Ryan and his team at Phase 3 electric have done amazing work for us. His team did the electrical for our bath and kitchen remodels, as well as have come out when an old circuit went bad. They are responsive, show up on time, and do a thorough job. We highly recommend them for residential electric work.

Phase 3 added a circuit for a new electric water heater and helped me prepare an outlet for a new induction stove. I was impressed with Ryan's knowledge and experience. His quote was reasonable and he was able to get the work done soon and fast. I would use Phase 3 again!

Great company and great price! Ryan was super responsive and answered all of my questions before giving me the best quote out of 4 different quotes. But that does not mean the quality is lacking. Trevor was the electrician that came out to install my ev charger and he was also great! He worked fast, made sure I know everything he did, cleaned up the area and answered all my questions. Got a pleasant surprise at the end too as he was able to do a remote inspection so I don't even have to worry about that afterwards. I'm going to them for all electricitt related work now.

Phase 3 for the WIN! A few days ago our 1st floor breaker started tripping and I couldn’t figure out why. With some trepidation, I started searching for an electrician to help us out. After a quick search, I came across Phase 3 Electric and sent a message requesting service. Less than 5 minutes later, I got a response and booked an appointment shortly thereafter. Trevor actually showed up to the appointment a few minutes early and got to work. It took some time, but he was able to pinpoint the issue (totally self inflicted I must admit) and had us back up and working again in no time. What most impressed me was his “bedside manner” and how he cared for my wife and I both personally and professionally. And to top it off, he gave us a fair price for his work. We were so impressed that we are planning to have him back out to do more work for us in about 2 weeks. I can’t recommend Phase 3 Electric enough, and if you are lucky enough to get Trevor, know that you will be WELL taken care of.

Great service. Showed up soon after we called and advised on what our options were. All were reasonable and office staff was very responsive.

My partner and I worked with Alex and John from Renew Electric to run some new circuits for an electric wall oven and an induction cooktop, as well as a full home inspection to assess the quality and safety of the electrical wiring throughout the house. They did a great job, and they also explained the work they were doing, fixed unrelated electrical hazards that they discovered along the way, showed proof that their work passed city inspection, and were very friendly about the whole process. They took detailed notes from our conversations and referenced them regularly, assuring that every small detail and passing comment was accounted for. They even accommodated our scheduling delays and returned to finish the work when we were ready, without charging extra trip fees or anything. They installed our wall oven themselves and ran it through a series of tests to ensure that it worked properly at the highest, most power hungry settings.

I would highly recommend Renew Electric for any electrical work, and I intend to work with them again in the future. They are some of the most professional and courteous contractors I've met. Even their home inspection report was meticulously detailed, documenting every code violation or safety hazard for EVERY socket and light switch in the house. Top notch work!
