Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He told me exactly how he was going to re-install my furnace, heat pump and the new ducting for our second story addition and followed through with those plans to a T. Within a week of first making contact, the system was installed and the work was inspected and passed. I will be using Kyle and Lynnwood Heating for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Awesome, Ken replaced both my Furnace, and water heater (about a year apart) after installing my water heater, my furnace stopped working, so late on a Saturday, after a mariner's game, I called him, as i had reached my capacity of diagnostics ability's. he came out still wearing his bunny slippers, and bunny ear hoodie. it was like Christmas and easter all rolled into one, because he did it for free, except for this post.

I was truly in a bind as a business and a friend asked Kyle to come see the situation. It was a challenge to do the install that I needed at the pricepoint that Inwas limited to. I hired Lynnwood heating to install new gas lines, ducting, furnace, and an AC unit. Everything turned out great, stayed on schedule and estimate was accurate. Highly recommend

I recently had my furnace cleaned with them. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up very thoroughly. The technician was super friendly and professional. They have very fair pricing as compared to others in the area. I ll definitely be scheduling regular tune ups with them.

We had Kyle and his team install a pair of fancy heat pumps in a Seattle high-rise condo. We all learned together and we are super happy with the results. Great team and the finish work is perfect.

We've used Kyle for multiple needs over the last few years, like fixing and maintaining our old furnace and then swapping it out for a new, high-efficiency one recently, plus gas plumbing, adding new heater vents, instant water heater etc. He's always been super reliable and professional, and the prices are fair. I'll definitely reach out to him again when I need something, and I'd recommend him to my friends too.

My split type unit just quit working. Called Lynnwood heating, they came out same day. Done a diagnosis. Determined the mother board was bad. So had to order. They never wanted any money until they fixed it. Gave me a price it would cost. And that's what it cost. No hidden fees or any crap. Regular folks doing good work. And doing what they say they are gonna do. It was a pleasure doing business with Lynnwood Heating.

Great company. The process was quick and easy. Pricing was competitive and they stayed until the job was done. There was one minor thing they came back for the following week, but everything is working great and I'm very satisfied with the end results. The owner shows up to help the field guys, and that always goes a long way in my book.

The team was Excellent value, service and communication from the first call through completion of fixing my heat during for this cold season. The technician was on time, thorough, and very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, and took great care of my furnace failure and solution.

Not trustworthy and did not stand behind guarantee/warranty.

They “fixed” a leak for $1200 on my mini split system, promising a a 1 year guarantee/warranty. 2 weeks later the system failed again. Kyle sent out a "more experienced" tech to follow up and found another separate “new” leak which would be another $1800 (despite the supposed 1 year guarantee).

The whole time he tried to coerce me into replacing the entire system for $8,000 for vague reasons, and trying to tell me my unit was 10+ years old, which is impossible based on the build date of my home (7 years)

I declined to work with them further as I had no faith that they wouldn’t just keep stringing me along with supposed "fixes" and continue to not stand behind the quality of the work. I went with another company that solved the issue for me (side note: it had NOTHING to do with either of the alleged leaks they had found)

Not sure if this behavior or standard of work was predatory or just incompetent but I would absolutely not recommend working with this company. Check out their yelp reviews for a true representation of their work

Thanks to Kyle and his team. My heat went out during the last atmospheric river and Kyle and his team were Johnny on the spot to set me up with a new Bosch heat pump. Kyle is very friendly has good follow-through and perform the work on time and on budget would use him again for sure.

Kyle and team did a fantastic job installing our heat pump and furnace. They are very transparent and offer great pricing. They were very responsive with our questions, and come out to fix problems very promptly. Highly recommend them for HVAC needs.

The crew did a great job installing an IQAir whole house air filter system. They rerouted the HRV to upstream from the filter. They also serviced our Bosch heat pump, including leveling the condenser pad. Excellent work!
