I’m a do it yourself kind of guy but every once in a while I find myself in need of professional advice. I recently had to replace a toilet, no biggie I’ve done several. This time however, I noticed the flange that the toilet mounts to was cracked. I gave Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing a call and he picked up right away and listened as I explained what I’d found. He suggested a couple of options; he could repair the flange and replace the toilet for a fair price, or he could get me a flange repair kit so I could finish the job myself. I opted for the latter and Dave had the flange to me within an hour. Needless to say, Dave saved the day! That’s the kind of guy he is and I appreciate his sincere willingness to help a regular guy like me with repairs, replacement or just good advice. I just encountered a terrible employee of yours on highway 18, brake checking a semi truck, THANKFULLY we are empty. He was elevator driving and every time we tried to pass him he would speed up and make sure we couldn’t get back over… Probably should take some driving classes before getting behind the wheel of your work van. I have the dash cam if you would like to see your employees reckless driving.
