Dave was an incredible help. He responded to our service request within an hour and we had our appointment booked as soon as possible next morning- on a Saturday too! Quick evaluation (Dave even drove to the hardware store himself for parts), personable experience, and flexible with timing and payment. Would 100% recommend Maple Valley Plumbing for services.

I met Dave & Erin at the Maple Valley farmers market this past weekend. I'd been looking for a plumbing for a toilet issue for over 2 months with other plumbers not calling back or not committing to a time to come out. I shared a video of the issue with Dave and he said "I can come out tomorrow and take care of that for you". Tomorrow as in Sunday. To say I was shocked that he would come out the next day is an understatement. I was holding my breath until the next day he texted me that he'd be there in an hour.
He showed up, took care of the issue and we had great conversation too. Not even an hour later the job was done and we were both back to our Sundays.
Great customer service, great conversation. I would 100% recommend Maple Valley Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing help!

Great experience, Dave and his crew were quick and helpful. My cars burnt down and probably affected the pipes underneath the driveway. Dave is very understanding and gave me a reasonable price to replace the waterline. He went above and beyond, even removing the wet mud, replaced with soil, and offered to help seed the yard. 10/10, will definitely reach out for any plumbing issues going forward.

Dave and his team bailed us out of a bad situation and gave me a better price than we expected. He was timely, polite, and gave great advice.

I recently had an outside faucet start leaking, and wasn’t sure who to call that was fair. I had a bad experience with another local plumber in the past, so I was skeptical in my search. I called the number after seeing some online local good comments to Maple Valley Plumbing- Dave Sipila answered on the second ring and was so helpful with my questions. He told me what they would need to do, and quoted me an affordable quote and said he could have someone fix it next day! With as bad as my faucet was leaking, I very much appreciated it! $$ we pay for water. The team of two arrived right on time and did a great job. They were very professional, and were extremely knowledgable of how to replace it in a quick with no problems occurring in the process. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Dave Sipila is a super nice guy, very friendly. He came over and discussed my project with me, gave me a fair market value price, would fit us into the schedule before the end of the week, and shared tips with me in case I wanted to attempt it myself (I knew I bit off more than I could chew and was in over my head 😅) Though it was outside of our budget, the price was not exorbitant compared to a couple other local outfits I spoke with. I can tell this is a man who stands behind his work.

We were losing water pressure and called the well guys to help. They diagnosed a leak in our line. We panicked and called some company out who seemed more interested in selling us a "discounted " warranty than fixing our problem. We gave up on them and found Dave from Maple Valley Plumbing. He actually answered the phone! He recommended an awesome guy to detect the leak and then he was super fast and responsive with the repair. His team was great! Fast, honest and extremely reasonable, something we don't find so much anymore. Trust Dave for your plumbing needs. We can't recommended him enough!

Maple Valley Plumbing was incredibly helpful to us! They came out day of my phone call in a panic when my ceiling was dripping from the upstairs shower. I even spoke with the owner to ensured they would have someone come out that day. They fixed the job that day, was accommodating to me as a mom at home with my two kids and gave advice on how to move forward with the original plumbing company that damaged our home (NW Sundance). Highly recommend!

Very responsive and gave a solid quote for work prior to starting the job. Redesigned the pipes under our sink to repair the leak and make the flow of the drain more efficient. Also added more room to store items under the sink. Before and after photos below.

Andy came and worked on our sink piping issue. He responded quickly to fix the problem. He was clear on when he would arrive, courteous and explained the necessary repair/options very well. This is our third time using Maple Valley Plumbing. They are excellent. We will use them whenever the need comes up.

Had a water main leak. Maple Valley plumbing owner Dave answered the phone right away and had a crew of 3 come out to fix it. My mom just passed, taking care of my dad and was so overwhelmed and stressed. Dave made it so easy and resolved the problem quickly. So thankful and such a huge relief! I have used Maple Valley Plumbing several times over the past few years. They are honest, reliable, and skillful. They have put in a new kitchen faucet and disposal, new toilet, hose bib, and repaired a bathroom drain. They went under my house to make sure there were no leaks. I called about a leaking dishwasher, and he came out the next day. He was right on time, very efficient, and quickly figured out it wasn't a plumbing issue but a dishwasher problem. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. It's nice to work with a local business owner who's personable and convenient to work with. I'll definetely call again for any plumbing needs!

My well went out this morning. Called Maple Valley Plumbing and got the owner Dave. Despite being busy and in the middle of a job, he swung by my house within a half hour. Took a look at all the basics, tested my pressure switch, then called a well specialist and arranged for him to come out today. He charged me ZERO and asked me to pay it forward. You don't meet many folks like that these days. Dave was professional and as friendly as you could imagine. I've found my plumber for as long as he's in business -- and I'm guessing that will be a long time. Thanks Dave!
