We needed an outlet added for an electric fireplace we’re installing. They asked all the right questions in the initial consultation, and confirmed the tech specs of our fireplace before the install. Both the owner and install team were respectful, affable, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely have them back to update our panel and add more outlets in our garage.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Switch Electric Home Energy. I needed the original 1960s electrical panel replaced in my home. Kory came out for an initial estimate and was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He was able to tell me what needed to be done and why; this transparency is not something I got with other companies and quotes. His estimate included more services and details, but it still came in lower than other companies in the area. The value was unbeatable.

Alex and his team came out to perform the upgrade. They were courteous, and punctual and finished the work ahead of schedule with minimal disruptions. The finished product was clean and polished, and they left absolutely no mess behind. I couldn't be happier with the work.

I had 3 different companies come out to quote me for a new home generator. Daniel fro. Switch Electric was the most thorough of them all. He took enough time to explain options, how it all works and what the process would be. Questions he didn't know the answers to, he contacted me back with a couple hours. (The other companies spent less than 15 min and had much higher quotes!)
Installation process went very well. Riley, Seth and Joseph we also very professional, prompt, thorough and friendly.

The Switch Electric agent did an excellent job in the startup procedure on our newly installed 26KW home standby generator and explained clearly how & what had to be accomplished showing the complete process. Switch Electric did such great work installing our standby generator (5 years ago), and our technician today, Morgan, was fantastic. He performed our annual service, helped re-level the generator (after the ground had settled underneath it over time), and got us all ready for the next time power goes out in the neighborhood!

I had a fan/light installed in my bedroom and the box had to be upgraded to accommodate the fan. The technician/Bryan was very knowledgeable and was excellent at stopping and answering all my questions. He explained what had to be done and why. I have used them a few times and have been very pleased with each technician that have done the work.

Switch Electric Home Energy is a great company to work with — everyone from Tyler, to the scheduling office, to the onsite installers (Brett and team) were professional, communicative, friendly, and extremely courteous. We worked with Switch on a 9 kWh system and from the design/concept to build, everyone was quick, efficient, and sharp problem solvers. I found Tyler to be very responsive and informative, and really worked with me as a partner — listening to my concerns, addressing them, and working to find the best solution possible. On top of that, their pricing is very transparent and fair. I got a couple of other bids from A&R Solar and Tesla, and both of the quotes/teams lacked the specificity and transparency that Tyler operated with.

When it came to the actual installation of our SunPower panels, the team was quick, communicative, and did good work. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the craft of their work. For instance, our house is three stories tall and it's nearly impossible to see the panels from the street level, yet the team worked to make sure the layout actually looked really good. Details re where / how to run conduit to roof penetrations to even where to place their ladders/equipment — everything was handled with care. I'd 100% work with Switch again, and cannot recommend them enough!

I had my Universal Tesla installed by Switch Electric on 10/29/24. Kory came and gave me a quote first. He told me my cost and explained everything to me in terms I understand. Jacob and Eryn notified me before they arrived. They reaffirmed where I wanted it installed. The area was a little more difficult to do but they did such a clean and beautiful job. They also fixed a few of our outlets in the house. After they were done, they labeled the electrical panel nicely. A few days later, they had an inspector came to our house. I highly recommend Switch Electric and will definitely use them again.

Honestly, if I could make it a six star review, I would. What an amazing company to Hire! They came out reviewed my needs gave me a couple suggestions even fixed one of my switches on the spot. I had them come out put in 3-20 amp drops, the work was done in two days, I was without power for only about two hours. The technicians that came out to support the job were outstanding. I cannot say enough nice things about this company, and I have already referred them to one of my friends.

Cortney arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work just as promised, but more than that, she was friendly and thorough and made sure all of our questions were answered. We will definitely use Switch Electric services again.
