Peiman provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived punctually for our scheduled appointment and quickly diagnosed both issues we were experiencing. He efficiently resolved a water flow problem in our shower and installed a new drain pipe under our kitchen sink where the old one had failed. His work was thorough and professional, and I'd recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I was so happy to meet Peiman today!! He came right away to fix our leaking toilet and even had the part needed in his van to get the job done. He was so kind, quick, and professional, and charged a fair price. We will definitely hire him again!!

TLDR: Delta Rooter was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. We’ll definitely be hiring them for any and all of our plumbing needs in the future. They were very responsive and friendly, maintained a clean and sanitary environment and listened and asked questions on what I had already tried without being condescending about a homeowner trying to fix it first and our experiences with it in the past.

We have two sinks in our kitchen that have a tie together that will back up in tandem so you can’t get good pressure for plunging or pressure jetting. We have always fought with them over the last 12 years to keep them from backing up. I have had to hire other plumbing services in the past when the stoppage is beyond my consumer level drain snake as it was this last time. Delta Rooter responded quickly and set a time he was available that same day. He was right on time and reviewed what I had already tried and explored how it maybe all connect. He was very friendly and listened to what I had tried and asked good questions. I was justified in the fact it wasn’t a simple clearing and he had to pull out more professional equipment combined with his experience and skill he was able to clear our clog he maintained a clean and sanitary environment in our kitchen. I am very pleased with their service and felt it was very reasonably priced and will 100% be using them again for any of our plumbing projects/issues. If you’re reading this review I hope your problem gets resolved with Delta Rooters help as well as ours has been.

I had a frozen hose bib that cracked inside my wall and caused a leak. Peiman was super responsive and came on time to the job. He completed things quickly and professionally at a very fair price. While I hope I don’t need to call him again, I would definitely use his services if I have another issue!

Great and friendly service!. We had a clog on a mid day Friday before a holiday weekend. Strong community reviews lead us to call Delta Rooter. Peiman arrived before the end of the day and quickly solved the problem! Aside from being prompt and friendly, he gave me a bit of insight about a quirk in my plumbing and a solution to keep the problem from recurring! He will be our go to in the future for sure ! ( also received a follow up text next day to make sure everything was good)

Peiman, the owner is beyond thoughtful and most definitely knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. We had to call on a Sunday afternoon due to an extreme blockage with our pipes and septic. He came out to our house within 30 minutes of making the call, spent about an hour fixing the issue and had to use his “big boy” rooter to unclog our pipes. The dude knows his stuff and to top it all off, was extremely reasonable when it came to the price as well. Didn’t even charge us a “service charge” fee, only charged us to do the rooter work, let alone on a Sunday as well. I know who I am calling for all our plumbing needs from here on out! Delta Rooter and peiman!

I hired Peiman to fix my water heater. Whenever I used water, there was a humming sound. He did a very thorough inspection, replaced a tank, and even checked the crawl space. He found that my home had two pressure valves, which was causing unstable water pressure. After his repair, the problem was completely resolved. He was very professional, detailed, and had a great attitude. Highly recommended!

Replaced my worn out washing machine hoses. Went above and beyond the task , was a great communicator and was quick reply. Good price for service and will be reaching back out in the summer for some additional upgrades to external hose faucets. Thanks for a great experience!

I had two blocked surface-water drainage pipes. Peiman, the plumber/business owner cleared them as a reasonable cost and made no effort to “upsell” me into the more-expensive hydrojetting. Honest, professional- I will also consider him for any future plumbing needs as he can do indoor plumbing, not just drains!

Was looking for a plumber to replace an old toilet. After hearing some horror stories about people not doing it right we hired Peiman. He is a certified and licensed plumber. He did a great job installing our new Toto and replacing the valve. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. We will be using him for future projects.
