A couple GFCI outlets kept going off, one started making a crackling noise. I was afraid something bad was going to happen. Called several places and was told it would be a few weeks before it could be looked at. Called Phase 3 Electric late in the afternoon and someone was out within an hour. I believe it was the owner of the company. He replaced my outlets and went over a few other areas I was concerned about. I'm very thankful he made it out and put my mind at ease that things were alright. I plan on having them out again after the first of the year to do some other planned work.

I left a message on a Friday evening regarding a septic issue. I wasn’t expecting a call back over the weekend. Ryan returned my call on Saturday and was on site Monday morning at 8:00am to fix the problem. This responsiveness was priceless when dealing with a nonworking septic system.
