Furniture arrived this. Morning with smiling faces. Ninoska, Heather, Eduardo, Arturo were professional, happy to see me. Quick to unload and put in place. It was a joy to have them 😊

I DON’T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM THE 1-STAR, BUT I’M FORCED TO IN ORDER TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW!
If your reason for reaching out is emergent at all DON’T BOTHER! It’s 7:30am on a Saturday and I miss took 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE to mean exactly that. But apparently this is only a ploy for you to schedule during ‘banker’s hours’ , their TRUE response hours of Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. The man that answered the phone at dang near 8 o’clock in the morning was clearly still in bed. His initial response to the emergency I had, causing me to CLOSE DOWN my Cafe during our busiest day was “dang…that sucks” and when I requested emergency help to fix the problem so that I could potentially salvage the last half of the weekend sales and be open for Mother’s Day was “Well, we really umm aren’t open umm on weekends, not even for emergency calls…well, umm, I mean, umm unless you REALLY want us to come “ 😖
At this point the red flags 🚩 were screaming not to hire this company.
As a small business owner, and that business being a 7-day a week espresso and food service industry, I had always taken comfort in knowing that ServPro, a well known ‘there when ya need ‘em in an emergency’ resource. And ANYONE in the restaurant business knows that there’s MANY things that can happen in a commercial kitchen that can shut you down 😞
If you live in the Lacy/Olympia area, take notes, this area’s ServPro isn’t there to help save the day UNLESS your unfortunate , unplanned situation happens during the week and before 5pm, so good luck with that!

The servpro team was awesome! Leanne, Darren, Milton, Edwardo, & Trenesse were great. We couldn't ask for a better crew.

Due to a water leak from a dishwasher install, we had to do water mitigation which required pulling up hardwoods, tile and cabinets. Between Lucas, Jay and Josh, we felt very taken care of. They answered all our questions, was very informative about every step, super polite and respectful. I would highly recommend serv pro for any damage needs.

Called SerPro today regarding leak with water in carpet. They were out within a short time; called on their way; and were very professional and thorough when arrived. Dryers are under the carpet with trim pulled to allow drying of the wall base. The team and Will were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Had a surprise pipe leak and they came all the way to Fox Island to help us out. Amazing customer service with every new person that came each day and excellent communication when they would be arriving so we wouldn’t be sitting around. They got the job done and all is dry!! Thanks to Zack for educating us and being so efficient in your work!!! Highly recommend these people!

I had a flood 3 days after coming home from major surgery. Within 3 hours of the event, Serve pro was there getting everything mopped up. I had damage in all 3 bedrooms, the hallway, part of the kitchen and my beautiful heated tile floor in the bathroom is now gone. Pretty extensive from my viewpoint. I primarily dealt with Jeff over the phone and he really made a point of talking me through the process and what was going to happen and what they would and would not be doing. He always returned my calls promptly. Thank you Jeff! Two of the gentlemen working on taking apart my walls and floor, moving furniture and getting to all of the stuff I was unable to do were James and Jay. They were always prompt, called to let me know when they were stopping by to check on things, and were a real pleasure to work with. If I ever need disaster mitigation again, they are who I would call.

I recently hired Servpro to do some mold remediation. I had several people come to give me quotes. Several people told me I could take care of the issue myself but I decided to move ahead with Sevrvpro because of the exact way they told me the mold needed to be treated. It matched what I know to be the safest way. I have serious health issues and could not take any risks. I was quoted $650 and was told the mold would be remediated by:

1) Creating a contained work area around the affected area to stop the spread of mold spores and mold debris. This would be done with plastic sheeting to create a closed environment.
2) Use a HEPA Vacuum to remove the mold
3) Remove additional mold with an EPA-registered antimicrobial or however, they saw fit.
4) Leave a HEPA air scrubber in the contained area for a full 24 hours to stop the spread of any mold or spores. ( I was told that was the bulk of the fee)

I was told by the professional at THEIR company that was the only safe way to do that. I paid half upfront. On July 3rd an employee came and left (was there for about 5 minutes) and no work occurred. I called the business to see what was going on and was told many different answers but ultimately was told the work has been completed. That was an absolute falsehood. Not only did steps 1, 2, and 4 not happen (even according to the company) but step 3 never occurred either. The employee claimed he wiped the area down but the mold was covered in spider webs and it was clear that was not true.

I asked what was going on with the money that I paid since no services were rendered and I was told I would be refunded $25. What was I charged $300 for? To have mold spores inappropriately released into my home? Besides the fraud, this is a serious safety issue. People are entrusting their health and that this company will do things according to the manner they were told. RUN!

The whole team was extremely respectful, helpful and answered all my questions. They were so careful in the house and cleaned up behind them. They stayed and worked late to finish the job. I would 100% recommend the team that came to demo my bathrooms.

I had a pipe in the wall that was leaking and caused severe water damage in my spare bedroom, living room, and hallway. Servpro calls ahead, arrives on time, is professional and friendly and makes sure I understand everything. Thanks to James and Glenn who have been working at my house, they deserve this 5 star review.

I think Servpro is ok at what they do. They ripped up my hardwood floors with little concern for repair needed afterwards. The contractor that works with them to do repairs was eager to give me a bid but after finding out insurance company was not covering cost of repairs, would not return phone calls or respond to emails. For that reason cannot recommend Servpro. Servpro staff were nice to work with and were able to dry out areas that were wet.

We had major damage to our home following an undetected overnight leak. Water poured from upstairs to the downstairs through light fixtures, smoke detectors and floor vents. ServPro was quick to respond and start the process of drying out the home and removing carpets, walls, ductwork & the ceiling - anything that was wet and would grow mold. They returned again and again until the job was done. Having a flood was an awful experience, ServPro made it better. Thanks to Abe, Glenn, Richard, Milton, Robert & Luis for all your hard work. You guys were great.

Wish I could say something good about their services but I can’t and unfortunately zero stars or negative stars is not an option. They are actively scamming people without any care or concealment of that fact. Our home caught fire on Mother’s Day and life has been hell ever since. It was made very clear in every single call we have made to them that nothing is to be done without OUR approval due to the fact that only we know the value of the items and if communication was present there would be no hiccups in the process.
1. They cleaned two boards of a captains bed that was non salvageable, why should we pay for needless unapproved services? Nonsense!
2. They threw away a completely salvageable rolling countertop stating that the vignette effect on the wood top was burns. I have a hard time believing that it was actually thrown away. The shady ways that they act leads me to believe that it was taken home by one of them.
3. They took all of our shoes for cleaning and when received there were many pairs incomplete. How do you explain that? If one shoe is non salvageable you throw away both. So that also means we were charged for more needless services. What else would we expect from them.
4. They took full laundry baskets for cleaning and when received we are missing clothing that was 100% salvageable and they didn’t document any of the clothes! My wife is missing her favorite shirt that states ‘Hell Yeah Mother’. It’s a discontinued shirt for Mother’s Day from our favorite YouTuber. Can’t convince me that it wasn’t stolen, the rest of the undocumented missing items are easily replaceable.
5. They failed to clean or damaged an astounding amount of items and still packaged them with a restored sticker on the packaging! Our fishing poles were still coated in soot, not even wiped down until I brought it to their attention. ALL of our kitchenware still had smoke residue on them and they packaged them in a way that we had broken items to unbox. My daughters clothes came out stained with blue spots and some items destroyed from the dryer since they disregarded all washing instructions. We put everything in a large box to show them their mistakes and state that they are not to clean these items because they will not be receiving another penny of our money. Their response is that this will not affect the bill. Not a single care about charging us for services that were not performed.
6. They never sent us a quote to approve or deny for the cleaning of our tv’s. The cleaning cost double what the tv’s cost us brand new!!! We signed the disposal waver so they can go where they should have gone in the first place. We will not be paying that amount under any circumstance, that service was not approved by us.
7. They still have the audacity to hound us like thugs over the small remaining balance. WE ALREADY PAID YOU $15,000 TO SCREW MY FAMILY OVER! every non criminal company has to eat a little bit of the bill from time to time, even I had to when I ran my own business.

Joanne, Eduardo, Heather, Arturo,Cinthia, & Jose cleaned a soot problem caused by my fireplace. It was all over house, They cleaned everything. Well done! Also, all were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Not one precious photo, painting, print or piece of china was damaged. I would have them back again if I needed a clean-up crew. Very pleased with their work.

Abelardo and Jorge were great, excellent attitude, professional and ambitious! They had already had a long day but they were cheerful and happy to help in a hard situation. They did a great job, asked if were any particular things I wanted them to pay attention to and showed me pictures of locations I wouldn’t have been able to see that they’re cleaned.

Joanne, Mimi, Darren and Luanne did an amazing job for us at Garfield Elementary School. We had a fire in the attic and they did a great job cleaning up the mess it left behind. We will definitely be using this company again.
