I had the owner Steve, and Cody come for a 2nd opinion and bid on a sewer problem that began with a clogged shower & a gurgling toilet. Cody immediately suspected a sewer problem. I had this same issue and an expensive spot repair 3 years ago. Pipelining NW quoted me half the price of a larger company and a much longer guarantee for repair and sewer lining. The owner also threw in repair of my outdoor faucet leaking near the sewer cleaout, and techs were all polite, professional and diligent. The price was half the price of a bigger company.

Great service. Punctual, professional and a fair price. We had unexplained moisture in some areas. Derrick was very upfront and transparent about options for remediating the problem. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold whatsoever.

I am very happy I found Pipelining Northwest a few years ago. We almost went with another company that was taking advantage of our inability to use any water due to a sewage pipe blockage and gave us an outrageous quote. We decided to get another opinion and I was so happy we did. This company literally saved us thousands!! I appreciate the honesty and great work. A few days ago I had a kitchen sink blockage that we just couldn't clear on our own. They were able to get someone out same day and after a couple tries, got it cleared for us. 10/10 recommend for your pluming needs!!!

I needed A shower valve replacement. They answered the phone, set a time to come out, and we’re here on time. Give me a quote that was very fair! They showed up on time on the repair day. Excellent service from Pipelining Northwest for a sewer relining. My old concrete sewer line was 80 years old. Twice in the last 6 years I had very expensive projects to replace segments due to massive tree roots. I decided it was time to just reline it. This was an expensive project but needed to be done. I had 3 bids. All the vendors assessed my sewer line the same. I went with Pipelining, their price was a little less. I am a single woman and I felt respected through the process and not mansplained or talked over. My questions were answered. Thank you to Austin and the team. They also did a great job on cleanup, it was like they were never here, despite having to do some digging!

The best decision I’ve made! I need to share my recent experience with Pipelining Northwest on an extensive repair I needed for my home. I had some overflowing gutter drains and received a quote from another contractor. I knew a 2nd quote was needed. I found Pipelining Northwest and they quickly came out and assessed my drain issue. The Owner, Cody Harris, provided a detailed description of the damage and what needed to be done to repair in easy to understand language. Quote for the work was 2/3 less than I was quoted by the other plumbing company. I agreed to move forward with repairs. All workers were professional, skilled, and each day left the work site safe and as clean as possible. Project Management for the work was exceptional and communication thorough. As the work progressed, based on my needs, additional areas needed repairs. Bottom line - it is reassuring to see companies out there that are fair, skilled, and really put the customer experience at their forefront. Well done Pipelining Northwest! I highly recommend and would trust working with them in the future.

Great quality, speed, and price, will definitely hire again for plumbing needs! They were able to fix an unforeseen slow leak I found after unhooking my washing machine in preparation for a flooring installation. Steve responded very quickly to my 4/5 AM request on their website, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Jon fixed the leak (which involved cutting the drywall and installing new shut off valves) and also looked at some other minor issues while he was there. He confirmed that my tub faucet didn't have a problem, and he was able to get my kitchen sink sprayer to fully work again by cleaning out some debris that got lodged in it. Everything works perfectly now, and I didn't have to delay my renovations or worry about doing a temporary fix.

We had Delta Rooter out to our home to replace a failed water shutoff valve. They were able to fit us in the day we called for a very reasonable cost. We were very happy to get the valve replaced so promptly.

I had leaky toilet situation where the gasket of my toilet tank had completely degenerated. I contacted Delta Rooter and he was able to guide me with the right fix via text messages itself. He came over promptly and fixed the leaking tank by replacing the gasket and all the parts quickly. Would highly recommend him.

Peiman came to my house and evaluated my plumbing issue with no charge. Other plumbers were guessing based on pictures or wouldn't come out without a fee. Peiman was thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly throughout our entire interaction. He clearly explained what the problem was and helped me understand how he fixed it.

I like to know how things work in my house, so I can assess problems in the future. Peiman was patient in explaining the issue and did not keep me in the dark.

I do not know the going prices for the use of a plumber in the area. However, he seemed reasonable in his pricing. This conclusion is based on the price of the material he needed, which I verified online, and the amount of time it took him to fix it.

we had to replace the kitchen faucet at rental place. Peiman responded to the call and shared the estimate. He adjusted the schedule with Tenant availability. He came on time and replaced the faucet. communication was good through out. Overall it was great experience.

I had a leak in my shower. Probably an easy fix, but water was beginning to show on the ceiling below. I did not want to take any chances. I hired a professional. Local in Maple Valley too!
