To say that I am happy with my irrigation system would be an understatement. They were fast, professional and they over and beyond! I highly recommend!

Intimidating, extremely unprofessional behavior. Would not take accountability for mistakes like breaking a water line. Made it extremely uncomfortable to ask to fix mistakes and complete job. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PERSON (John Jorgenson) to anyone who needed the basic fence or yard work done. Ever.

They don't mess around. Got it done! When i got ghosted by 2 other companies. When I had an issue with my fountain a year later they came out and didn't charge me. Happy client.

Very bad communication, does the job half way. Takes very long to do simple tasks.

Jj and his guys did great work! They were quick, efficient, came prepared, had great communication- completely transformed our landscape. They did grading, drainage, custom stairs, retaining wall, and more on my place (and had good subs for stump grinding and paving). We're already planning for phase 2 in the spring. I can recommend these guys without hesitation!!

My "Lifetime Warrantly" is a joke as is JJ. My fence has been falling down since he installed it 3 years ago. Never calls back, can't be reached. Worst customer service ever and the worst fence builder ever. A new section is falling over today after the small wind storm. He never replaced the posts and the whole side is over on it's side. Save yourself the money and the trouble. Guy is pathetic.

JJ did a great job for us at an affordable price. He showed up on time, completed the work for the price he estimated and even came back to adjust our irrigation system as a follow up. Would highly recommend JJ!

The crew were great. John spent every moment on his phone or screaming at the guys doing all the work. Many times the crew couldn't do anything because John wasnt around to provide the necessary tools. One year after completion concrete work is crumbling, a fence they moved and reinstalled fell completely and the asphalt is cracking. How someone treats their crew is my first impression. The crew did their jobs and then some but without proper materials and experience things ended up substandard. Dont even ask about the crew's pay. Huge disappointment.

John and his crew did a great job on the work we had done at our house! We couldn’t be happier with our new retaining wall and concrete slab that he and his crew laid so our boys would have a place to shoot hoops and play. Him and his crew worked very hard and we will hire them again if we ever need more done down the road.

Would not recommend at all ! Check other similar comments and our **neighbor** who installed at around same time had similar experience as well.

They did sprinkler system for our yard, while the quality of product they used (rainbird) was good and looked like they did the job decently, 3 months later the main sprinkler water pipe they installed burst and they were completely unresponsive inspite of the warranty!

Also instead the owner send us a rude message! And came back 6 months later to winterize even not requested and pretending the call and texts never happened! Only good till they get the money!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

They do poor quality work and in some cases charge for work they didn’t actually do. They stop responding after they are paid and they don’t put an effort to make things right. They try to change prices part way through a project. As others have mentioned, the owner (JJ) is unpleasant and regularly yells at the poor people he has working for him.

Avoid at all costs.

These folks were the only company out of dozens I called that answered their phone and got back to me. But wait, there's more! He showed up the next day for the estimate, gave me a price on the spot, came back two weeks later to do the job, the job was obviously far harder to do than expected, and even though I offered to pay more he kept to the original price. The job was done great, everything works, and when one of the irrigation heads stopped working they came back out to fix it. I highly recommend them.

JJ’s did an amazing job. Just finished last week and so excited to start entertaining. They were extremely competitive, gave great ideas for pavers, shrubbery, where irrigation should go for full coverage. They did an outside living area with pavers. His entire crew very professional and showed up daily until job completed. My dream yard.
