I am absolutely THRILLED about our service with Roto-Rooter! Cressen was kind, knowledgeable, and fast! He solved our problem, and we will definitely use them again if we have these problems in the future. I also found them VERY affordable.

Well, Jessie number two came out and my plumbing was backing up again and it happened to be tree roads now Jessie number two was awesome, but not quite as awesome of as Jessie number one. i’ve lived in my home for 24 years. I’ve always used Roto-Rooter. I’ve tried other companies and never was as satisfied as I am with Roto-Rooter and their dedication to their customers. Thanks for what you do MICHAEL.

We had roto rooter show up to clear a clogged drain line on 11/4. Nathan did a great job and we thought we had it all cleared. They were able to get here within 2 hours of my call. Customer called me and let me know it was backing up again, I called roto rooter out again. Kenny arrived within 2 hours again, discovered what the issue was and got it completely cleared and rinsed the line all the way to the street. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back again, with today's happenings, they have earned a customer for life. Thank you Nathan, Kenny, Joe Joe, and Justin. From a very relieved project manager.

So far so good! I called Roto Rooter on Saturday due to leaking water in my laundry room. The woman who answered my call was thorough and told me about the app (which forgot about and thusly did not show the coupons to the technician 🤦🏽‍♀️).
They were out an hour later and all was fixed efficiently and with excellent service, within only a few hours. I am so Impressed! Blakely, the technician, was professional, informative, and all around nice. He took care of the problem and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

I had two leaks under my kitchen sink and called Roto-Rooter for help. Blake came out to fix the issues, and he was kind, professional, and provided a fair estimate. He used boot covers when entering our home and left the work area spotless afterward. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely call Roto-Rooter again for any future plumbing needs!

We experienced our toilet not draining the Sunday night before Thanksgiving 2025. Jesse and Andrew came, explained the process, and when we were worried about the drain not clearing, they reassured us, talked about our options and that they would change over to a larger bit on the their cable and try again. Jesse and Andrew were professional and amazing! Unfortunately, for us there was a bigger problem with our sewer line. Alex came with his camera scope and there was indeed a blockage that was most likely caused by a failure of our sewer line. He went over our options that night and we agreed on a plan. Next morning Nathan came and did wonderful work and cleared a 20 feet long blockage in our line. Alex scoped the line and was able to determine the cause, for lack of a better term, our sewer line was broke, not draining, and was accumulating waste. Sean and Adam were professional and amazing at fixing the problem, by installing a liner, even in the rain. Alex was wonderful, he explained everything along the way, and communicated what would occur and why. Throughout this whole process, each person who worked on our problem was professional, communicative, and hard working. Would I recommend their services?Absolutely, I would and have already recommended them to people who I've told about our sewer line.

Blake R. is one of the best Roto-Rooter service employee whom provided services for me. He went beyond the call of duty to complete a difficult task, that other plumbers whom came out to make the repairs but couldn't offer any solutions that were reasonable from a cost standpoint. Blake through his resource found the solution from a great cost perspective to complete the work way beyond satisfactory in fact excelent work while working on the Delta Bath Hot Water Value that would leak when in use.

Brett was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented in his job. He quickly assessed and located the damaged pipe and had it fixed in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with his performance.

Called on a Saturday with hopes of an appt next week for a sink not draining. Wow someone can come in about an hour. Blake was fabulous when he arrived. Explained all the possible issues and cost and then got to work. Lucky enough problem was minor and fixed quickly.

Jesse from Roto-Rooter provided outstanding service. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and was upfront about what was happening, even though it wasn’t something he could fully resolve on the spot. He still put together a solid temporary fix to hold things over, and I appreciated the effort he put into it. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to be looking out for my best interest. He also made sure to clean up to the best of his ability before he left, which really stood out. I’d definitely recommend Jesse for anyone needing a trustworthy and dependable technician.

Amazing service. Our guy Tony came out same day when our hot water line burst under our older home. He was quick, efficient, and extremely nice. I have never interacted with someone for a service that acted as down-to-earth and sincere as he did. I would 100% recommend.

Terrible . This company is a joke. The plumbers have no idea what they are doing. Your better off doing it yourself on YouTube then paying alot for patch work.

The price we were quoted was unbelievable! My husband knew exactly what was required and when he heard the estimate he told the guy to leave. My next door neighbor had a similar experience with this company. Hopefully they are not gouging unsuspecting customers. We do not recommend them.

We got a real (unsatisfying) surprise regarding how they charge for their work! We have used them a couple times in the last 6 months and have been satisfied with their work. So when we did a minor kitchen remodel we hired them to install the disposal, 3 sink drains, and 2 faucets. When I made the appointment I said I would pay time and material for the job. When the tech arrived I confirmed that to him. He supplied a part for $37.13 and the entire job took about 2 1/2 hours; the total bill was $507.13. I paid the plumber. I felt the charge was excessive and when I called to ask the office what their hourly rate was ($200 per hour for kitchen work?) I was told there is no hourly rate and they charge what they think the job is worth. I definitely think that when I hired them on a time and material basis, they should have not agreed to my request for time and material and they should have mentioned that they would charge me what ever they felt like, regardless of how long the job took. Lesson learned.
