak later during the night. Talked to Dave the owner who was a really nice guy and he had somebody from his team out first thing in the morning. They ended up replacing the water heater, it was 20 years old so it was definitely time. Job was done quickly, cleanly and for a good price. I will definitely be using this company again for any plumbing issues I have.

Maple Valley Plumbing was fast, easy, and reliable. I spoke with Dave and he sent out a guy name Andy. Andy came quickly, and addressed the problem and got right to work. He did a great job and was personable. They were also very reasonable with pricing. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

My hot water tank went out on a Saturday and called a few local plumbers. Dave was st Maple valley plumbing got back to me within five minutes. They had a truck out with new hot water tank early Monday morning right on time. Install was flawless and clean. Dave and his crew were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

It was a true pleasure to work with Dave, the owner, Justin and Taylor! They installed a top of the line Navien NPE-240A2 tankless hot water heater, dedicated recirculating return line, main line pressure control valve and new ball valve system! They also found and repaired a tiny gas leak in the furnace line! As you can see from the photos, the workmanship is too notch!! Price wise, they were very competitive with the other two bids I had! I would highly recommend this company and crew!

Jason and Harry were great! Got a timeframe on arrival and a call 10 minutes before they arrived. They were respectful and got right to the job. They walked me through their process and gave quotes on prices based on what they might need to do. It ended up being a simple fix and they were in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and local Maple Valley company! Will use again for future plumbing issues.

Can always depend on Cahill's Plumbing to be available on short notice for issues that arise. they've helped us install hose bibs, install toilets - multiple projects. The people that work there are courteous to my kids . Would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Just had Jason and Harry out to fix my shower. These guys were incredible. Called on Monday, they were there Tuesday morning. Very clean and neat. Very efficient, only about 2 hours start to finish. Shower looks and works great. Even found a problem with our sink and helped me resolve it. Very nice guys. Would absolutely use them again if I needed a plumber. Doubt you'll be disappointed. Ask for Jason and Harry.

They have always been responsive. I have used them for many years but man today. We had a $850 plumbing (1.5 hours for one guy, the “helper sat in the van) for a snake where he could not find any issue. The cost was crazy. I think they have gotten greedy in growth. Find another less greedy company

Having to call a plumber is not a fun experience, but Jason and Harry made it far less painful. They were respectful, thoughtful, meticulous. My kitchen was cleaner when they left than when they arrived, with a bonus of some caulking around the kitchen sink. The job was to repair the upstairs leaky shower. It was a more difficult job than it should have been due to the original installation, but they handled it well. I would not hesitate to recommend Cahills plumbing. This is the third time I have used them, and have to say that Jason and Harry were the best.

The repairs caused additional leaks. The team really didn't do much for what they charged. I paid $500 more to have a drain pipe repaired that extends to my second bathroom. That's about 24 feet of pipe. They replaced 3 feet and rattled the remaining line causing the joints on the cast iron pipe to leak.
They left there garbage under the house. 4 or 5 long pieces of the cardboard they laid on for comfort. Likely assumed they would be called back to repair the new leaks they created.
I called them to avoid having to cut the pipes myself. Really I needed was a 5 inch long piece of pipe replaced. They cut out all of my copper drains. The guy told me they just throw the copper in the garbage. Dirty copper pipe recycles for $2+ per pound so I'm sure they don't throw it away. Today I was going to to replace the plastic vapor barrier under my home because of the prior leak. Thats when i noticed the new leak. Not happy about having to do my own plumbing work but It has to be done properly. I hired them to stop raw sewage from leaking under my house. I'm lucky that I checked the work as I had raw sewage under my house again. A good plumber should have anticipated these issues and inspected the work.
