Our 34 year old furnace quit on us on the coldest day of the year. Kyle was able to come out within an hour and assess the situation, provide recommendations on options moving forward, and get us in his books as soon as 48 hours. Incredible! He was even flexible when I told him I wanted to get multiple quotes to make sure I was doing my due diligence as a consumer.

His quote came out the most affordable for the best quality equipment, including Costco. And even with that slight cost-comparison delay, he was still able to get me in the books within the week. He and his team were respectful in my home, were quick and efficient. And very thorough. Even came back to help me relight all my pilot lights. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Our furnace went out, and it's been FREEZING in the house. We have a home warranty, which requires jumping through some hoops, but the tech they sent was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful while dealing with the warranty company, and getting them what they needed to authorize our repair.

We recently had a central a/c system installed. We chose Lynnwood Heating LLC based on a competitive bid & favorable reviews. Kyle was responsive and answered our questions along the way. The system was installed as scheduled and it works great. There were a few issues with along the way but Kyle always responded in a professional, timely & courteous manner. We had some hesitation going with a smaller company but we are happy with the a/c and we recommend that you consider using Lynnwood Heating LLC.

Since our heatwave last summer we had been getting outrageous quotes from local well known businesses. Overpriced equipment and labor with scheduling delays half of a year away.

Lynnwood Heating got the job done in less than five days after we called. Our new equipment is better than what the competition offered. Not to mention LWH’s pricing was so competitive, I feel like they saved me from getting duped.

Lynnwood heating and cooling replaced our furnace and AC. The team has provided great customer service and quality work. I’ll always recommend this company- when our pilot light went out on our old furnace I called major companies and they would not come out for days to fix it- but for a quote on a new furnace they were at my doorstep same day. I called Kyle let him know I had an infant and our house was freezing- he left his home and came straight over to fix our furnace- he never tried to pitch a new furnace he did let us know he’ll gladly keep lighting it for us until it died. That level of customer service speaks volumes on his company and the type of person he is and it’s why we chose to work with them.

Lynnwood Heating LLC provided great professionalism and services from beginning to end. When I first reached out, they were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Kyle was the first to give me a quick call when I had questions and Luis came within the next day to do a walkthrough. The installation took no longer than a day and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will continue to use this team and if I ever move, will be using them again for another property!

Kyle and his crew are the best to work with. They made us feel like we were their top priority and quickly assessed the issue we had with our HVAC system, providing us with options to choose from along with their recommendation for the best path forward. When we needed a new AC, they arrived when they said they would and worked quickly to get the old unit removed and the new one in place. All the while they were communicative and friendly. We would recommend Lynnwood Heating to any of our friends and family without hesitation!

New addition on 9/16/23: We had some work done in the kitchen after which our furnace wouldn’t turn on. I called Kyle and he gave some quick troubleshooting tips over the phone. When they didn’t work, he drove over and showed me that our kitchen crew had forgotten to turn our gas main back on after finishing their job. It probably should have occurred to me to check the gas main but the point is that Kyle stopped by promptly on a Saturday and fixed it!

Original review from April 2023: Kyle and team were spectacular. Right from the get go, Kyle provided a timely and reasonably priced estimate. He was not pushy at all - he explained the pros and cons of heat pump vs. AC for our existing furnace system, sent over the estimate, and then gave us plenty of time to make a decision. Once we did, he promptly scheduled it, and his team arrived right on time, did the job very well, and left the space clean! Highly recommend their services!

Best HVAC experience we have had, by far. Our furnace stopped producing heat a few nights ago. I randomly called a few local HVAC contractors early the next morning. Lynnwood Heating was the only one that offered to come that day, and within a couple hours. I talked to Kyle on the phone, and while I could tell he had a full schedule, he still fit it in for us. He cleaned up some connections and got it working very quickly. He did explain very clearly, that we indeed needed a new furnace. Here's the deal, we knew we were going to need to replace very soon, but instead of pushing a new purchase, Kyle got things going again. He provided an estimate for a new system, and got on his way. The price is the best we have received, out of 4 other quotes. Spending less is great, and we all think that is what we are after. It turns out that what I'm after is someone I trust to do great work and be around my family while the work is done. I honestly do not know why anyone in the Lynnwood/Mukilteo area would call any other company. Looks like we found our HVAC co. for life. Thank you Kyle!

Kyle and Chris came out and had our furnace replaced fast as heat is important to have in the winter with kids in the house hold. They even took the time to seal around the unit to defer rodents which i appreciated. Id refer family and friends here

No one ever plans to have to replace their furnace but with a big purchase and what could otherwise be a stressful process, Lynnwood Heating made it easy and I felt confident in their advice and guidance. I had Kyle install a fancy air filter on my furnace last year. He was super accommodating and very quick in getting the work turned around. The installation itself is very neat and tidy. Then, with the recent heat wave an issue with my condensation line came up. He showed up the same day and got it repaired and my system back up and running properly.

I am well known highly educated General Contractor and Master Electrician with 8 years of college and quarterly trade training for over 25 years. Needless to say, I know what professionalism and customer service is. Since Kyle started his little business in 2018 we have used Lynnwood Heating several times for rental properties, for 3 local customers of mine, for a shop heater, and yesterday for a home system. Beverly usually answers the phone and she and Kyle prefer text. Beverly is professional, Kyle the owner is not. We usually have a good experience because Kyle will send some unlicensed hispanics to so the work for him and he has been fined and cited by Labor and Industry and given a public infraction on his license record for his business practices hiring unqualified people, which are public information on Labor and Industries website. Kyle sent a nice hispanic guy he paid cash to my home just to tighten a loose nut and ad 11 pounds of 410a refrigerant to my home air conditioning system. It took approximately 30 minutes to fill and 30 seconds to tighten one loose fitting which was the first one he checked. The guy also cleaned my filter with my water hose sprayer while he waiting for it to be filled. The 410a refrigerant comes in a 25 pound container and cost $280 everywhere but he use less than half and kept the rest for himself. Kyle told me by phone he estimated around $650 to get my air conditioner to work properly which is about what most places charge. After the 30 minutes Kyle text me that he wants $625 for tightening the loose nut that caused the leak plus he wants $3,120 for only 11 pounds of refrigerant that cost about $125 for materials plus 30 minutes labor to fill. I explained to Kyle that is obviously not fair service and far above the estimate. Kyle responded stating that if I give him a 5 star review he would do it for $2,000 cash under the table. I got home from work late last night and could not inspect the work performed until morning. I discovered an extremely loud noise from the condenser fans. Checking my security camera approximately 5 feet from his helpers I noticed he was spraying a solution into the fan bearings and you can see and hear on the security camera him destroying the fan bearings as they become loud and rattling worst as he applies some chemical cleaning sprayer he later hosed off. I requested Kyle to come take a look be he refused and got extremely aggressive demanding I first pay him cash in person at his home or business location in another city. I agreed politely to write a check to have some documentation but he began threatening me demanding cash and stating if I dont pay him cash under the table that he would create an invoice for more than twice the amount and send it to collection. Its documented in the texts submitted video of our conversation in this google business listing. Kyle then threatened me, stating he has an attorney if I dont pay him cash under the table and that it will cost me a lot more in the long run if I dont pay him cash. He stated if I give him a check, that he would create an invoice for more than double the amount due and would be sending it to collections. Of course we contacted our legal team immediately and they quickly informed Kyle they have all video footage and texts and emails from him trying to bully us like a child. This quickly was resolved because he did not even have a lawyer, just mean unprofessional passive aggressive behavior. I purchased a cashiers check for the agreed $2,000 he wanted under the table but I included an additional 10.6% sales tax and paid him properly because thats the law. I personally handed him the check today face to face like a man and he did not say one word like a boy, just a pissed off dirty look on his face after he spoke with our lawyers, no apology or nothing. Completely unprofessional. If Kyle wants to be a real man, and apologize like a real man the we will edit this 1 star review to reflect his efforts to do the right thing.
