Installation of a new backup generator and breaker panel was a planned two-day project, and everything went smoothly. Communication was consistent throughout the process while they worked on our home. I was impressed by their professionalism and the level of expertise required to complete the job. This was money well spent and a significant improvement to our home’s preparedness for power outages.

The team at Switch is fantastic. I contacted them for some interior fixture replacements and the installation of a hard-wired EV charger. The bid they provided quickly was considerably less expensive than the other recommended company! From start to finish they communicated just the right amount, answering questions, providing flexibility with scheduling, and educating me as needed. They were flexible and gracious about my change orders and took the time to answer my questions on installation day. Both electricians did a great job, were conscientious of our home, and carefully cleaned up after they done.

We were especially thrilled with Cody’s installation of the EV charger. He carefully paid attention to our concerns and worked around existing shelving to place the charger in the perfect place with the conduit neatly out of the way! He went above and beyond what we *hoped* for with this installation.

Definitely recommend the entire Switch team and will be calling them for our next project, couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We had an excellent experience with Switch Electric in Monroe! Their team was amazing, super friendly, communicative, and handled everything for us - permitting, scheduling, inspection, Costco rebate, etc. - which made the whole process extremely easy and pleasant as the customer. I was truly blown away by the customer service from every member of the team - sales, technicians, and office staff. Of course the work speaks for itself, incredible job that was so good even the inspector mentioned how impressed he was. Highly recommend them and will be using them again for any electrical needs in the future!

Aaron Schmid gave us the bid and was very clear on the process and what we should expect. The bid was much more inclusive (digging the trench and arranging permits and inspections was included) than competitors’.
Cody and his team were prompt on the installation date and very considerate of our home and property. They kept on schedule even in heavy rain.
We were kept informed as the installation progressed. Once the unit was installed and inspections completed, he came back and filled in the trench which ran across a garden pathway and paver edging. It was all put back and is hard to tell about the disruption. We are very pleased.

I just wanted to say Switch electric was great and all the guys were very friendly. Everything with my install went smooth and the wife and I could not be happier. Now I just need a power outage to see how she does but the test run went great so I dont expect any issues what so ever. My entire experience with the Switch Team has been incredible from start to finish. Needed ceiling fans installed, floor outlet in office and new exterior wall fixtures. All done professionally with clear communication. Seth and Murphy worked as a great team and very respectful of the property. Will definitely use again when needed!

I was in need of replacing a fan/light fixture in the master bath. I called Switch Electric as I they always provide great service. This job was no exception, Jacob and Roger had to resize the installation area and installed a new fan/light. They left the work area spotless after having to adjust the opening. The fixture choice I left with Switch Electric and I was very pleased with their recommendation. Total 5 star compay.

The two guys that were here doing my generator install were timely, communicative, and respected our property. They cleaned up everything and made sure they communicated with me about what has been done. Now we’re just waiting for the city to do their inspection and they will get the generator hooked up to the gas line. I’m so happy that the next time it rains my sump pump will automatically come on even if there’s no power.

Bryan, Tyler (and a 3rd electrician, sorry, I forgot his name) installed an Ecoflow Smart Home Panel 2, part of a whole house battery backup system. They arrived on time, had all the parts and tools they needed. They appreciated the diagrams I provided identifying the circuits (18) to be moved to the new sub-panel transfer switch. They evaluated the work area, came up with an installation plan, and got to work. They completed the job sooner than expected, tested the system, cleaned up, and labeled the new breakers. A job well done.

Another excellent experience with Switch Electric. My annual generator inspection went well and was cared for by a true professional. Very grateful to maintain that generator which has worked well when the electricity has gone off a number of times, especially this winter. I needed a new battery, which had not been replaced since we got the generator nearly 10 years ago. All in all I truly reasonable price.

I contacted Switch Electric to get several jobs done that I had been saving up since I moved into my new home. From the initial consult, right through to completing the work, the team was really great. They confirm what’s to be done, provide great information, check their work, answer questions, and clean up after themselves. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

I was impressed all around with Switch Electric. They did a great job replacing our electrical panel and adding a dedicated circuit for an induction range. They were easy to communicate with, easy to schedule, and were extremely responsive with the (very minor) issues the city inspector found. They ensured everything was up to code and I was impressed with how they handled scheduling the inspections on our behalf. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
I can't really say if they offered a good price though - of the 5 places I called for the project, Switch Electric was the only one willing to give me an estimate.

We have been using Switch for all of our electrical work for the last 10 years. When we needed an outlet installed for our new water heater, they were my first and only call. The technician routed the line exactly as discussed and dropped the outlet next to the heater. They were able to get the inspection done the same day. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
