Use to be a great business. Something changed (likely management) and it’s been all down hill. This business has the worst service imaginable now. We’ve had so many issues with getting parts from here over the past few months that I’m honestly surprised to see them in business still. Our last visit is just that, the last.

They have a great supply of plumbing parts. I visited there and the woman behind the counter did a great job answering my questions and finding my parts. This place is open and allows non plumbers to shop.

Outstanding service and a great selection. Second day in a row, stopping in for Type A Pex fittings and hardware. I have been frustrated for over a week trying to find type A Pex materials. Homedepot, Lowes, and Ace Hardware. Olympia Supply and Ace Hardware was my most frustrating when told specifically that they had Type A Pex and even the expansion tool, excitedly I drove 20 minutes to get these items to find it was only Type B crimp Pex. So frustrating!!!!

Ferguson's however, was wonderful and helpful. Great prices and the sales people were knowledgeable on the parts they sell even suggesting different plumbing options to make my project simpler. I will definitely be making this a priority shopping location for all plumbing needs. Thanks a lot for stocking current plumbing parts and accessories not just the antiquated plumbing methods.

Went in to get a part for my septic. Ivy was very helpful and provided excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provided solutions to the issue at hand.

I was trying to find a specialized washer and was unable to find one at Amazon, Ace or Home Depot. So I stopped by Ferguson Plumbing and the woman said she did not have a replacement, but recommended I try plumbing string. I spent $5 dollars for two packs (one spare) and it solved my leaky faucet. Great support.
