Was in a tough spot with a sudden leak on our fridge water line valve. Roto-Rooter was able to come out on a Sunday and fixed our issue quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up everything like nothing had happened.

Had massive clog within house and along the sewerline. Toan, the technician managed to clear both areas out. He was able to inform of the process of what needed to get done along with any questions I had at the end, along with providing tips to reduce the chances of the problem occurring again.

Dylan Wahl was professional and thorough and helped with a fix. Excellent explanations of service options and theories of what was causing partial blockage of our main drainage line. Clayton Riley was also terrific. Sadly scoping with a camera revealed a more systemic problem. Quote for fixing it is too high, so will likely go with a different service provider for permanent fix.

Great professional service every time I’ve used them. They always try the least expensive resolution before moving on to something that cost more. Great coupons, and awesome communication.

Jeremy showed up exactly when he said he would. Cleaned out roots from our sewer pipe and did it all plus cleaned everything spic and spam in about 40 minutes. I will recommend Roto Rooter to everyone!

We came home to find the sewage line had backed up and was overflowing into our shower. Rotorooter was on site by 8am and the technician was amazing! He quickly identified the problem and was able to get our plumbing back online within 24 hours of discovering the problem! They were amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!

We woke up with no water! Turns out the entire system went out the night before & failed to return! It took Gaige all day to replace our control box, replumb several decades of DIY disasters, fix a leak, & more! Totally professional, the work, the employees & the service! Blake was very professional and friendly. He was able to find our leak quickly and fix it. He cleaned up the mess as he went so we didn't have a lot of clean up to do afterwards.

This company will do its own independent investigation and find they did no wrongdoing and just brush any complaints you make off as not their problem.
Frank Jones was the person to tell me that it wasn’t their problem, when you have a problem with their work I hope your complaint is taken seriously.
Do not call this company for service! I needed an emergency service for my home a few week ago and they were able to get a tech out same day and I was told the problem was fixed, only to have to call another plumbing service out to fix the issue I had already paid for, my service was about $800 for a clogged line, call Black Hills Plumbing instead they actually removed the clog and showed proof of the job being done. Cannot say avoid Roto at all cost, wait for a better service to come fix the issue the first time unless you want to pay for it twice like I had to.

Amazing experience with Jessie and Chris today! I shower blockage that turned into a main line issue, and they were able to take care of our very old house without any trouble/additional fees. They were respectful and communicated clearly, and offered recommendations for preventing future issues! I’ll recommend them to anyone in need of services for Kitsap.

I’m having a bad back day, it was a struggle to find the leak. I called Roto-Rooter, they arrived same day! Great experience! My Service Technician, Blake, was very knowledgeable and meticulous.

Very happy with the technician, Seth. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and informative. I would ask for him again.
The service was fast, within an hour of when I called. Good communication through texting or email. I liked idea of non-perishable food collection for a percentage off of cost of service. A business that cares for its community.

Had a pluming drainage issue and they were timely and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and outlined the options before beginning. They took the time to show me what they found and what needed to be done to fix the issue. There were no surprises at the end, what was quoted was what was charged.
