Reviews of local pros in Maple Valley, Washington

Peiman from delta rooter came to fix our sewage ejection pump . He was timely and knowledgeable. He gave us some different options to fix and replace it. We decided to replace whole pump . He replaced it with the best parts and finished the job clean . He gave us reasonable price and good warranty . Highly recommended.

Had an under sink RO unit installed, as well as the replacement of our faucets. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences beginning to end… came on site and gave us a quote. Wasn’t pushy or sleazy - just factual. Once we were ready, we reached out and scheduled an install, and he was incredibly flexible. The work itself was great - you could tell he took his time and made sure the work was to a high standard. The under sink area was well organized and all excess pipes and cords were neatly wrapped and tied up. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Peiman. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my issue very quickly and educated me the pipe structure and location. I highly highly recommend him and Delta Rooter!

Peiman is the best -- he is what you are looking for. He is not trying to gouge you like all of the ultra-branding focused plumbing services around town. Professional service and highly experienced. He'll get the job done right. Also he's super friendly!

I found Peiman on Thumbtack. He was very prompt to respond and could give me an estimate without having to come out and survey the project. When my timeline unexpectedly changed, he was very flexible and was able to come out on a Friday evening. He is very fair with his pricing and when I had an issue come up he was able to fit me in next day. I already have him lined up for more projects in the coming months!

Peiman was great to work with. We reached out to Delta Rooter on Thumbtack and they responded right away, even over a holiday weekend. We had a small leak in the garage that Peiman came out right away to service on a Sunday. He was very punctual and friendly. He got right to work to diagnose the problem with no service fee. Once we found the issue he was very transparent about pricing and the work needed. We had a screw hole in a pipe causing the leak, Delta Rooter was able to fix it quickly and offered us great advice for keeping an eye on it for any continued issues and repairs. Will be using Delta Rooted again in the future for any plumbing needs.

5/5 Stars – Excellent Service

I had an unexpected plumbing emergency early morning when my shower drain started flooding the downstairs bathroom. I called Delta Rooter when they opened hoping they would be available today, and Peiman came through in a time of need.

Peiman was professional, very courteous, and started his investigation immediately. He identified the issue, which was a clogged main outlet pipe from the house to the septic tank. Not only was the repair done efficiently and quickly, Peiman also took the time to explain the root cause problem and offered advice on preventing future issues.

I’m really impressed with the professionalism and overall quality of service and honesty. I’ll definitely call Peiman again if I need help with plumbing in the future. Thank you!

Peiman did an excellent job repairing the water heater. He was super prompt to arrive within 30 mins of contacting him. Diagnosed the problem accurately, and got it fixed within the next 30 minutes. He also waited around for another 1/2 hr to ensure everything was functioning as expected and there were no more issues. That's called great customer service. He did an amazing job with our dishwasher. I contacted him for installating our new dishwasher and he came to help on the same day. His charges are also very reasonable. I will definitely call him for my future plumbing needs.

Peiman did a great job at a really fair price. The day he arrived, we ran into a few complications and he was very patient while they got corrected and did not charge extra for the added time. His workmanship was very good and he left the area very clean and back to original condition. Greatly appreciated his flexibility! Would definitely recommend!
