I was not happy with the services overall! The technician from Gene Johnson who visited to fix my tankless water heater was primarily interested in making more money and not solving the problem. I called the manufacturer in the technician's presence, and the manufacturer helped me unlock the unit, which enabled the unit to start working. The technician did check a few things and said he was not sure what was wrong with the unit even after consulting the manufacturer. The technician asked for a total of ~$550. When I called Gene Johnson, that $550 looks unreasonable; they did not show any ownership and said technician is the boss and suggested I negotiate with him directly. I still had to pay him $328, just to hear that he is not sure what's wrong with the unit.

Mark Ochoa did a great job fixing our toilet issue, explained all the options and membership info. Would definitely want to have him come by again if we have an issue.

Pavel was very professional and clearly laid out the options to replace my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything, before he went to work. I will definitely call and schedule all services with them for now on.

Miguel and Aaron were timely and thorough. Gave me a reasonable estimate for fixing the cracked pipes, shower fixtures and hot water heater AND can do the work the next day!!!!! Shout out to Samara, the concierge who has been so patient and helpful scheduling all of my repairs!!! Brooks and Blake did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system today! They were professional, thorough and courteous. They even went above and beyond by getting rid of a hornets nest for me! Most importantly, my 3 german shepherd pups loved them! Highly recommend!

Hugo is an excellent advisor. He offered some options with different budgets, demonstrating flexibility and understanding of our needs. The work of replacing our kitchen grinder and installing a new toilet was done with professionalism, he is a friendly person who took time to explain how everything is connected and how it works. In a single day, Wade and his assistant Joseph fully redesigned, upgraded and replumbed our hydronic heating system and installed a high efficiency combi boiler.

All of you went above and beyond for my family, and I am a very tough grader when it comes to rating performance.

We came back from Mexico to find our home as cold as a meat locker. Our hydronic heating and water heating system stopped and would not restart. No heat, no hot water, no bueno!

I called several companies, but you came to our rescue while others just but us on a callback list. Kelly moved mountains to get Wade to my house with 2 hours. Wade quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly laid out my options and fully addressed all my questions and concerns.
Even before the failure our system never worked properly. Wade told me he would be able to restore my entire hydronic system to the condition it was designed for on day 1. He had the knowledge, skills and expertise to actually deliver on his promise.
He and Joseph worked tirelessly for 12 hours straight to fully redesign, replumb and install our new combi boiler (see before and after).
And, last but not least, Samara helped me numerous times and checked in with me to ensure the job was going well.

You earned a customer for life and our highest possible recommendation !

The technician is very knowledgeable, he do good work. He is very knowledgeable and very patience in explaining tech things to people who never done plumbing before. Negative 20k stars… Update: today I was looking under the stairs for a light fixture to prep them to be able to get the job done faster and moved a plastic bag with an exposed wire and shocked myself! Husband went up into the attic and found four more live exposed wires! They sent a tech out who is working on it now but the only contact I have is the sales person won’t give me the office managers number!

If I could give zero stars I would. Formerly Taylor electric. 3 day “estimate” when we told the sales rep that it was full rewire… now my house is torn apart and they are asking for for another 5k to come back a day (or two and another 5k+) to finish wiring my house. They “spent” all the budget on two days of trouble shooting old wires instead of just running new. Sales guy says that wasn’t part of the assumption in the “estimate” even though my husband and I both told him and he walked the attic to see how it was all knob and tube. Got the old bait and switch but since they removed lights and left important outlets like the bathroom vanity not tied in. Then they sent me a full bill Thursday morning when the work isn’t done. Then after I sent an email explaining I won’t pay until the work is done, I was told they’d come out today at 10:30 and then they called at 1pm to bully me. They not only lied to me, but wasted my time and now are doubling my bid. Two other companies came in at the same price but I had such a good experience with HVAC I figured I’d give them my business again. BIG MISTAKE. They basically admitted they underbid and are asking for money for the whole 17k and an additional 5k a day to finish because it’s a business and we Plus they are leaving holes in my walls and I removed 2k of the bid… no customer service but they should eat this whole thing for wasting my time. We are planning on pulling outlet boxes and making holes for can lights since they can’t get anything done in a timely manner and my GC had to show them how to cut can light holes and they are oversized. Don’t bother to respond that you are very sorry. Your sales guy and his boss don’t care unless it’s bullying and not admitting they mismanaged their time. If you are sorry, you will honor your bid and admit you science project investigated crap that should have been new
Wiring. I took a week off work and you could t be bothered to prioritize me when you knew at the beginning of day two that you wouldn’t get it done. What a horrible company. Do not recommend.
