Our service technician, Tom Fitzgerald, was courteous, friendly and provided professional service cleaning our carpeted areas and additionally provided advice in caring for our linen upholstered sofas. Great service.

Tom was excellent with his knowledge and outstanding service. Our 1914 house basement is quite an improvement from what it was. Tom exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him.

I never imagined that a bathroom fan is a fire hazard even if left on too long.
Working with Servpro made such a traumatic experience easier to deal with. They are all so professional, kind, informative, knowledgeable and easy to speak to. They brought over machines to improve the air quality. Their manager did a walk through. And I am very impressed with the cleaning crew consisting of Luanne, Arturo, Milton, Darren, Eduardo & Trenesse that performed beyond my expectations. They removed all traces of the fire, extinguisher & soot that even traveled through to other rooms. This is a team that works very well with each other. I’ve been dealing with major depression for the past several years, and I really let my apartment go. It was practically uninhabitable. But they brought in five people (Joanne, Katy, Arturo, Carlo, Hector, and Patricia) and in five hours, they had the place downright immaculate. I cannot recommend them enough. They filled a freaking dump truck full of trash in 5 hours! Awesome! They were great, and friendly to boot!

ServPro of Lacey came over my apartment at Forest Grove apartment on 1/9-1/10. Due to a smoke incident of an oven malfunction on Dec 13. Due to delay (not mine) and after advocating, property managment sent Serv Pro. I had the pleasure meeting Luanne, Milton, Rachael, Arturo, and Robert. They did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond. My apartment walls looked brand new. It smells amazing. They were friendly, professional, hard working, kind and f communicative. I recommend services in the future. Mike did a great job building my driveway! He dug out the bad dirt, leveled, compacted, and spread 40 yards of gravel. Super quick service and easy to work with! I called him for a bid and he was at my house 30 minutes later! Very good communication. I had multiple bids and he offered the best price!

We have had two ramps and patios built by Chris Winters and his company. Both ramps were specialty projects and completely personalized. The team was very professional friendly on time and daily cleaned up the job site.

Over the decades we have done remodels to several parts of our home. Working with CW Construction was by far the best experience we have had. Highly recommended!

We have extensive house renovation experience, so we know how important the right contractor is for the job. We interviewed many (~8) of the highly rated, local construction companies for our whole house reno and we hired CW because we felt they were the best company for the job. After an almost year long reno, we still feel they were the best company for the job.

Chris was always fair with change orders (there will always be some "surprises' in a reno), he and his crew were always pleasant, professional and kind. Because we were also living in part of the house during the reno, having a crew we didn't mind "living with" was a big deal, and the CW crew is welcome back any time.

Chris and his crew also came up with some solutions to issues we hadn't considered and some made a big difference in our quality of life. A special shout out of thanks to Dennis and his plan for the stairs in the downstairs bedroom!

The only downside is I felt their painters were well below sub-par. They painted an entire floor the wrong color, their work was sloppy (drips everywhere), and in general, really poor quality work. Chris made them come fix many of their mistakes, but it was a lengthy, miserable process.

One of the biggest plus's with Chris & his crew is we feel they never took a shortcut - quality workmanship always came first. And the jobsite was kept safe and tidy. Lastly, they were respectful that not only were we living here, but they had to contend with our two dogs (one was a year old puppy), so they were extra careful not to leave things laying around that could potentially hurt them.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job on our home. They remodeled our kitchen and master bath as well as installed new flooring throughout our downstairs. They kept to their timeline and continued to keep us updated on the progress and any problems that arose. At the end of the day, the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the site and putting away all tools and such so that we were still able to function during the renovation with little ones in the house. Devon was also extremely helpful during the designing process when picking out material and provided many options for decor and lighting that worked well with the design that we chose. We would definitely use Chris and his team for future renovations of our home should they arise.

Chris and his team are everything you could ask for -- professional, great with communication, and highly skilled! Chris and his team remodeled my rental property's single bathroom, and I am so impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the work! Communication was stellar. His crew cleaned up on a daily basis, even in a vacant home. The job was done on time, as promised. Chris' commitment to quality is evident, and I would readily, happily refer him to any of my friends and family. Thank you Chris and crew!
