LOVED the quick service and amazing communication with Hugo. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, helped me identify an easy fix and took care of it within the week. I appreciated his initiative to research solutions and walk me through them. I wish every service person were so diligent and thoughtful!

Installing an air admittance valve under the sink was straight forward due to Jose’s skill and experience. But nothing is easy and he had to cut thorough two layers of hard plywood, which will have to be replaced to finish the job. But Jose left the work easy to follow with removable clips for water pipe. A separate vent pipe will have to be covered due to a vent pipe hole being cut and left open (by someone else). What I also love about Gene Johnson and especially Jose, is the education I got about plumbing. From the number of vents on top of the roof and their origination, to the tangle of pipes in the basement and their defunct washing machine hookups. I appreciate the clear communication about the scope of work and his careful, courteous and clean manner by which he went about the job.

David Sanchez, Plumbing Technician, not only is highly skilled, but also superb at analyzing plumbing issues and taking the steps to resolve them. He cares greatly about ensuring the customer’s concerns are addressed and welcomes questions. David cares about his customers. Additionally, he cares about maintaining high standards of practice and is a real asset to the Gene Johnson Company.
In order to properly address my plumbing issue, which included a leak, he assessed the problem and installed new piping. Because I am interested in my house’s plumbing, I enjoyed learning about each step of the repair process. He was very thorough, and got my permission for the additional work. When he was done with the job, he carefully cleaned everything up. I will definitely call the Gene Johnson Company for any future work that may arise.

Hugo did an amazing job. I called because of toilet issues and he was able to diagnose the issue. He also was able to notice issues with the water heater and get that fixed as well. Highly recommend!!

Mike Pierce came to my home today and inspected a plumbing problem that I have. He clearly knew what he was doing, and did a good job of working with me to diagnose the problem.

He educated me on the nature of the problem, and described for me a number of solutions at different price points.

I appreciated his professionalism and clear communication style. If and when I need a plumber in the future, I'll be calling Gene Johnson Plumbing again.

Hugo Lira Hernandez was our technician for water heater maintenance. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional and courteous. He clearly explained the maintenance process and fixed some small issues. The work is completed efficiently and thoroughly. He provided great advice on things I could do.

Called Gene johnson plumbing with issues with my water heater tanks leaking at a fitting they sent technician Derek solberg out & he discovered that the previous installers had did it incorrectly . So gave me an estimate on repair cost which was way lower than another company quoted me & completely different than what they were going to do . So with out hesitation I agreed with his estimate & did it all today done and a very excellent job done by Derek ! Highly recommend this company !! The other company name ended in town - they had nothing but excuses for not showing up to do the job but I’m now happy with them not coming there loss my big gain ! Thank you Gene Johnson plumbing !

Jaren Larson, A plumbing technician from Gene Johnson came to do work for us a couple of weeks ago. We had a nonworking toilet because of a leak out of the bottom. I called and He came the very next day. He Completed the job and cleaned up thoroughly. He also spent extra time going over some non-related questions we had about piping and heating elements Housed in the garage, which Runs throughout our place. Later he sent over an estimate for a possible future project. We would love for him to be our go to guy if Available, If any future issues pop up. I’ve waited
to do this review wanting to see how the work held up and so far everything is working well.

We had a water leak that flooded the garage. The first quote was for the next day. We decided to ask around for something sooner. Hugo came in took care of the water heater in a few hours. He was very professional, very clean and caring around his work. Great customer service. I would recommend to all my friends.

Our furnace bit the dust in the middle of the night. I called Lynnwood Heating and they sent a technician out in under an hour to diagnose. I was hoping they could fix our 20 year old furnace but unfortunately it was too far around the bend 💀
Kyle and his team were able to come out the very next day to install a new furnace for a totally reasonable price.
The guys at Lynnwood Heating are knowledgeable professionals who are hard working, friendly and fast!
I highly recommend them and will call on them again in the future.

After getting several bids from the big name fireplace stores, I contacted Kyle. His communication was great, he was on time and his bid was well under the other guys. He even noticed some other items I needed fixed and did it without charging me extra! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in laymen’s terms. He cleaned up when he was finished & my new gas fireplace insert is awesome. Give him a call...you’ll be glad you did!

We hired Kyle and Lynnwood Heating folks to install a new furnace and heat pump/AC. It was a more complicated job and Kyle kept me aware of issues as they came up. We also decided to replace wood paneling with drywall around the furnace area and it was so helpful that Lynnwood Heating could coordinate those jobs. Beverly was also really helpful in the office when some questions came up. I would recommend them for your heating /AC needs!

Im very happy with my Bosch heat pump. Kyle has followed through with everything he promised and when there were a couple issues, he came out and promptly repaired them. Kyle stands behind his word. He and his team are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

I was scammed. Called Kyle on Sat to come fix my AC and was told within minutes my 5 year old AC was shot and needed replacing for 5200.00. I called the original installer who was gone for the weekend for a second opinion. Furnace Doctor John fixed it in 20 mins. When confronted, Kyle ghosted me.

I almost got hit with a 5200 bill instead of a 240 bill. Don't use this business. They are not integrous, and will lie and then ignore you when frauding you to get your money. If you catch them.

I would like to say this one a new situation I was seriously in a bind and Kyle came through and saved he day not only for me but for my little sister and 3 kids that moved into my house today only hours after the furnace was installed and working fantastic. Oh did I mention it’s Saturday and it was snowing so he’s a damn super hero, just ask those 3 little kids that were expecting a cold house but it was cozy thanks again Kyle.

Kyle and team were extremely professional, punctual, got the job done in time, and cleaned up in the end. Our heating had to be shut off for AC installation on a cold day and they made sure to finish the job quickly and also restored the heat for the short period they had to step out. I would absolutely recommend them!

The owner Kyle was knowledgeable and very polite. He took the time to inspect the system, and found the circuit breaker to the AC unit was tripped, after flipping it back on, we were good to go. He then explained to us how we could have save money using the mini splits, and the benefit of different combinations of model. He did not charge us, very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Recently we had a problem with my thankless water heater, so I called the manufacture to get some references and got Kyle’s reference. We were skeptical about the contractor whom we are going to work with to fix my water heater but after meeting Kyle and seeing his work we are extremely impressed. I can certainly say that he owns the problem until it fixed and goes above and beyond. He is genuinely nice, professional and stands on his words 100% of the time. He is very responsive with excellent service and also affordable. Thank you, Kyle, for all your hard work and we will definitely love recommending you.

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I called to get a quote regarding my heater and he was at my house within 15min. He figured out the issue within a couple of minutes and thoroughly explained issues that will arise in the future. His pricing is very affordable and he's very personable. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I needed help with HEAT PUMP AND FURNACE ISSUE; I relied on the excellent reviews online and called Lynnwood Heating. Most of my communication was via text (easiest for me). Kyle responded quickly & was friendly and easy to work with. Per my request, kyle and josh came over next day which I appreciated. They arrived promptly at my home, was professional & thoughtful about the work. Both did a great job and cleaned up! (Also, I appreciated their honesty.) They are very professionals and we talked while they worked to not make us feel like "customers", but more like friends.
They even make a time to come after hours to address my concerns also responded my questions even after the job ….
very easy to communicate with and reasonably priced as well ..
